We have been going to Copper View Medical Center for a couple of years now. We have always had excellent care! We have loved each of the Doctors/ Physician Assistants that we have seen. The Staff has always been very friendly and willing to work with us. My dad has also recently started seeing Dr Hollingsworth and can I just tell you that he has never felt better! He has a whole list of problems and Dr Hollingsworth has a way of figuring out how all of his medications work the best for him. We are very grateful for the time and effort he puts in for our dads behalf!

I am surprised at some of the negative reviews I read with regard to the service at CopperView Medical. The staff has always been very attentive to me and my husband, making us feel comfortable and welcome. I have been going to Copperview for about 11 years now and have never had a bad experience with any of the providers or staff.

We have been going to Copperview for about 5 years. I have no problems with the staff as the physicians and PAs are very good. The fact that it is open late is a major benefit. They have an XRay facility on site.

When and if you can actually get through to someone you will get good care, but I have called multiple times and I am out on hold for 30-45 minutes and often hung up on. Funny enough, it says in the hold music that you can set up an appointment online. You can t. You HAVE to call. And get out on hold forever with a slim chance of actually getting to someone.
UPDATE I reached out to Facebook messenger, and was able to get a hold of someone and set up a telehealth appointment. I was optimistic, until I was on hold in their telehealth chat for OVER AN HOUR.

Dr Hollingsworth is by far the best doctor i've ever seen. He has been the only doctor to take his time and really get to the bottom of the problem. My whole family goes here from my parents down to my grandkids, and we have never had any issues with the staff. Great place and best part is best providers!

This place is amazing! The staff is very nice and friendly. Amy White is my doctor and she is wonderful! She has helped me a lot and is very good at explaining things to me

I absolutely LOVE this place! Dr Tipton is the best with myself and my kids. She takes the time with you and has so much compassion for what she does. I really like the hours that they are open (pretty much 24/7) and that you can even walk in if needed. The staff is very friendly and will help you however they can. The triage line is really fast about getting back to you when you call with any questions. Most of my family comes here and I recommend Dr. Tipton to people I know all the time!

It was extremely busy. However they squoze us in to get an x-ray for my son. It saved us a trip to the ER. Plus, they don't charge urgent copays!

I ve been going here for over 7 years and live in Utah county, which is about 30 minutes way.
Have always been very happy with them. Ami White is so good to me. Couldn t imagine going anywhere else. Thanks :)

I've seen Dr. Andrews for about a year now and he's the best! He's seen my son and myself and he's always very patient and helpful.
Also saw Dr. Garcia during an emergency and he helped explain the situation and answered all of my (many) questions.
Highly recommend!

So let's start with the definition of a Triage Staff - A telephone triage nurse is a nursing professional that helps patients determine what type of care they need over the phone. They often provide a cursory assessment of the patients and help them decide if they need to seek emergency treatment, make an appointment with a doctor, or treat themselves at home. Well for this clinic it's an inexperienced health care worker whoms job it is to take messages (since they rarely answer the phone) and not follow up with patient's to see if their needs have been met. I called back to see what was happening and was told the message was given to my physician and he didn't respond, that was it. Today was not the first of these instances where I felt like I was being treated at a low budget health care facility. I love my physician (Andrews), he is actually one of the few there that I feel are genuine and care. Not impressed with the other majority of the workers there (let me emphasize WORKERS) since it's my opinion they are not healthcare perfesionals. It makes me sad to believe that this is what our healthcare system has become. That a new generation is being taught and shown by example that it's okay to simply not care. If you have a choice and your not tied to one of the few good doc's there, I would suggest going elsewhere. Two stars for my amazing doctor!

I have been going to Copperview Medical Center for 4 years now. I first started by taking my two oldest children, but I now go there myself. Dr. Mary Tipton is always on schedule and it's nice to not have to wait in the drs office forever. Dr. Tipton is friendly and knowledgeable. I used to go to another pediatric office, but I love this one more and so happy with the change! I am often suggesting this office to my friends and neighbors. I also love the extended hours and weekend hours since this was not an option at my old drs office.

I have been going here for my entire life pretty much, and there has aaallways been a super long wait time every time I have come. The receptionists at the front desk aren't friendly. The one good thing is that the doctors are usually friendly and knowledgeable.

This place sucks! The people who work there are very unprofessional and disrespectful! I feel like i was been scammed by the people who work there! Paid my Copay in cash, almost $150 and i was hoping that i would be seen by a physician which did not happen! I was only seen by a PA which i was ok with it then the next day I called the office back and Asked to speak to a physician to get consultation with my med cuz I was worried about the side effects which i was told that there is no doctor available at the clinic and someone will call you back with the next three days!! The stupid manager was telling me that I would have to pay another copay to see the doctor! Which was very unethical . The patient should always have to have access to his or her provider amd should always able to consult with the doctor!
Not to mention that the Laboratory at this place are not part of the clinic (labcorp) and after even you as a patient or the third party paid for the service they would still send you extra bill and if you dont pay them they will send you to collection!! Watch out people! This place is a scam!

Dr. Andrews is one of the best doctors I have visited. He listens to my issues and either knows exactly what I need or if he doesn t will not act like he does and asks another expert to get the correct answer to solve my issues. Other doctors in the past will just assume and not take the time to really figure out what s going on. I trust Dr. Andrews with my health!

I keep getting a busy signal for over the past month! Help! Is there any other number?!

I was very upset that I could not get through to this clinic last week but I had to have a reality check and realize that Copperview is doing a great service with their rapid testing for Covid. I left a bad review out of frustration however, they are doing everything they can for the community. I just couldn t get through to them to get an appt. I realize that they they are doing everything they can and I should not have left a negative review. This clinic is one of the best and the doctors here are incredible

I currently have Covid-19 and I feel like I have probably developed pneumonia. I called the office right when they opened at 10:01am and waited 40 minutes to talk to someone. They told me they would ask the doctor then call me back. I called again at 4:30pm, they then said they would escalate my request to urgent. At 6:16pm they finally called me back and said without a chest x-ray they couldn't help me and they couldn't get me in to have a chest x-ray because I have Covid-19. They then told me I could go to another office, which closed in 14 minutes or go to the ER. Over 8 hours of feeling like a couldn't breathe just to be told they can't help me......When I expressed my feelings to the nurse I was told she was just the messenger. If this is their thoughts, they should tell their nurses in advance so that someone can seek help elsewhere!!! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY NEVER RECOMMEND COPPERVIEW!!!!

I love this place. All the people that work there are very kind and helpful. Always get me in quickly. Great with my daughter.

Nurse practitioner told me she only had 10 min with me and didn't want to remove ingrown toenail after 1.5 hour wait in lobby.

They are always friendly and willing to get us in . Jared Haines is are provider and always so helpful and quick to get back to us, or see us . My whole family comes to copper view medical we have loved all of the dr's and staff so far .

We have used CopperView Medical Center for after hours emergency services twice. Both times our needs were met and we had great care. The first was for our toddler who had a suspected broken collar bone on a weekend. They were professional, had the equipment needed for a toddler, took x-rays, read and diagnosed a broken collarbone. They slinged it and sent us on our way with instructions to follow up with our pediatrician.

The second was another possible break with another child that ended up not being broken. We chose to go here this second time because of the good experience we had previously. The only thing that we did not enjoy was the wait time. Both times seemed to be 30-45 min waits, which is hard when the child is in pain, but that is understandable being walk-in patients.

We would recommend CopperView to anyone needing after hours services!

Dismissive and rude. Incorrect appointment scheduling, passive aggressive when resolving problems (new insurance, demographics, etc.). Acting physician was not any better and did not seem to care at all. They ended with a prescription for muscle relaxants without any explanation and sent us off. I wouldn't recommend this clinic unless you've lost a limb, as that's all that seems to get these people moving.

My daughter is a patient of Dr Tipton but we've seen multiple pediatricians in the office since she was born. The staff have been amazing not just with my daughter but with helping me as well through some struggles and seen some awesome achievements. I wouldn't trade going anywhere else. We travel all the way from clearfield just to see Dr Tipton

Have been seeing Dr. Cottle for almost 2 years. I have chronic kidney stones that cause immense amounts of pain. After trial and error Dr. Cottle and I figured out a good pain management plan. Then out of nowhere he completely changed it and now I'm having to go through finding something to help with the pain all over again... NOT HAPPY ABOUT THIS. To top it all off he won't even have a discussion with me about it. He just says nope not going back to what we were doing, like he no longer gets commission on that medication or something (which is probably the case). Very unhappy. I don't want to look for a new doctor, but maybe it is time. Also the medication he put me on now. He found on GOOGLE during our appointment. He literally said "hmmm this is interesting maybe we should try this random drug." Thanks Dr. Google.

Copperview Medical is great! I am always able to get same day appointments, which is great when you have sick kiddos. They also have after hours and weekends, which are a huge plus.

No one will answer the phones and when you call back it just gives a busy signal. Parking lot is moderately full so maybe they re just busy today. Don t go here if you need a rapid test.

Always feel very cared for when visiting Copperview! We've received care from Matthew, Vilate Thur, and Dave Tranter. They're fantastic people-person people with a great desire to get you on the path to healing as painlessly and effectively as possible. Such a wonderful asset to the community!

Went there 2x and have seen 2 PAs. Ok for kids which is fine. But in my experience it's really useless
I get told by urgent and ER care to see my doctor. So I did see my PCP today yet with an unexpected result. I've seen the specialist and when I tell these kind ppl I want to see another specialist they say that they don't have a list of referrals and they just use the internet. Then told me to see the other specialist who I've been trying to meet. And I did, as a last resort, ask for a list specific for my specific health issues. But nothing good came out of that. Oh well so I guess I admit defeat

The doctors and nurses here are amazing! We have had nothing but good experiences, and it's so nice that they are open on the weekends, unlike many clinics.

This places customer service sucks. I went for a follow up vaccination shot and the clerk just hands me a paper doesn't explain anything I ask what I was supposed to do with that she says do you not know where the lab is? Shocked a little I just said no so she angrily escorted me to the back and pointed to a door when I try to get the lab aides attention she rudely says she is not in charge of vaccinations and that she would have to get someone.

This place sucks go somewhere else.

I have always had a great experience at Copperview until last night. I went in due to a foot/ankle injury. They send me over to have x rays done and the girl tells me she had to youtube how to do this xray. I then get a splint put on my foot that was so loose it fell offby the time I got home,instead of putting me in a walking boot. I was told told basically walk around barefoot with this crappy splint that the girl had no idea what she was doing.They didn't even give me some kind of cover for the splint like a walking shoe. I asked about what I can do for the pain and the P.a. just ignored my question. It makes me loose respect for this clinic being treated so horribly, should of went to instacare or the er. Ugh. They followed up with me on my review which I really appreciate. The lady I spoke with Misty was great at getting my issues resolved. This reall regained my trust in the clinic and the staff.

THE BEST FACILITY!! My son was injured at a party and we thought he broke his collarbone. He was in excruciating pain. We went to check in and the staff immediately got him back to a room. He was seen within minutes by the doctor! The staff and the doctor were friendly, efficient and caring. The insurance was a breeze. We have a 100% accident policy. Our insurance wasn't paying correctly, so Misty in billing called our insurance and got it taken care of. I never had to worry. Thank you CopperView for your caring, expertise and professionalism.

I couldn't decide on a pediatrician for my first child. I ended up going with Dr. Kathy Garcia at Copperview. She is amazing. We had some problems the first few days after birth. Dr. Garcia met us a couple days in a row right up to Christmas and made sure everything with my baby was taken care of. She's very friendly and makes sure you are completely comfortable with everything before you leave.

I have also been treated well by the staff each time I have gone in. They have been very friendly and professional.

Im beyond frustrated. Ive been going to Copperview Medical for almost 20 years, never had a problem. I have been trying to get through to them for 3 days and their phones are either busy or I have sat on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. I have 2 kiddos with what I assume is a sinus infection but I need to get them COVID tests because we have immunocompromised family members and I cant get anyone to answer the freaking phone. At this point Im frustrated upset, and forced to go somewhere else even though Copperview has all of our medical history and is our primary care.

Update: I emailed this email sent to me from the office and was told that someone would be reaching out. As of yet (almost a month later) no one has called me. Not once. I reached out and actually got through yesterday (surprise). However, when I set the appt for today she said she would email me details for the app I havent gotten. I called again this morning and the phone was busy again. What a shame that this place has gotten so bad.

I was really skeptical about going to my appointment after reading the reviews. But they were very accommodating with my schedule so I went anyways. I had such a great experience. They got me in quickly, the Dr. came in within 5 minutes of me being in a room. I had labs done which went fine. I was very pleased and I plan on making this my dr. office now.

I have been going to Copperview for the last 9 years to see Dr. Tipton. I just went for my annual med check and Dr. Tipton spent roughly 25 to 30 minutes checking on me, which isn't the only time that she's done that. It's hard to find a Dr. that actually listens and she does! She's great!

Every time I have been seen (only twice) the nurse's have been awful they have been so rude and act like they hate their job and hate everyone there, did not even help the Dr. get set up with anything the Dr. had to get everything to do the check up, very unprofessional... Trying to get ahold of Medical Records have been a pain, or even trying to get anyone to call you back is a joke.. I went in and had some lab work done by a very nice gal and I had to call them for my results which they had called me and told me they were working on it then put in my file that I was already called and told my results ridiculous!! The Dr. was very nice didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, seemed a little uncomfortable and seemed confused when asked a simple question, the front desk was nice the first lady acted as tho I was bothering her but then seemed to chipper up after a minute. I really would not recommend this place to anyone. Trying to get a referral is a joke I had to find my own clinic who took my insurance and trying to get anything to this new clinic is a joke its been two months now and still can not get everything I need from this clinic to be transferred to my new Dr... Shame on this clinic

The majority of the staff is great. We absolutely love Dr.Tipton. She is honestly the only reason I continue to come here. The past year or so, every single time I have made an appointment for any of my children they are running behind. And I'm not talking 10-15 minutes behind. Like 30-60 minutes behind. Why even make a damn appointment? Either their scheduling sucks or they are just slow and need to speed it up. So here I am sitting in a room 30 minutes after my scheduled appt time with a crazy 18 month old and I'm told they are at least 30 minutes behind. She's in with a patient now and still has another patient to see before seeing me. Why the hell were so many people scheduled at the same damn time? So so so frustrating. I'm so sick of hearing "sorry for the long wait, thanks for being so patient" well I've lost my patience.

I am not one that will generally write a review, but I am very surprised with some of the negative reviews for CopperView Medical Center. My family has been going here for years. And we have ALWAYS received excellent care. I have never had any problems with anyone at CopperView, providers or staff. I feel the staff is friendly and professional. I see Dr. Hollingsworth and yes, I may have to wait to see him, but he is an excellent Dr. and is worth the wait. (And really what Dr's office has no wait?) My dad also goes to CopperView. It makes me happy to see the friendly care he receives from the staff for all of his medical needs.

I've been seeing Dr "Sonny" Hollingsworth got about 15 yrs as my PCP. He is also my boys pediatrician. I always go here for all of my medical needs. The thing I love the most is that they are open until 10pm (mon-fri) & 8pm (sat & sun) 365 a yr. Yes even all holidays...

Great clinic with fantastic physicians & staff! I love all the providers and trust them taking care of my family.

We love Dr. Garcia and the MA Kyle who is always smiling. Then there's David who offers the best customer service you can get.

I work for Health Advocate. We have been trying to reach an office manager regarding a dispute. One of our members bought in children for immunizations. Claims coded incorrectly and no one wants to help. The phone number gives no option to speak with a live person to ask for a office manager. Very poor service

The wait time is excellent when you have an appointment, but can be a long wait when you are a walk in (but what do you expect when you're a walk in?). My family and I have been coming here for years. I initially came here because of the extended hours and was pleased with the service. My son's pediatrician Dr. Tipton is great and I'm so glad we've found Copperview!

I've been here many times. Mary Tipton is my friendly provider. Clean and modern facility with excellent professionals that make you feel welcome. Dr Tipton is thorough and confident. I didn't have to wait long.

I have gone in couple times for different reasons, and had multiple doctors over this year. I will say every single time has been a fantastic experience. The staff on every level of care will treat you like they are your family and has gone well beyond my expectations, I would recommend this clinic to anyone. (My wife joined the army this year and I had no idea how to use the military insurance. One of the girls in front noticed my struggle and immediately took over helping me and explained she was an army wife and went through every step in detail of how to sign up and use the insurance, and asked me to call back and request her specifically if I needed any further help in the future. Seriously so far above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. I left the clinic almost in tears just from knowing how to handle such a small aspect of my crazy new military life. And that this young women answering phones at CopperView was there if I got lost in all of it. You can't put a price on that level of care. That is the golden standard of what every service industry should strive for.. I wish I could thank you again. You are the best of us and I hope you see this and know what your small act of kindness meant to me.

The phones kinda suck and you have to call in a few times to get past a busy signal occasionally but just keep trying, it's so worth it, and they are in the process of fixing the phone situation. I usually call once every five minutes or so for maybe 3 tries, and I will every single time get through to reception. Once the phones are fixed I can't think of a single way you can improve. Thank you.
(And to the people posting bad reviews on a medical clinic that is saving our lives during this pandemic, based on the political view of the magazines in the waiting room... Are you for real? Get out of your sad political media trough fed mind and realize they are just magazines for you to read or, guess what, not read. It is your choice. Grow up, and welcome to America where anyone can get a magazine published and anyone can read it (and in your case) complain about the content and bind it to a neutral medical clinic trying to save lives. Stop making everything so obnoxiously about your individual beliefs. YOU are the problem.) Sorry CopperView Medical, the majority of people aren't trying to make a political point and just want to accurately express the care they received. Keep doing what you are doing and let us decide which magazines we read in your lobby. That is the absolute least of your many concerns through this pandemic.

I have always had good things to say about Copperview we have been going for years. But yesterday was a different experience. I had my 6 year old with my yesterday for my appointment. I was getting a spot checked and a Thyroid check. My son loved the Halloween decorations so he was commenting how much he loved them to the MA. She asked him how old he was he then responded he was 6 and in first grade he started to tell her his favorite thing about school. He is a very social kid which I love because I was so shy at his age. When the MA asked how many kids I had I said just one. Her response was. I can see why you stopped there. All my kid was doing was being friendly. Little did she know personally our one kid took over 10 years to get him.That all I ever wanted to be was a mother and I never wanted just one but sometimes you don't get that choice. Then the Doctor came in took about 5 minutes looked at his watch 2 times. I think he had somewhere to be or I was his last appointmentand wanted to be done. Didn't even really talk to me why I was there just sent me to the lab as fast as he could.
On a positive note the people at the lab were extremely nice and were really cute with my little boy and very helpful with sone questions I had. I hope maybe by my blood work I can get answers to questions and concerns I had yesterday tgat I was unable to express to the Doctor.

I've been coming to CopperView for years! Everyone I have seen for either myself or my kids have been great. I LOVE seeing Caroline Johnson for my personal self. Ive seen Dr. Garcia for my oldest boy, and my youngest has had medical conditions so I see Dr. Murray. She was great and I was sad to see her go :(. Vilate is amazing as well. She listens to your needs and offers great advice and really goes above and beyond. I have had a great experience.

My first visit, I paid everything they said was due, and went on me way. I was then sent a letter I needed to pay more, I didn't feel like fighting it so I paid once again thinking I paid the full price .Again they lied and I gave recieved another letter. All these prices coming up to over $300 hey for them to tell me my foot wasn't broken. They did absolutely not help me. I had to come in twice just to got a proper doctor's note for my torn ligament. I do not recommend.

Update: Problem partially amended, last payment cancelled, despite employees mistake second price not removed. New rate, from 1 star to 2.

Waited over 55 minutes to be helped had to get money back and was still not helped when I left!!!!

Kevin Cottle, APRN is great with my clients. He has a great bed side manner. Kevin is extremely knowledgable. I refer to him often.

I just moved to the area, and needed a new primary care doctor. I saw Bradli Jo Asplund, a nurse practitioner. I m so happy I was referred to her. She was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and really listened to me. I didn t feel rushed, and she spent quality time with me, not just 15 minutes.

Great place with awesome staff, a very professional and comfortable environment!

Copperview Medical Center is an amazing clinic. The hours are very convenient for us. My baby see Kathy Garcia and we just love how patient she is with our little princess. We recommend this clinic to everyone!

It is an excellent Clinic! The schedule is very good for us. My baby's pediatric doctor is Kathy Garcia, she is very patient and friendly! He always explains all the doubts we have. She is also bilingual, speaks English and Spanish perfectly! Of course we recommend this clinic to everyone!

I see Jololene Alan. She is awesome! She actually LISTENS to you. And she actually cares! I have been feeling horrible for some years now and since I started seeing her in October I'm feeling so much better. I wouldn't dream of seeing another Dr. I've seen some of the other reviews about the "wait time". Mine is never long. But I do always have an appointment.

Dr. VILATE THUR is amazing. I've been seeing her for years now. I even moved 2 hours away and still continue to see her because she is that Amazing. She is very nice and makes you feel like your a friend and not just a patient. Thanks Vilate for all you do! -BreeAnna Nielson

Love that they are open 365 days a yr and you dont have to pay urgent care prices.

I've been taking my son and I to CopperView Medical Center for about 5 years now. One of the things I like the most about them, is being able to get in with an appointment last minute. They've always been able to accommodate us on a last minute basis. We even have walked in before when it was an emergency, and they could get us in. Always friendly staff. Comfortable waiting area, and I've always had great Doctors there. It's convenient for me to get to, clean, and my appointments are almost always on time.

I have never experienced serious health issue before. The hardest part is trying to rule out test by test to find out whats wrong. I believe this is an ineffetive system that takes to long, it is time consuming and waste resources. i believe the reason for this is caused by Insurance vs the physicians. 3 weeks later, I am still doing another blood test and another Mri , this time with contrast. It stressful and does not allow us to get to he cause in a timely manner and it doesnt allow me to start to develop a plan to get better.

We love it here!! My boys see Dr. Garcia!! She is great with the kids and always answers all of our questions!! The staff is great and the longer hours are so helpful!!

My kiddos see Dr Garcia. She is awesome! Dr Garcia is great at explaining what she is doing so they know.
Dr Andrews has helped me with my knee when I was training for a race. He definitely wants to know what s wrong instead of just handing out a RX.
I highly recommend this clinic for all your needs. I love that they are open late and weekends too!

Not sure why receptionists wont respond to call,
i have been trying to reach them since a week and everyday i will be placed on hold and no one responds and call hangs up.

i will not recommend Copperview to anyone.

I waited for an hour and a half after my appointment time while they took walkins that had come in after me... once I finally got back the medical assistant was terribly unfriendly and awkward and I could tell she must have been having a horrible day but she still should've acted professionally. My doctor was nice but the room was dirty. There was dirt from someone's shoes on the stool and the chair had some thing smudged on it and garbage was overflowing out of the cuboard. I'll go somewhere else next time.

We took our daughter to have a physical. There was specific paperwork that was to be filled out in conjunction with the physical. There were all kinds of omissions. One of the omissions was bloodwork results. When we called back, they said they had no record of the blood work being done, that she only received shots. When my wife explained that she was there and that they did draw blood, they said "well, Labcorp does that for us. Maybe they lost it."

After I type this, I am calling PEHP to report them and to suggest an audit be conducted to see if they are successfully billing out the work but failing to complete it.

Train wreck!!

We have been going to CopperView for the last few years and it is amazing! Dr. Tipton is amazing with my kids, takes time with us and is caring and knowledgeable. Her staff is kind and we never have to wait long. I love this clinic and can t say enough good about them!

Copperview Medical Center is very convenient as it's right on Bangerter Hwy and 9800 S. They've recently remodeled and it looks great. For a walk in clinic to only charge normal physician rates...that's great. This clinic covers most of what we need and everyone here does a great job

I like being able to get same day and night appointments. Several people in my family have been seen there. Kevin Cottle is awesome! I would highly recommend him. Stay away from Amy White. My husband was seen by her. We were very unimpressed with her. She did not seem to have any idea what she was doing and her diagnosis couldn't have been more wrong. We made an appointment with another doctor elsewhere a few days later and we were able to actually get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

The office staff is RUDE and ignorant. I went in with 3 kids and myself needing to be seen and the lady at the front says "you don't all need to be seen. Who is the sickest?". Then someone comes up and says "actually they all need to be seen if they haven't been here before" and she goes "so I have to do paperwork for ALL of them?" And then she starts rolling her eyes and having a bad attitude with everyone including me. I apologized and she didn't say anything, but isn't that her JOB?! The wait is just absolutely ridiculous, even for an urgent care. One woman ahead of me was furious because she had an appointment, so they switched her providers and she still waited another 30 minutes, then went back up and they told her 5 more minutes and it was still another 15 before she was called back. Then there is another hour wait once you are in a room. The doctor actually told me that my kids and I are all reinfecting each other with the same cold virus, which isn't even possible. So just wow.

I love CopperView Medical Clinic. The people that work the reception desk have always greeted me with a smile and a friendly hello. If I have a question about my bill or my care it has always been answered in a timely manner. They have a great group of Physicians.

Wow had a great experience at CopperView and wanted to share. I am so grateful for the staff and providers at CopperView. I felt personally cared for, and feel they went above and beyond to help me find my daughters immunization records. Not all shots were given at Copperview and they helped me track down and locate all immunizations. This saved me a ton of time and stress. Thank you so much!

Don't answer their phones. Busy signal all day long, such a joke. Go somewhere that actually cares about talking to their patients.

Unfortunately, the front desk 'forgot' to check us in, an error they corrected only when I inquired about our substantial wait time. Not exactly confidence inspiring. Will not be returning.

GROSS. I will never go back here again. I waited almost an hour to see CNA's who looked 12 years old and did not look professional at all, who were followed by a physician who was the only person that seemed professional at all. The entire clinic is so outdated and so dirty, gross and smells bad. You would assume a doctors office would smell and look sanitary and clean, but this place did not! I was shocked. I will never take my baby anywhere else but an Intermountain facility!!!

Everyone has different experiences and unfortunately all the bad ones are the first who want to write a review. I have been a patient for years now and I have had my good and my bad as in waiting but what doctor office isn t busy if I knew I couldn t wait and it was an actual URGENT EMERGENCY I would just go to the ER down the street! Copperview has made it possible for me to be seen when I have walked in! The assistants are always happy and helpful! The providers are great and have knowledge! I live by an urgent care and I rather drive 25 min to come here then there!!

I have had IHC hospital doctors for my four children's primary physician up until about three years ago. My two oldest children started to tell me how uncomfortable the hospital was for them for their well child check ups. They did not feel comfortable in the hospital gowns and always having different nurses and the doctor not being very personal towards them. It made them very defensive about the staff examinating them. I switched to Copper View based on a recommendation and I couldn't be more pleased.
I have never waited longer then a few minutes to be checked into the doctors office and scheduling is so convinent because they are open days, evening and weekends. I have complete confidence in Vilate Thur and her nurse Mat. My children have been into Copper View at 7:30 at night for X-rays and first thing Sunday morning for stitches and everything from well child visits to referrals for surgeries had been made so much more positive and convinent with Vilate Thur. I am familiar with most of the staff and all of them treat our family great, which is so comforting because it makes me feel like our family is in good hands

We love Copperview Medical Center! We had to take my son in for a follow up after being released from the nicu they immediately took us to a room so we were not sitting in the waiting room with all the germs. If you are looking for a pediatrician Dr. Garcia is awesome she makes sure all of your questions are answered before you leave. Overall Copperview is great they are open late and over the weekends so there is never a problem getting an appointment.

Service was moderate at first, now it's like pulling teeth to get any sort of help. Need records? Well forget it because the doctors don't finish their notes from half a year ago visits, and can't get records till that doctor makes time to do so... so your basically screwed, cuz they don't care about your time frame. Need test results? Guess again, I had waited several weeks for each test I took for them to loose my results, give me lip, and tell me to stop calling because they were too lazy to contact the people who did the test, who had the results, and had faxed it to copperview several times. There is --always-- something wrong with their systems, as their computers crash or freeze up often, it's hit and miss if they get a fax (and if so you hope it's filed in the correct spot, as mine wasn't causing 3 week delay in one of my test results). Ladies at front desk, lab techs, and the medical assistants are really nice though.

Worse experience ever,this is the third years I've been in this clinic,always have to call back for my results and still wait for almost 3weeks ,still not receive my results,thank you ..!!

I drive from downtown SLC just to go to Copperview for care! I absolutely love the providers there. They are nothing short of brilliant, compassionate, hard-working and dedicated! The MA s are always in good spirits and also very caring. The administration immediately takes care of any bills needs and/or questions I have! I highly recommend this clinic for adult and pediatric care - they are the absolute best!!

I was seen by a female PA there and seemed sharp. She gathered my info and made a fairly reasonable diagnosis of asthma induced by virus (my interpretation of what she saw) and prescribed me two inhalers (Asmanex and Albuterol) and some cough medicine.

I returned to Copperview after going to an asthma specialist and was diagnosed with double pneumonia by another employeeand sent home with a z-pack.

Here is the problem: After two diagnoses from this place, my wife took me into the University of Utah Urgent Care after seeing the continual decline. They evaluated me and immediately passed me to their ER. Within one hour in their ER, I was transported by ambulance to the U of U Medical Center where I was diagnosed with Acute Congestive Heart Failure and Acute Pulmonary bilateral Embuli and was hospitalized for 8 days as they drained 40 lbs of liquid out of me and hooked me up to 4-6 liters of oxygen during that time.

I dont know about you, but when I am in the middle of CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE and PULMONARY EMBULISM, I probably need more than an inhaler and a Z-PACK. My use of this facility almost cost me my life.

I've had great success with this medical facility! I moved out to West Jordan several years ago and had to switch doctors. They take my insurance and I've been impressed with the three different providers I've seen over the years. Occasionally, my doctor is not available (out of town, after hours etc), so I have seen other providers and I have no complaints thus far. They are family-friendly, have good hours, including instacare hours, and good providers. I've never really had any billing issues yet. The waiting room is large and the parking lot is too. The only difficulty is trying to get in the parking lot during rush hour traffic, as 9800 S. can get a little backed up there at the Bangerter intersection.

I have been here multiple times and have had excellent service each time. Helpful, friendly staff and doctors make what is usually an unpleasant experience much more bearable.

PRAY your physician never goes out of town! !
My pharmacy I normally go to is out of a medication I've been on for 3 years because the pharmacist in charge of ordering medication has been out of the office. This is a controlled substance an electronically sent REFILL. It cannot be transferred to a Walgreens that has it in stock.Sorry for the Caps but I'm very frustrated. I called CopperView as soon as they opened at 10:00 am yesterday AND sent message on the portal. Received call back from Amber at 2:00pm and was told NP Kevin Cottle is out of town and none of the physicians there will electronically send my meds to the Walgreens because they disagree with my medication because its more than they think u should have to treat my condition (FYI not pain meds.)
SO now I'll be WITHOUT my meds until the pharmacist is back on Tuesday who will then order them and it will take 48 hours to get there.

Thank you Jessica for calling me and your director for trying to schedule an appointment with P.A. Patrick Hewitt. I'm sad to report that he refused to see me due to not being willing to sign off on a transfer of my refill (a ordinary monthly refill) because he didn't want his DEA# attached to the Rx This is quite disturbing. Everyone's medical circumstances should be respected, treated with compassion and not made to feel ashamed of. I do not recommend anyone seeing PA Hewitt or any physician or medical provider if
#1They don't trust the diagnosis of their fellow providers whom they work with side by side, day by day.
#2 Who reject a patient WITHOUT ever evaluating them or taking the slightest amount of time to look at their chart to see what has been tried and failed to work before their righteous dismissal an appointment with you and maybe offering a second option
And finally
#3 If they are not treating patients based on how their patients REACT to different treatment or medications to include medication dosage and instead prescribe per the U. S. Government and not having them look at their #DEA license. That is not a medical professional, that's a kiss ass who has zero confidence in his own medical practices.
GOOD NEWS, my provider who has always treated me in a compassionate, respectful manor and an actual HUMAN being is back in the office today and after 3 days of needless suffering, transferred my Rx. Thank YOU! I have and always will refer my friends and family to you as you truly are a practicing medical professional.
I have contacted Utah DOPL and would suggest every patient KNOW YOUR RIGHTS. No one should ever feel as ashamed of their medical conditions as I have over the past 3 days.
Its not hard to be respectful. Especially in medicine.
P. S. : This clinic also should be higher medical physicians who want to provide medical services not those who choose, which is their right, to refuse medical services. It's just a recommendation.

Dr Tipton is our favorite. She loves my kids like they are her family and always answers my questions not only as a pediatrician but also as a fellow mom. We also love Dr. Cottle. Somehow he always ends up with my kids on sick days and he is so great!

I have had multiple difficult experiences with this clinic. It started years ago when they immunized my children and didn't record it. They also tried to bill us for many years for services that we didnt use. They would accidentally pull the wrong child's file and say that it was our child who had been in the clinic, but it wasn't.

Years later I came back and was misdiagnosed. I am so lucky I got a second opinion. I solved years of potential difficulties by not trusting these doctors.

Horrible customer service. Waiting on phone off and on for 3 days and no one picks up the phone to schedule an appointment. Used to be good for a number of years but as of late it is horrible. Do not recommend.

****Update they responded and explained it to me why it is so busy. The need to find a way to fix this quick. Maybe dedicate a couple of lines to appointments only. Gave a 2 more stars for responding and resolving my concerns.

These guys are awesome!! We've been going here for 6 years, even during a period where we lived across town and it was a 30 minute drive. The staff is wonderful, caring, and patient. The doctors are compassionate, very well-educated, and in some cases, flat out geniuses. I also love that they are open later hours. They realize that not all sicknesses and injuries occur between 9 and 5 and that sometimes you're not sure if it's something serious enough to to go the ER or urgent care and would rather not have to pay a hefty copay to find out. And their office is within a 10 minute drive of 2 hospitals, should that be a need. As long as we live within driving distance, we won't go anywhere else!

I normally love this clinic but the past couple times I have gone have been a complete joke. About few months ago I called and made an appointment. I spelled my name to them, gave them my date of birth. I went to my appointment and when I checked in the girl said some other name and I was like uh no ? THEY SCHEDULED SOMEONE ELSE and apparently I wasn t the only one. Ok and now I went in two weeks ago and had some tests done and guess what still haven t gotten my results back. I called and the receptionist told me she can t tell me my results which I totally get but she told me my results have been in for awhile now. Which I kinda figured. Normally when i get the tests done it s take 3 days until they come back. So she transferred my call to the lab and nobody answered. I am beyond frustrated. The reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctors I ve had have been awesome! But anyway sure hope I get my results back so my anxiety will chill out. Between my son & I, we have seen most of the doctors at Copperview Medical Center. They are all very friendly as well as the front staff. I like their hours and have never had a problem getting a same day appointment if needed. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience here. my doctor called to tell me my lab results and to advise me on what medicine to take. She told me to call back and tell her what cholesterol medicine I had. I have tried calling back multiple times, with the promise from the triage nurse that the doctor would call me, but still have not received word from the doctor. It has been 3 weeks and I have yet to take my medicine. I then called to ask how to get my lab results transferred to a different doctor, and still no call back. I find this extremely unprofessional. I was also prescribed a birth control only to find out I'm not supposed to take it with my other medicine. I am beyond frustrated.

Dr. Garcia is by far the best Pediatrician we have ever had for our Children and we have 5!
We recently had the honor to meet Dr. Andrews for my wife and I but the whole team is a great bunch!
We are happy that we changed from Jordan Medical Arts. Once they merged with Granger Medical the care drastically decreased.
