Nice hotel. Clean and staff was friendly for the most part. Pool area needs better service, lacked towels, and trash laying around. Kids placed a local call and received a charge to the room which makes zero sense. We are not in the 90s charging, there is no difference between long distance or local calls anymore, but charging for a local call (really?) Anothet thing that makes zero sense is charging taxes on valet parking!!! If it wasn't for this, I would rate better.

My experience here was truly awesome. The valet staff goes above and beyond, especially Ulis (sp), pls forgive if I misspelled, but you know who you are the hardest working valet in Miami, pls tip well people! The lobby is on the 25th floor and my room was on the 19th so not a traditional set up. The view from my room was great.

Though breakfast was not being served because of low occupancy during this Kung-flu panic, next time in Miami, we will definitely be back. A beautiful hotel that was sparkling clean and fresh with super comfortable bed and pillows. Lots to see while strolling along the water in the Brickell area.

The hotel looked very nice. When you get there you go up to the 25th floor to check in. The lobby is very open airy and modern. I was offered a glass of Champagne while processing the check in. The room was a one bedroom suite. The views were awesome. The bathroom was pretty big. It had a stand up shower and huge separate tub. The complimentary coffee was a bit odd. They had Illy k-cups especially designed for the hotel. When you made the coffee it only filled about 2.5 .oz. of an 8 .oz. cup. What made the stay really just awful was the fact that my partner was bitten by bed bugs. For a hotel of this stature and price range to have that happen is just appalling.

Decent high end hotel and the best thing going for it is its location. It shares the building with offices and some condos. The service was very good overall and we were upgraded to a corner suite with great views. The elevator situation was a pain to go in and out of the building and the pool was quite a walk from the room. Would probably stay somewhere else next time but this place is more than ok.

It has good location in the financial and business center. With tennis court, gym and pool. To access the pool you have to go to the next building. At night it is a quiet area. To get to the hotel rooms you have to take two lifts. The service in general was fine. It has beautiful views.

The route that you can take from the miami move stations for free is the best way to get to know the center of the city. landscapes views the most incredible thing you can imagine of miami in terms of structure, tall buildings, beautiful landscaping. It is worth doing this tour. Do not hesitate to visit the Miami Move and never forget to take your camera to photograph. believe me you lacked batteries for the beautiful photos you can take!

This hotel is not a good value. I was okay with the$300 per night charge but then they charge you another $50 per night for parking. Don't bother paying the higher room rate that includes breakfast, it's only yogurt, toast, danish and coffee. The coffee was warm, not hot. Not worth the $15 extra. They charge you $10 for a bottle of water in your room, they didn't even give you one free bottle for making coffee. It would have been better to charge $375/night and include everything. Maybe they should circle back to their marketing department.

Its a shame that a hotel that has been wonderful for many many years has a manager that is so extremely rude to the guests (as i have experience, and judging by the comments many other guests) , if he is the one that provides training to the people at the front desk I can understand how they are unable to solve problems... The hotel was much better when Andres was front desk Manager, Brian is damaging the wonderful Conrad image...

We had a 5-star experience at the Conrad Miami!

The staff was unbelievable. Every interaction met or exceeded our expectations! Enrique at check-in was exceptional.
At the restaurant located in the Conrad, Atrio, Yunio served us and was outstanding, as was the food. Actually, Yunio's personality and impeccable service was the reason we returned to Atrio the next evening for another dinner - he was so friendly, professional, efficient; a genuine pleasure to interact with! He really knows the meaning of hospitality. We again enjoyed the experience a great combination of service and food!

Our room was on the 18th floor and by now everyone should know that check-in is on the 25th floor, accessed by street-level elevators. From there we had to switch to the elevators that took us to our floor, going down! Other posters mentioned this as a bit of a hassle but we got used to it with no problem.

The room, handicapped equipped, was one of the cleanest we've experienced. Don't laugh but we do white glove tests. This room passed by a long shot!
Everything and anything that's expected to be provided in a room was there for us to use.
As mentioned, we called housekeeping for some extras which was promptly delivered.

The hotel is close to many fine restaurants and tourist spots. A short taxi ride to South Beach.

The valet service is expensive but the valet s were quick to bring our vehicle every time we needed it.

This will be our Miami hotel for all future visits and highly recommend to all friends, relatives and readers of this review do the same!

Took a birthday trip to Miami. I expected a top tier Hilton offering like the Conrad to be a top notch stay. It wasn t. Other than the view, the room felt like a Hampton Inn. Also, during COVID you would expect the cleaning service to be very detailed. It wasn t, if they cleaned at all. There was no breakfast. The people at the hotel were nice. I would avoid this place.

Stayed the weekend for the Bryan Adams concert (which was amazing!).
Enjoyed the cleanliness of the facility. The staff was very friendly. We had a King bed with a bay view. The room was small and the view was mired by construction and buildings (it is in the city) but our over-all experience was very good. The location is great if you want to escape the South Beach scene.

Very nice

Great hotel in Brickell. If you re not familiar with Miami, Brickell is the financial district, but also a center for upscale restaurants and shopping. If you want to avoid the chaos of Miami Beach and be centrally located to every neighborhood in Miami, stay in Brickell.
I recommend a bay view room. City view rooms are larger, but the view of the bay is spectacular. The bay views here are actually bay views. Our room had two walls of glass (corner room 1925), the bathroom was large and also had a long glass wall looking out over the bay.
Service was exceptional, which is tough to find in Miami. The concierge was extremely helpful and was able to find a rental car to go over to Naples for better rates than I could find on my own.
The only hiccough we had was with housekeeping. I don t know what their schedule is, but we were out of our room from the morning until 5 pm, we came back and the room hadn t been cleaned. No big deal. We got a knock on the door at 5:30 from housekeeping, i asked them to come back later to clean the room. We left at 6, came back at midnight, and the bed had been half heartedly made, but the towels were still on the floor, dirty coffee cups not replaced, trash not emptied. Odd. I called the front desk, and they gave us complimentary breakfast the next day. I think this was a case of a scheduling problem or someone having a bad day.
All in all, i will definitely consider this hotel before others in Brickell.

I had higher hopes.

I had higher hopes.

Rooms were fine, what you'd expect from a Conrad.

Location is great for business travelers.

Customer service could use some work. Most noticeable with the servers in the lobby restaurant. I'll do a separate review about it but, if you don't make it to that review, just avoid the place for breakfast. Not sure what was worse, the service or the food.

It is a luxury hotel, although I did not use all the services, the room that I was given spectacular, with a view. The hotel equipped with high technology, the air is controlled and always at the ideal temperature. It's expensive but you get what you pay for

I am a Diamond-tier member. The location is awesome and the room was a bit old structure, but it was tidy and the layout was nice. I like the amenity, Shanghai Tang, very much. But considering that Conrad is Hilton's top brand, basic services such as house keeping were not that good. It does not currently serve breakfast these days, and the tennis court does not seem to be operating. Also, only self-parking is possible, which costs $25 per day. The parking garage machine was very annoying with frequent errors.

Spent the last night of our Honeymoon here. I had forgotten months before we stayed that I had put it into the notes it was our honeymoon. We were invited to a cheese and wine social the next afternoon but our flight was at 6 am in ft. Lauderdale the next morning. So we had to leave at 4. We were so sad to miss our fun second day at the hotel and if I could do it all over again we would have spent more time relaxing here. Our room had a spectacular view of Miami Beach and the staff was some of the nicest we ve ever encountered. This was November of 2016. Took me a while to write my review...it was just that nice.

I got a travel package deal and ended up deciding to stay at the conrad and man: what a right choice I did. Everything was perfect. From the reception desk to room service to the pool. I highly recommend

Very nice hotel. Friendly Staff. Outstanding restaurant service and food. Even on a Christmas holiday night they make it such a pleasant stay

I am quite fond of the high story lobby and breakfast area overlooking Brickell. We visited during the holiday season and they had cute "igloo" tents set up, plus the lobby featured some intriguing modern art. As the location is good and the staff is friendly, I would certainly recommend it.

This is a great hotel, in the heart of the Bricknell District. EVERYTHING! and I mean "EVERYTHING" is nearby. Also, what I loved about this hotel, I usually do my daily walks, and if you want a great place to walk to, with beautiful surroundings, this is the place. So! you need to bring your walking shoes. Be sure to ask at the hotel for the Bricknell island directions for walking, and your off on your walk. Also, if you get sick, need meds, need junk food, CVS is right nearby. A Five Star Hotel in my book! We did not need a car, because we were visiting family, but in all honesty, you don't need a car. Also, at this hotel, it was my first time to use Uber, and well worth it. Ask at the hotel for a Uber discount.

My stay at Conrad was amazing!!! I had an awesome room with a beautiful view, along with a great meal provided by their chefs; but what made my stay memorable is the front desk staff member Kenneth Michael Hice. He went above and beyond to ensure my stay was was perfect. He ensured we had room service, a quick check in/out process, and help with activities to do in the area.
Thanks again Conrad and thank you Kenny!!!

Nice place and perfect location. We had a RB&B located in the hotel which gave us a bigger living space and more home feeling. Unfortunately the gym is a bit too small with very low ceiling high but well equiped. The spa was closed for some reason during our stay. The internet is almost non existing which is a big minus. For those reasons I took 2 stars off. We loved the different coffee at the lobby and the pool was nice too. Very nice service!

We were celebrating our anniversary at the Conrad ...

We were celebrating our anniversary at the Conrad and I requested an upgrade but I think i got the same room as i booked just a better view. Anyway being a gold member didn't help get a bigger room.
Just fyi the Hilton app just before the checkin was offering me a higher floor room which I should have taken but I didn't... My mistake
The room was just OK. What set us off was the bed. The bed was not balanced and was tilted in one side.. We had to wake up in the middle of the night and sleep the other side of the bed to balance our body.
The coffee machine light was annoying, there is a light that keeps glowing. We had to find a way to Switch that off too in the middle of the night
The cable was not working and we had to call someone to get that fixed the next day ( the guide button that shows the channels and time still didn't work - pic attached). We contacted them that we will let them know when to send the engineer since we wanted to sleep in the afternoon for a while because the night before wasn't a good sleep. They still called us in our room after an hour asking should we send the engineer by waking us up. It was annoying.
The next day we went for the breakfast ( complimentary for gold members) and was shocked to see the complimentary breakfast only had the oatmeal as the main meal and some baked pastries. Even in smaller hotels you get the regular pancakes or bacon with eggs.
Then when we sat at our table the utensils were dirty (pic attached). And it was the same for my wife we straight away complain about it and it was changed but this is not expected from a high end hotel.
Also the bathtub is not suited for anyone above 5'2", yes it is that small.
If you call from your room by pressing the 0 button they will pick your call one in 10 times

We didn't want to have a late checkout and left early.
Wife was not surprised with the hotel and I have to say I wasn't either.

If you are Hilton Honors member don't expect any benefits here. Money for room VS Points for room has no benefits. Also staff could care less about your status for Hilton Honors. Really nice hotel and location though. I honestly probably just had a one time bad experience.
