In hotellerie, "luxury" is not necessarily made of posh and sumptuous factors but in impeccable and quality customer service, in the possibility for the guest to feel home and to trust that all necessities will be reliably fulfilled.
The Conrad hotel in Miami stands out for the most seamless, human, professional and embracing customer service one can expect, with every member of the team making your stay a bliss.
Will definitely head back on our next trip to Miami.

Went to the Conrad hotel on business it was the first time I've been there. Unfortunately I never got to really look at the facilities nor use them but the place is absolutely beautiful and the service was spectacular. I am by no means insinuating it's a five-star hotel but they do get a five-star from me. Absolutely gorgeous view and very well cared for hotel

When we checked in on a Sunday and we were never informed that the hotel was renovating the upper floors. We had to listen to constant jack hammering for hours. Additionally they never told us the restaurant and bar were closed. The rooms were nothing special at all, however the staff was very friendly and the espresso machine in the room made a really nice cup of espresso. This is where the 1 star comes from.

Stayed for a few days for a conference. Great location - close enough to south beach to catch a morning swim before my flight out. Rooms are clean and simple - I had all I needed for a work trip. Pool is great and very relaxing atmosphere (was there on a weekday) Breakfast was so-so, but there are plenty of options outside. Great for a quick business trip..

My husband and I took a four day break from the cold weather and kids and stayed at the Conrad Hotel in Miami. The experience was fantastic from check in to check out. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the Concierge and Isabel and Priscilla the bar staff. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pretty bad management. I got a room with smoke smell, asked for a different room, and was told nothing is available. Then I asked to switch to a different Hilton, and they are able to find a different room for me. It s not a cheap local hotel. I can not believe this is how you manage the brand, and you can even try coming back to me without a solution. Your customers can easily just go to another one of the hundreds hotels in Miami without sacrificing their health while paying you thousands of dollars.

We only spent one night there and did not get to enjoy that amenities They have tennis courts, a pool, hot tub and free breakfast (at least we did) and even though we had a room right by the elevators, it was quiet as a church mouse.

Noisy. Poor service. Average rooms. Bad value. Disappointing for "Conrad." Disappointing for a "4.5-star hotel.
On arrival, no one offered to help with our bags. Check was unnecessarily slow. We waited 10-15 minutes and there was only 1 person ahead of us in line.
This hotel has the lobby on the 25th floor. Elevator from room up to 25th floor. Then 2nd elevator down to the street. I find this annoying.
The hotel is quite noisy for a "4.5 star" hotel. We can hear everything outside (17th floor and we can hear the street easily). We can hear every conversation in the hallway. The other guests in the hotel are pretty noisy. Many doors don't fit the frames well and have to be slammed to close. It seems little sound/noise was not considered int he design and construction of the hotel. It is a noisy hotel.
The room is okay -- just average for a modern hotel, really. The bathroom is disappointing. It does have a separate shower and tub; but the tub is a standard small tub that one expects to find in an average horel. Overall the bathroom is poorly designed for the space.
Pluses: Big TV (never turned it on). Full size umbrella. Nespresso coffee in the room. 2 outlets and 2 USB ports on each side of the bed (good job getting that right). Closet. Couch.
Overall, this is an extremely disappointing Conrad. I am kind of surprised this is branded "Conrad." It is supposed to be among the best Hilton has to offer. It is a poor offering. Poor service. Noisy.
I guess I am comparing to the Conrad Bengaluru, or other 5+ star hotels in Asia that have fantastic service; very nice, quiet rooms; and are a good value. However, for ~$400-$500/night, I expect more, even in Miami.
I used points to pay for one night and paid for the other night. Even considering this, the Conrad Miami is a poor value.
This experience has lowered my overall view of the Hilton brand.
I probably won't stay here again.

Horrible experience with my 7 month old baby and 3 year old - ended up checking out within 10 minutes of getting there and looking for another hotel during the late night.
- No toilet paper in our room
- Asked for hot water to feed our 7 month old baby as she eats every 3 hours, they said there is no hot water in the building.
- asked for a microwave to heat up baby s water - they said no microwave in building.
Their reason, they did not want to clean up after every guest (this was definitely a special situation considering I had no other way to feed my baby)
When I told them I had to leave because I had no other choice, the Manager, Elena, said perfect, i ll note that you are checking out
I booked and paid for this hotel expecting to be in a safe and comfortable environment as we were only staying for the night. I can t believe the way this was handled. Manager has already denied my request for a refund. Why? They could not accommodate my baby with hot water or microwave? Really? Is this a fair way to treat anyone? I am in disbelief.
My business partner stayed at Courtyard Marriott 3 days ago and the hotel had these basic necessities and a microwave on site.
Shame on you, Hilton.

This Hotel recently lost a lawsuit for unjustly firing a worker who was working for them for 10 years. New management tried changing contracts and forced those with religious accommodations to work during their time of prayer. How awful. And now they're trying to appeal the verdict the jury gave.

My husband and I are Diamond members through Hilto...
My husband and I are Diamond members through Hilton and our stay at the Conrad Hotel in Miami was awful! We love the Conrad in Ft. Lauderdale and decided we would give the Miami one a try for a getaway weekend. Bad mistake! We will never stay at that Conrad Hotel EVER again!
First off when we arrived the front desk guy was very friendly but we were quickly told that he was not from Florida and was just there filling in due to them being short staffed...He checked us in then told us our luggage would be brought right up to our room. We waited an hour and still no luggage. We were hungry and ready to get something to eat so we called the front desk asking about our luggage and was told again our luggage is on its way up. After, another 40 min of waiting we called the front desk again. Five minutes later they finally brought our luggage to our room. We were told that our luggage was taken to the wrong room by mistake and they couldn't find it. We were appalled that our valuables were left unattended! All they could say to us was they were so sorry for the confusion.
The next day we called the front desk for a bucket of ice. Little did I know calling the front desk for something that simple would be quite an ordeal! It took several calls to the front desk asking where the ice was before the front desk staff (the guy who checked us in) personally came to our room (1 1/2 hours later) apologizing and stating they have over 200 guest requesting service and they are trying to accommodate everyone. He said they are so sorry for the poor service we have had with our stay and he will personally make sure that we get points back on our account for the problems we had with not only with our luggage but now with the ice bucket too. We said ok and thanked him then asked for an extra blanket which they brought right up...To this day 2 weeks later we have not received the points as promised!
Check out was also a disaster! Went to check out with a different front desk personnel. You could tell she was new and not sure what to do. She greeted me and said have a nice day. I looked at her and said I would like a receipt for my stay and I want to know how many points we are getting back for the bad service as promised. She said she had no idea and went and whispered to the Manager Hugo. He came over and said he needed speak to (Rick I think was his name) regarding the points back, but he will make sure we get our points and gave me the receipt (all lies just to get me to leave the front desk)..The bill was quite high and I noticed the breakfast that is free to Diamond member was charged. I pointed this out to Hugo and again was apologized to for their mistake. My bill was corrected. I told Hugo that we will never be back to this Conrad!...
All I can say is stay clear of this Conrad hotel and go to the one in Ft. Lauderdale if you want top notch service. We have been to that Conrad several times since it was built. You will be disappointed if you are looking for a beautiful room and the 4 star service Conrad Hotels are known for. Breakfast was thankfully offered and had just opened the day of our arrival due to being closed from the pandemic. The servers were wonderful even though we were told they were new as well...This Conrad was under staffed and their people are not very well trained!
*The highlight of our stay was the parking attendants. They were on point and gave us good suggestions on where to eat. Our car was brought to us very quickly whenever we requested it....BUT Beware of the parking fee. They charge 45.00 for valet parking plus a parking tax and an additional state sales tax which is ridiculous and very high just to have your car valet parked! If I could give This Conrad Hotel a 0 Star I would!!!!

Conrad Miami is definitely one of the best hotels I've been to so far. Location, facilities and staff just form a coherent overall picture that results in a memorable travel experience. I used their parking lot for a visit to the offices at the front of the building, they were the least expensive for that neighborhood & one of the few that could accommodate a full sized pick truck because of it's height.

Very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and as expected. The only challenge was the elevators. You have to take an express elevator to a high floor then walk to another set of elevators to go to the guest rooms. This was an annoyance and added time to getting around. I will likely choose another hotel in the future because of this.

Great for people who want to do some sport. Pool is 25 yards long and therefore suitable for swimming laps. There are nice jogging trails around the hotel. Cycling is also possible (e.g. towards Key Biscane or Underpass). Bike rental is around the corner. Gym is good, if not huge. There are also tennis courts.
In terms of price, this is of course a very upscale hotel. Breakfast was the most expensive thing I have ever experienced. Everyone has to answer for themselves whether the price-performance ratio is still right.

Nice upscale hotel at a reasonable price. I had a bay view room and enjoyed the view in the evenings and mornings when the sun and moon change the gaurd before I headed out to work. The restaurant was serviceable and quiet, and the bar balcony was a bonus being on the 25th floor along with guest services desk and the restaurant.

The Hotel is beautiful, everything it was clean. It was my first time in Miami for my birthday . At check-in Daniela perez, she was very professional, she was explaining to us the nearest restaurant & the best one in the area. Brian checked us out, He was nice. Housekeeping staff was super nice delivered us coffee & water.
The worse issues it was with the overnight guy, He was very rude rude, He needs to improve his customer service. I am a Gold member basically he was saying doesn t mean anything if you Gold member. I am with Hilton member since 2017 I never had issues like this. I won t stay here again in the future.

1) I called ahead to upgrade the room and have champagne waiting as a surprise to my boyfriend. While the associate who helped me was very friendly, we were surprised to be charged for the upgrades but didn t receive EITHER of them. The clerk even tried to convince me that the room we received WAS the upgrade after specifically describing it to me as a bay AND city view suite, not a single room king with city views. He politely removed the charges after asked. 2) The food is outrageously overpriced. This, however, is in line with most restaurants in Miami. $82 for a basic breakfast for two? Sheesh... 3) The hotel is oddly configured the entrance is not clearly marked as it shares a lobby with two banks, you must go up a few floors to the lobby and then switch elevators to go to the rooms. It smelled funny in all of the corridors, kind of like body odor. 4) Its $40 PER DAY to park your car there.

This is a review of the spa particularly, reception, since I wasn t able to use their services. First off, the spa desk is impossible to get a hold of. Called several times one day, no answer. Called the next day and finally was able to speak to a lady who took down my information and scheduled my spa appointment. They need a cc to reserve, so I had to call back a few min after since I was driving at the time. I was looking to sign up for a spa membership and schedule my first appointment a couple days out. A different receptionist answered and informed me that in order to register me for the membership, I had to actually physically come in on a day before my appointment and give them my ID and cc. Apparently, this is a hotel policy and they do not take this over email for whatever reason. I don t know what age this hotel is living in, but they need to join the modern world and step up their customer service too. Unless you are catering to direct hotel neighbors, who can just walk over during business hours, this is hugely inconvenient. Very disappointing.

Service was terrible, in every area. Checking in , was a 15 minute wait in line to find our room was not ready. Was told they would contact us by cellphone when it was, and our luggage would be taken to the room. We went to the restaurant to have lunch. We waited an hour for an iced tea. Our meal a chicken club took 11/2 hour, and the restaurant was empty! We finally checked back at the front desk to see if our room was ready ( never being contacted) and our luggage wasn t there. It seems no one follows through on anything!

We visited Miami for 3 days prior to a cruise. We have been to Miami several times and always enjoy it. The Conrad is a GORGEOUS hotel. Very modern, with fantastic views of the city and the ocean. A nice pool, though much of it is shaded and not ideal for sun worshipers. To get to the lobby, you have to take one bank of elevators up to the 24 floor, then switch to another set of elevators to get to the room, a (very) minor hassle.
There is a CVS just down the street and several dining options nearby. This is an ideal hotel for business travel but the location is a little out of the way from the beach, Lincoln road, Bayside and other tourist attraction. With the monorail and Uber, this was still very manageable and a wonderful place to stay with absolutely fantastic guest services.
