Service was moderate at first, now it's like pulling teeth to get any sort of help. Need records? Well forget it because the doctors don't finish their notes from half a year ago visits, and can't get records till that doctor makes time to do so... so your basically screwed, cuz they don't care about your time frame. Need test results? Guess again, I had waited several weeks for each test I took for them to loose my results, give me lip, and tell me to stop calling because they were too lazy to contact the people who did the test, who had the results, and had faxed it to copperview several times. There is --always-- something wrong with their systems, as their computers crash or freeze up often, it's hit and miss if they get a fax (and if so you hope it's filed in the correct spot, as mine wasn't causing 3 week delay in one of my test results). Ladies at front desk, lab techs, and the medical assistants are really nice though.
