Im beyond frustrated. Ive been going to Copperview Medical for almost 20 years, never had a problem. I have been trying to get through to them for 3 days and their phones are either busy or I have sat on hold for 30 minutes only to be hung up on. I have 2 kiddos with what I assume is a sinus infection but I need to get them COVID tests because we have immunocompromised family members and I cant get anyone to answer the freaking phone. At this point Im frustrated upset, and forced to go somewhere else even though Copperview has all of our medical history and is our primary care.

Update: I emailed this email sent to me from the office and was told that someone would be reaching out. As of yet (almost a month later) no one has called me. Not once. I reached out and actually got through yesterday (surprise). However, when I set the appt for today she said she would email me details for the app I havent gotten. I called again this morning and the phone was busy again. What a shame that this place has gotten so bad.
