The staff at Copperview have always been so accommodating. I have been going here for well over 2 years and have never been disappointed. When ever I needed to see my primary care doctor and she wasn't available they always got me in with someone I felt comfortable with. However I call today July 3rd 2020 with signs of sepsis explaining I needed to be seen in clinic as I am immune compromised, diabetic, have COPD from asthma have a heart murmur and rheumatic heart disease. Have been having severe abdominal pain for 3 days. Have to use the bathroom every 30 min to an hour. I'm running a low grade fever. All they would give me is a telemedicine appointment which is gonna be a waste of time because I'm gonna have to come in for lab tests. They don't seem to care that I need to be seen in person. I am seriously thinking of switching providers because of the BS they are putting me through. Star rating went for 4 or 5 stars down to 1 star for not listening to me about what's going on with my body.

Great experience with Dr. Andrews--always very thorough. We've had a few mis-diagnosis with other Doctors. Going to Dr. Curtis, he has help four different family members get to the root of their pain, illness, sickness, etc. We have found treatment and in two cases he has referred us to other Physical Therapists for quick recovery. Great networking. Great knowledge. Great bed-side manner.

I know there are probably more negative reviews about this place than positive, but personally I haven't had a bad experience. When I first checked them out I looke donline and saw the negative reviews so I called and explained my situation. They set up an appointment and I met with Dr. Kevin Kottle who has been an awesome doctor to me. I'm going on a year now being his patient and he has been very informative and genuine with any health issues or questions I have. I was very straight forward with him about what I was looking for and he really liked that I was honest and up front so he decided to take me on. Basically if you're going to choose this clinic I would call and get more info to see if it fits your health needs.

Copper view medical took great care of my son today! We were basically turned away from a different urgent care because they didn't want to do stitches on a 2 year old and then sent us to a closed primary outpatient clinic. We ended up calling copper view and they said they would be happy to take care of my son. We came as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon and the wait was less then 10 minutes, they got us right back and were so nice to my kids. The doctor that took care of us, she was so sweet with my son and gentle, she was talking and playing with him and made him very comfortable he never even shed a tear. We also didn't end up needing stitches, they were able to just durabond the cut. We left happy and all healed up in about 45 min! Very happy with our visit and the staff!

Every time I bring my baby in for follow ups we always have to wait for hours for the doctor to come see us. I noticed that he sees patients that came after us first. Maybe because we're polynesian and they see their own kind first?? Idk. They think we don't notice. So sad.

I ve been waiting on hold for over 30 minutes, called back and still on hold. I just need to schedule an appointment but can t ever reach anyone. Update, I was finally able to reach someone. :)

Absolutely love Vilate Thur! She has always been so thoughtful and attentive to me and my family. She goes above and beyond! She addresses the needs that arise and offers excellent advice and a care plan.

We love Dr. Mary Tipton, if it wasn't for her my husband wouldn't be here today. She's compassionate and caring as are her PA's. We can be seen quickly and the care is the best. I highly recommend letting the doctors and staff of Copperview care for you and your family.

We transferred pediatricians several years ago when I got tired of driving across town for every dr. appt. (as a FT working mom of 2 young kids). We walked in one day without a referral, said we needed a new dr, and they set us up and got us right in as a new patient. It was good then, but I think it is GREAT now. The flexibility of late evening and weekend hours is so valuable to our family. We have never waited more than 10 minutes for an appointment, unless we were a walk in without a set appointment. Sometimes the wait can be longer for walk-ins, but I'm willing to wait when necessary because it's a minor inconvenience and better than paying more to go to instacare or the ER. In my experience, the medical staff and admin employees are always helpful and friendly. Personally, I don't mind that sometimes I see a PA, NA, or NP instead of an actual DR. They are just as qualified to offer medical advice and in the one time that they were concerned about a correct diagnosis, they called the DR in to consult. I can't imagine trusting my family's medical care to anyone else along the Wasatch Front.

Additionally, since COVID hit, CMV has been running on all cylinders, with their staff working crazy hours, trying to accomodate all exisiting patients, new patients, and patients who are just trying to facilitate COVID testing. They keep bringing in new staff just to accomodate their caseloads and increased testing. They are amazing, thru and thru, and should be recognized for their incredible services consistently, not just thru this pandemic. Please show them grace and appreciative - they didn't ask for this ridiculous set of cirmstances. They are merely trying to keep up with demand, while they also try to keep themselves and their own families safe and healthy!

My experience has been great so far. The front office ladies are friendly. Sometimes you do have to wait a couple minutes for them to help you but I get it, they re busy. The medical assistants are great as well. I just started seeing Dr. Slatkin and she is amazing, very informative, kind and truly cares about her patients. I love that this place is open later and on the weekends as most offices close by 5pm on the weekdays and do not offer weekend appointments.

The staff at CopperView Medical Center are the best!!!!

We take our kids in to Dr. Vilate Thur and she is amazing! Our kiddos love her, and she is always professional and very knowledgeable. I trust her to the fullest! I see Patrick and he is by far the best Dr. I've had. Very clean place, I love all the paintings and characters on the wall. All the other staff members are great as well.

My appointment was at 7:50. I didnt see a doctot until 9:13
When i went in and saw Any White, she was over an hour late and spent less than ten minites "diagnosing" me.
When I asked for help as ive been feeling terrible for over a week, she said she couldn't do anything for me and i had to plead with her for antibiotics.
I explained that i talk on the phone for my job, and she condescended and assumed i worked in a call center.
I usually see Megan Gygi, who is awesome. But she wasnt in so i had to see Amy.
I understand my appointment was probably the last of the night, but rushing through it and being condescending is not the way to treat a sick person.

I will never ever recommend Amy to anyone.

This place is a friggin hell hole. Never again will I ever deal with these people. I came in last week as a new patient and they couldn't get their systems to work. It took an hr to see the doc. I go back to the lab this cute Labcorp girl drew my blood. That was the only pleasant experience in there. I then go back today for a lab draw because the doc says that my liver levels were off. I ask specifically for the girl that drew me before cause I didn't feel a thing. I'm then told by the Mexican chick in there that calls herself a supervisor look she's not here anymore I can do it just fine. She left a huge bruise on me and it hurt! I'll be dammed if I go back

My family has used Copperview for over 10 years as our primary health care providers. Excellent staff, excellent care. Copperview is top notch. Dr Tipton and Christine Roach have always provided my wife and I great service. I had lab work done yesterday and was treated so well by Natalie and Cassie, which prompted this review.

This is not our usual medical clinic. My daughter was sick and this was the only place that would see her immediately. The medical treatment was OK. The problem is the billing department. We paid the co-pay on the spot. The clinic had some trouble with our insurance. I called the insurance company and got it worked out. The insurance paid the rest of the bill. We have continued to receive periodic collection calls and harrassments. Today, 3 1/2 years later, we got another call from a collection agency for the full amount of the bill, interest, and the collection fee! I tried to contact the billing department at CoperView but they are only open a very limited amount of time.I emailed the collection agency a copy of the EOB from the insurance company showing the bill was paid-in-full but I am concerned that the collection agency will send a negative report to the credit reporting agencies and ruin my credit. I will never go back to CopperView Medical Center and will advise everyone I can to avoid it as well.

My doctor is wonderful, patient and takes the time to listen to my concerns and insure that I receive the correct treatment for my issues. He sends me to top specialists when the need arises. I wouldn't consider going to any other doctor.
The office personnel are also great. They are always professional, friendly and more than willing to assist with appointments, triage and billing questions.
My doctor's assistant is always patient and helpful with whatever is needed for my appointment . I think she is very special and professional.
I feel very honored to have all of them on my health care team.

Recently I had taken one of my children into another urgent care facility and we're told the on-site labwork showed an infection and prescribed an antibiotic (a big pill I might ad that even some adults would have a hard time chocking down) and that the culture would come back within 2 days so we can know whether or not it was something more severe. After calling on the third, fourth and fifth day and still not getting results on the culture in addition to not feeling confident in the care initially received, I took my child into CopperView Medical. We got in quickly and the staff was great. The PA, Kourtney McMullin, was so kind to my child and ultimately we quickly were able find out that everything was okay and she did a great job explaining things to me. Had the original place we went timely gotten back to us I could have avoided this but I'm somewhat glad because I found a great new clinic in CopperView to use going forward for my families medical care.

This is one of the worst Medical Centers in Utah. The doctors there don t care about your health they just want the money. I have called almost everyday saying I am in more pain than the last day and my doctor hasn t done anything for me, just keeps saying the lab results haven t come in, which she told us would be really soon. And now it s been 4 days and we still haven t heard back from them. This place is a joke.

I have been going to Copperview Medical Center for many years and have never had a bad experience. I see Vilate Thur for just about any health problem I have. She is very good at figuring out what my problem is and gets me referred to the proper specialist. I recently had a spur on my left heel and wanted it fixed by arthrotripsy, an ultrasound procedure. (No Surgery). Jackie called around and found an orthopedic clinic that has the machine and would do that procedure. It was nice that Jackie and Vilate did all the searching for the place where that particular procedure could be done.

It is very convenient to have such good hours and schedule. They are open almost every day, if not every day. I will continue to go to Copperview for my medical needs.

Have been going there since 2005, I've always had good service from the front staff, doctors, practitioners and lab. Very convenient location, plenty of parking and my dentist is right there in the same building. Keep up the good work, and thank you Jaquei for all your help with my insurance.

We've been going here since my oldest was born. She is almost 11! We adore Dr. Tipton especially! All of the doctors there are great. Our whole family goes here and I recommend anyone who is having a baby to come here!

Update - We've had a couple bad experiences but lately Copperview has been better. They've apologized for the lack of available doctors before and may have a point that the holidays had many of them off, so that's understandable I guess.

Our baby was born almost a week ago and have only seen Andrews, the pediatrician, once in that entire time. The clinic itself has some wholly incompetent people working there (with a few exceptions). Getting blood drawn has never seemed so difficult, and they may just improperly store the blood to ensure you have to get it done again.

I have started seeing Jaime and she is so amazing! I've been in a few times during the remodeling and the clinic is looking BEAUTIFUL. The MAs are great and the staff make me feel very comfortable. I would recommend this clinic to all my friends and family. Thanks copper view for the amazing experience at your facility!!

The one and ONLY experience I had with this facility was NOT good.
Provider was a PA, and condescending as she could be. My wife was the patient just a few months before she passed away. She had some underlying problems that this provider couldn't be bothered with checking. Some things could have changed some future decisions with her care, had someone checked. Here instead of looking at the providers attitude, they take it out on the pee ons. Don't go here. The others seem to have the same attitude. If that's how they feel. They chose the wrong profession.

The staff don t care about anybody, nobody is kind or listens with care. This place is a dumpster fire. I will never come here again. Every staff member is beyond rude and I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT EVER COME HERE

Phones don't work. If you message on Facebook they will call you within an hour.

Scheduled an appointment because I was sick. When I showed up they said because I was new patient they couldn't accommodate me. Walked out with no doctor visit.

To be very honest I've never had a bad doctor here. They have been awesome with me and my family. Dr. Michael was awesome his attitude and humor was on par with his stitching and knowledge the nurses were amazing with me and my Murphy's law that follows me. I've never enjoyed doctor's til now.

Everyone is so amazing! I thank everyone that take so much care in my 4 kids and I. Its every clean environment and fun my kids love the themed rooms.

Copperview medical center is by far the best medical facility my family and i have ever been to. Right when you walk in you feel welcomed by the staff. Everyone there is very polite and professional. I had the pleasure of being seen by Vilate Thur. She is kind and funny and makes you feel extremely comfortable. I will continue to make all medical appointments at Copperview medical center and recommend them to everyone i know.

I ve had so many good experiences with the staff at Copperview Medical Center. Mary Tipton is the best family doctor. She takes her time with her patients, gets to know you, and your family. She listens to your concerns and problems and gets on a solution fast! I ve also seen Dr Cottle, who was very nice and was quick to see to the issue. Megan Gygi I ve seen a few times to in a pinch and she s been awesome as well! The staff is truly amazing!

I would not recommend this place to anyone! I had been going there for awhile even years on and off and when I finally had a serious issue they couldn t find my file couldn t answer basic questions and made me feel like I was crazy. Ihc took complete care of me and at least tried to make me comfortable.

Awesome experience. I saw Dr. Asplund and she took the time to answer all my questions, go over new medications throughly and never made me feel rushed. You can tell she truly loves her job and patients. If you are looking for a new doctor I can not recommend her enough!

Dr. sent my son to the ER saying he had an abscess in his tonsils, saying, (in front of my 4 year old) that it could kill him and he needs a CT scan immediately. Over a $1,000 and a few hours in the ER later, my son had nothing more than a sore throat from a viral infection and the idea of it being an abscess or needing a CT scan was laughable to the actual doctors in the ER. Total incompetence.

I see Dr. Andrews. He is the best! (for some reason i think it s really cool that he s tall.) He is nice to me and makes sure that I understand well with whatever the problem is, and my overall health health has improved. :)

The worst customer service ever, I tried to get ahold of the clinic for weeks over the phone only to be put on hold or 30 + minutes and then hung up on with no answer. Finally went in, no one in the waiting room at, all workers just sitting around and phones ringing off the hook! Not one person answered a phone the whole time i was there. Then they ll tell you the phones are busy because of covid. No they are busy because the receptionists can t figure out how to answer the phone. Had so many issues with my visit there as well. Would not recommend to anyone, I would actually advise people to avoid Copperview Medical. Terrible service, so disappointed in my service and annoyed with the whole situation. -10/10.

Ive been going here since I was little. Well recently I kept getting sick and the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with me. It looked like strep but would always come back negative. It would get better then get worse again. I would have a week break between being sick. I was sick for months. Finally they knew it wasn't going to go away and requested that I got my tonsils out. October 11 I got them out and I haven't gotten sick since. I love this place and love how they take care of you. Plus the children rooms are so amazing!! Love the Disney theme in them. The doctors will treat you and will respect you fully. They will listen and try to understand what you are saying.

Despite previous reviews. Had a really good experience. Had to come on a Saturday was the only one open near that would work with me. This place is worth giving a shot.

This office constantly has Dr s leaving to go other places. Triage staff that refuses to return calls when they are the ones who tell you they will call back.

This is a clinic that refuses to help their patience. They are extremely rude. All they will do is tell you no matter what the circumstances you have to schedule an appointment to be seen. So you have to pay for a co pay, and a Dr s visit. Highly unnecessary! They don t care to help you they only care to make money. You are left to feel helpless and tossed around by this place. Ignorant and rude people! I would avoid this place entirely!!!!

I had a family member go in there with a serious concern after an injury. The Dr at the time did not even look at the injury, and was very concerned about using the clinics bandaids. Told my family member all they needed was to rest the injury. Complete joke when someone goes in with cuts and you can t supply bandaids, or examine someone.

I have been going to this clinic for 12+ years for both my kids and myself. Yet lately it hasn't been the same experience. I love the doctors, but the pace is so slow I waited over an hour with my two boys in a room for 12 year old shots. We saw the doctor and that was great but after she was done we waited, and waited for the MA to come in with the shots. As most parents know kids get restless and bothered sitting in a little room for a long time. There were two other MA's sitting out there literally just sitting, joking with one another. We came in and out of the room to get air and move around a bit and neither of those two MA's helped the MA that was helping Dr. Garcia. IDK why they could't or wouldn't help out but it was so ridiculous. I am saddened that a work place would be that way. Also I have had issues with billing and it being the facility's issue and I get a pay now or incur 60% price increase. I have left SEVERAL messages for Jessica to see if there was a resolution for it. With NO return call. Its all become way too frustrating. Looks like it is time for me to look for another facility for my kids and I.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is honestly a joke. I have called at least 23 times in one day and only get a busy signal. I called again today hoping to get in and after the third try i at least got to the phone tree and was on hold for 45+ minutes. A busy signal in a place of patient care?! This is the worst place you could take yourself or a loved one. If I was to ever put anyone at my work on hold for more than 2-3 minutes that would be unacceptable let alone 45 + minutes on hold with never an answer. They need to get there stuff together and have some respect for their patients and their time as well as helping patients get In for an appointment or pay a bill or referral. If you were in need of anything: prescription refill, help with anxiety or depression, feeling sick, a uti, a lump, bump, or bruise or whatever it may be this is not the place to go PLEASE TAKE YOURSELF SOMEWHERE ELSE!

This clinic can get you in same day for urgent care, and has wonderful doctors that genuinely care. I like them a lot.

This place should not be referred to as an urgent care facility, non-urgent would be more fitting. I arrived at 8:A.M. with my daughter who was suffering from severe stomach pain - I was afraid her appendix might burst. She was doubled over in pain when we arrived, yet had to fill out 4 pages of paperwork. At 8:40, still in extreme distress, she was called back to be seen. At 9:30 she came back out to me and and said that other than having a tech take a blood and urine sample, she had been sitting in the exam room alone! To add insult to injury, she actually heard the doctor standing outside her room laughing and talking with other staff.
I insisted on a refund of my copay, my daughter went to the car and I took her to someone who cared.

I have been going to CopperView Medical Center for many years and have seen many providers. I have taken all four of my children and referred many friends. They have consistently been able to address a large variety of both acute and chronic issues successfully. It's very helpful that they can manage issues on a more emergent basis as well. We've had plenty of stitches, xrays, and blood draws and I love that we can do it all with confidence in one place! They are efficient, they listen, and do whatever they can to make it all work without the complexity. It is a great comfort to me to have a place to take myself and my family to address all of our healthcare needs!

I have been here 2 different times with my son and both times were a complete dissapointment!!! The reception staff are snotty well the one I have with the bright pink cheeks....If you hate your job then leave and get a new one!!! I do not recommend them at all nor will i be back, sad thing is i have heard this now from multiple people saying "oh you went there, that place sucks"....Wish i woulda known I guess now I do!!

Horrible service! I have to wait 45 minutes to see a doctor every time I go in. NEVER see Dr Lisa!!! They also had a horrible HIPPA violation with me and mixed my records with someone else! Changing doctors offices ASAP!

I have been going to see Kevin Cottle for about 10 years now and only have great things to say. I love their flexible hours. Kevin answers my questions clearly and with patience.

Love the fact they are open 7 days a week, what place does that? The staff are AMAZING

Been coming here since my mom took me as a kid, definitely going to find a new office. The service here is terrible, everytime I have an appointment it takes at LEAST 40+ min to see a doctor. Nothing against the doctors here just their service. They don t mind letting patients wait.

I love this facility! The front desk staff could not have been nicer and the doctors had such great bedside manner. They took their time with me and did not rush! I have been going here for years and I would recommend it to anybody. Because of my crazy schedule I have seen almost all the doctors in this facility and each one is as good as the next. Any issue or concerns has been promptly taken care of with small effort to communicate on my part. I'm really grateful for this clinic!

Not sure if there s a real doctor in the building. Don t go an hour before closing they will attempt to send you to the ER. Not sure if this place is good or bad. Must be better then most because I keep going back.

I love going to Copperview! Whenever I need a same day appointment, I never have a problem getting in right away. The doctors and nurses have always been kind and thoughtful. I really love that they are open later in the day and on Holidays too! This has saved me from going to an emergency room or instacare! The front desk is not always that nice. So thats the only negative I have!

Dr. Tipton is amazing. We've only had a handful of experiences here (thank goodness) but have continued to come back, confident in the care we will receive, for over a decade. We always feel attended to and treated well. The office has seen a few peaks and valleys in terms of service over the years but it seems there is a great, caring team in place now. We look forward to (hopefully not frequently) visiting Copperview for many years to come.

I have taken my kids to Copperview medical for around 15 years now (wow, so crazy to say that) they are truly the best. We mainly see Mary Tipton and just love her, she feels like family, she s been through all the milestones of our four kids lives with us. She s very thorough and takes time to really listen. Everyone else we ve seen there have been great too.

There phone is a joke. They left me a message to call for my lab work results and I called and left a message back many times with no response for a day and a half. I came in hoping to get some lab work done and they gave me the basic test that doesn't really tell me much and now I need more blood drawn. The doctor never asked me what I was on meds wise and I find out later that my test isn't accurate because of what I am on. Doctor and front desk are friendly though. Oh and they also called me 9:45 at night and asked for some Michelle person haha?? I would just save your time and go somewhere else.

I've been going to Copperview Medical Center since I was a child. Mary Tipton always tried her best to take care of me which I appreciate and I always love seeing the familiar smiling faces from the other members of the staff. It's always a great experience to go to Copperview Medical Center!

We have been going to CopperView for the past 14 years. We prefer this clinic over others because they have great providers and staff. Our whole family can be treated at one clinic. The urgent care is wonderful with for kids and adults and we never get charged for an Urgent Care copay, just the same as a regular office visit. Extended hours are great for working parents and also a great alternative to the ER. Onsite x-ray and lab are also a great benefit. With a family of 6 we have used them all and been extremely satisfied with our care. Staff is cheerful and helpful, always willing to help. We have and will continue to recommend Copperview for medical care.

I was put on hold for 45 mins when trying to call to make an appointment on two different occasions and just ended up hanging up. Googles tool that shows how busy a place is said that they were not busy at all during the times that I called. I used to really like going here but will be finding a new health care provider.

My family loves Vilate, and I miss many of the other staff and providers at Copperview. Vilate was our children s provider until we moved 45 min north. She was great with them, and I have a great deal of respect for her. I trust her. My wife will still make the long drive to see Vilate because she appreciates and trusts Vilate as well.

I do love the providers at copper view medical! I do get very frustrated that everytime I have an appointment I wait AT LEAST 30 minutes. This is very frustrating.

I have been here probably 10+ times in the last few years and haven t been very satisfied with the service they provide. When I was 18 I came here because I was extremely tired and sick all of the time. The glands in my throat would swell up so I could hardly talk and I constantly felt ran down. The doctor we saw gave us the diagnosis of me being a teenager and said teenagers are just tired a lot and sent us on our way without performing any tests. I ended up having mono that was discovered after a simple doctors visit at a different clinic. Had my mono been caught earlier I would ve been able to receive treatment sooner.

My most recent visit was with a doctor who didn t look me in the eyes or ask me anything the entire visit. I was there for an anti depressant refill and in the past every place I have gone to does a questionnaire to see if you re on the right medication. The doctor didn t ask me any questions, filled the prescription and sent me on my way. If I was getting something else filled, like high blood pressure medication, I would understand there not being a need for additional questions. Anti depressants are usually a sign a patient is struggling mentally and I believe a doctor should care enough to make sure you re feeling ok before filling the order.
If I need urgent care, I d go here. But if you need quality health care this isn t really the place for that. The doctors here don t seem to care about your well being or long term health.

Don't understand how they expect to run a business when they won't answer their phone! Been on hold an hour!

I would NEVER refer anyone to this office. They prescribe drugs to people they know have drug addiction problems. They prescribed to my son over and over even though I called several times letting them know he had problems. He even ended up in the ER, but they kept giving it to him. I could go on and on. Not a good trustworthy place.

I am never one to write reviews, but I just feel it is important to do so here. I have been a patient/customer of this clinic and Dr. Hollingsworth. I am not a person that needs a doctor a lot, but I like to do annuals, ect.

I have watched over the years as things have gotten worse and worse with their attention to their clients and lack of customer service. Today it hit rock bottom and I will NEVER be back. Here is why:

I set an appointment for an annual physical over 2 months ago. When I set the appointment the receptionist asked that I come in 3 days before for labs. That was last Saturday. I showed up and they take me back to the lab. I wait for the tech to call my turn for 15 minutes. I am then told that the lab order was not placed and she can not do anything. I leave with a wasted trip but write it off for miss communication.

The following Tuesday, I show up for the actual physical appointment. Now I was 10-15 minutes late because of horrible traffic and rain, but I did spend an hour getting there from my office. I wait another 10 minutes, and the receptionist comes and tells me that I was late and that Dr. Hollingsworth will not see me and I need to reschedule for another 2 months because that is the next opening.

The funny part is she can't reschedule the appointment because his July schedule is not out and she can not see it. I quip back that then how does she know he has an opening at that time if she can't see the calendar and politely pass on the invitation to reschedule.

I am a professional with as much education and skill as them and service a lot of other professionals just like them. I NEVER would turn away a client in my waiting room for no reason I can even think of. That is because I understand the value of a customer. They obviously do not.

I wonder if this Doctor and clinic knows how much time I have wasted in their waiting room waiting and patient rooms for them. Several hours is the answer over the years. What a bunch of hypocrites.

My only hope is that this review can educate a lot of potential customers of the danger of doing business here and that the clinic management team can use this review for future training and consideration on how to treat their customers.

Everytime I have to wait over 35 mins to be seen (with appointment). Its ridiculous!

Dr. VILATE THUR is amazing. I've been seeing her for years now. I even moved 2 hours away and still continue to see her because she is that Amazing. She is very nice and makes you feel like your a friend and not just a patient. Thanks Vilate for all you do! -BreeAnna Nielson

I have been treated so very well by this facility. Jolo has put in a lot of extra effort to make sure I was able to get the meds I needed after trying to weave through the insurance and pharmacy maze. I am so grateful for Jolo's professionalism and concern. Thank you!!!!!!!!

So I read through pretty much all the reviews on here before I decided to go, and I saw a mix of good and bad, but I still went ahead and made an appointment.

Since I hadn t met any of the doctors, I went ahead and just let fate decide who I saw. I ended up seeing Amy White.

First off the person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and polite and then everyone at the front desk was also SUPER nice and friendly, even though they were working on a Saturday!

Then I want to point out I was coming in for a new patient appointment on a Sat. Let me say that again, on a Saturday. They do not only see people for urgent care issues on Saturdays AND Sundays. No, they also see patients who want to establish care as new patients. Maybe these people don t have the time or transportation during the week.

Anyway, I think that s very cool to find family care doctors who can see patients 7 days a week plus evenings!

On to Amy, she was kind, took the time listen to everything I had to say, smiled, was funny, and also very thorough. I will definetly see her again, and will also take my family there!

Our daughter has seen Dr Garcia since the day she was born. She s excited when it s time for an appointment and guidance and support we ve received in raising our child healthy couldn t be matched by anyone. Great staff, incredibly convenient hours, helpful, knowledgeable!

I saw Dr. Vilate Thur. I am extremely disappointed seeing a doctor for the first time and having my history of concussions mocked. I went in to try to fix what is going on with my body but was instead treated like someone who was incompetent and a bother to this doctor.

My body is important and I can t trust my health to someone who can t treat me with respect.

"THANK GOODNESS FOR THIS URGENT CARE!!!" My wife found this Clinic, after I was turned away from Granger Medical Urgent Care, and I was given a stiff recommendation to go into the Jordan Valley Hospital E.R. instead. (We were told it didn't have anything to do with the fact that it was 20 minutes before closing time) For a dental/sinus infection/abcess. If you have ever been in Jordan Valley ER you will understand why I was not going to waste 4-6 hours sitting from the point of Checking in until Discharge. Seriously, I was on my way home before deciding that I really better find some help. So, we showed up about 15 minutes before they closed expecting to be sent away again, or worse to be rushed through and stuck again without help. The staff was wonderful, the facility is beautiful and, they are the cleanest doctors office I have ever seen!! The front desk girls were very kind, and the attending nurse and PA actually took the time to get the details, do the full exam, and give me the appropriate medication, (i.e. an antibiotic, and corticosteroids to treat the infection the right way) . This will be my 3rd time trying to get this illness taken care of, and we finally hit the target,. Again, Thank You to the Staff, the Nurse, and the Provider; Jared. We will be telling all of our Friends and our Family to switch from their "less than acquiescent, less than a care giver should be anyway....) .Should we have any other "Urgent Care" needs for our family of 9 we will be coming back!!!!

I went in about 3 weeks ago experiencing some very uncomfortable and concerning pain and I ended up getting an appointment with a doctor later that week who scheduled me an ultrasound that I got done on the 14th. I was told they'd be getting back to me in a few days with results. 2 weeks pass without hearing back. I also left multiple voicemails which I was never followed up on and I ended up having to personally visit Copperview on the 1st to get someone to follow up with me. They didn't have much of an excuse and all they did was have some staff member at the front read me the two sentences that made up the entirety on my results and sent me on my way. The results ended up being negative for what they were checking for and they gave me no plan for follow up. At this point, Copperview hasn t been of very much help because I m still experiencing the same symptoms and I still don t know why. I m honestly pretty disappointed with the way this facility is operating.

Everytime I ve called recently, I get a disconnect tone. It is hard to set up an appointment with your doctor when you can t even reach the operator.

The staff was really friendly. I could hear phones in the background ringing off the hook but I never felt like they were trying to rush me off the phone or that I was an inconvenience to them.

Not impressed. Every time I book an appointment I'm asked if I want the same DR. (LOL of course I want the same DR). Normally when I go in for my OB appointments, my DR does my health check up, then ask if I want a pap test and states it's not recommended every year but up to 3 years. (If that's the case then why is it so hard to refill my Birth Control).

I tried to refill my Birth Control yesterday as I am going out of town on Saturday @ 7:00am for 9 days and my Birth Control runs out on Sunday. Trio Team told me there is nothing they can do to refill my prescription and I need to make an appointment with my DR (apparently it's ok with them that I go WITHOUT Birth Control, however it is NOT ok with me) I have an appointment tomorrow at 8:50pm my pharmacy closes at 9:00pm and doesn't open until 9:00am.

These people want your money and don't care about you or your health. You are just another number and will be treated as such.

I love how I can go in for a regular check up or something that I might go to urgent care for. Dr Hollingsworth is excellent to take time with you and explain things to you, he gives you that one on one time you need when you go into a doctor. I had seen several doctors about my headaches and body aches Dr Hollingsworth took time and diagnosised my fibromyalgia, and I just love Valate Thur she is easy for me to talk to, I have know her for quite a while and she is excellent and in everything she does and she calls you to tell you what your test results are which is amazing. Betsy Dr Hollingsworth nurse is fantastic she always makes you feel less stressed when you go in. Michelle in the lab is great and Kevin is another one I have seen and I have a son that has been going to Kevin for years so I would recommend this medical place to anyone. I think with anyplace, if someone gets behind you will have to wait. Sometime something is coded wrong and insurance issues arise. This has not happened to me, but it could. But it 5 star in my books.

Went there 1 time for a well check up and they charged me over $250.00. I've called to try to get it straightened out. I'm told to disregard the bill but noone can tell me why! I'm taking them to the state board! This falls under fraud waste and abuse!!!

The staff has always been friendly and efficient. I've never had an issue with scheduling. I highly Recommend Dr. Wallace.

Been going here since my son was born. Now only use this location for occasional visits since Dr Lei moved to South Summit. Newly renovated and very clean. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. My only gripe is with the choice of magazines that are in the waiting room. Right wing bible thumping magazines are not a good choice for a doctors office.

The waiting area, the physicians, the NP's, and the PA's seem decent. They seem to be lacking in quality support staff though. The office staff aren't bad but they're not friendly. The MA's don't seem quality though. I'm fairly certain there were a couple of MA's that made up some of my vitals. I wouldn't recommend coming here if you might need an x-ray, they still use film instead of digital imaging. Digital imaging will get read by a Radiologist much sooner and the image is generally more clear. I didn't feel comfortable here for my primary care and I would only come her for Urgent Care if I couldn't go anywhere else. It's not that they are a bad place necessarily but they aren't nearly as good as other places.

HORRIBLE doctors office. I have been trying for over a month for them to schedule a CT scan.

We used Copperview Medical Center for a long time (our insurance changed). The doctors are friendly and knowledgeable. They don't rush visits.

Six weeks to get an appointment to see my doctor?! Guess I m in the market for a new doctor.

Our entire family has been getting medical attention at Copperview Medical for probably 15 years. They give top notch care! We even have family members that need some specialty care, and they are wonderful. We are real fans of Mary Tipton and have also had great experiences with several other of the doctors in this office. Thank you for caring about our health.

We love Copperview Medical! The location is great for us and so are their hours. Dr. Tipton is amazing and great with my son! We can always get in same day for sick appointments and have occasionally had to see other Drs and have always had a good experience with them as well. Also I have personally seen Dr. Tipton s assistant Megan Gygi a few times and she is fantastic!

Been coming here for over 3 years. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
