I normally love this clinic but the past couple times I have gone have been a complete joke. About few months ago I called and made an appointment. I spelled my name to them, gave them my date of birth. I went to my appointment and when I checked in the girl said some other name and I was like uh no ? THEY SCHEDULED SOMEONE ELSE and apparently I wasn t the only one. Ok and now I went in two weeks ago and had some tests done and guess what still haven t gotten my results back. I called and the receptionist told me she can t tell me my results which I totally get but she told me my results have been in for awhile now. Which I kinda figured. Normally when i get the tests done it s take 3 days until they come back. So she transferred my call to the lab and nobody answered. I am beyond frustrated. The reason I put 2 stars instead of 1 is because the doctors I ve had have been awesome! But anyway sure hope I get my results back so my anxiety will chill out. Thanks for coming to my ted talk *** update got my results back pretty quick after I called so I ll give them a 3 star***
