I just want to say that if you ever want to be in a hotel that CARES it s the Conrad
My daughter went to Miami for Super Bowl weekend and was diagnosed with the flu today.

Nate Was absolutely extraordinary. He took my call, he took it upon himself to personally deliver the prescriptions from Walgreens to my daughters room and said whatever we need to do - we want to help her get better for super bowl. Staff brought soup, tea and water thanks to Nate.

As a mom, there is no worse feeling than being helpless.
The Conrad went above and beyond and made me feel that there is kindness and connection in the world to help others.

Thank you Conrad!! Everyone should feel this kind of customer service - and my daughter said the hotel is beautiful, clean and location is great!!

Very nice environment. Excellent service and wonderful employees. A beautiful bathroom seals the deal for me. Rooftop pool and several other great amenities if you are taking vacation this is a great location. Shot out to Ceasar who didn't mind being our photographer.

Worst Conrad experience. We paid for a view room. Got the view but at the worst cost - a queen bed for two people was just impractical. We asked to be moved to a king bed given we had paid extra and their only response was, sorry we can t. Not coming back.

Amazing hotel. Has a homey feel to it. Also great artwork on the walls of the lobby. Amazing views from some of the rooms as well

Beautiful location, awkward layout for hotel guests. Breakfast overlooking the harbor is a must do...make sure to sit on the balcony.

Was there discussing opportunities for a wedding ceremony and reception. Staff was very helpful and descriptive. The venue options presented were very nice. Will be considering it highly.

I called this hotel's customer services representative for an appointment. I was shocked by how quickly they managed to accommodate my inquiries. It was a great experience for the first time to deal with this reputable hotel service. I'll be giving them my 100% trust and "5" stars for the impressive service.

My stay had been hectic but they've got a top notch staff that did everything to make sure my stay was a pleasant one

Expected more refined rooms and also one of the people that was with me said someone stole clothing from her bag

Great hotel in brickell location. Rooms are roomy and pool is a great size. Only issue is the lift situation, numerous lifts to get to places!

Service at the Conrad is truly amazing! While our room wasn t as clean as we d hope it would be (the shower had lots of hairs from previous guests stuck on the wall, which was a little icky), overall our experience was amazing. The folks at front desk and at their restaurant really strive to make your stay a very comfortable and enjoyable one. Camila Tovar from the front desk was so nice and always willing to help, she made sure our bags were taken care of, gave us tips for our day in Miami, picked a room with a great view of the ocean for us, and she kindly sent a bottle of champagne and a fruit platter to our room so we could celebrate our anniversary during our stay. Thank you, Camila and Conrad!

Love the hotel... the service and the room .... the location was good... you can walk around the hotel... you can find a lot of restaurant near of this and stores... enjoy the city and the view of your room was stunning

Our stay was very pleasant! Great location with Bay view. Excellent front desk service. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed Tuesday through Thursday so we couldn't experience the Skybar.

Nice hotel with larger than normal rooms. Staff was very nice. The elevator situation is a little tricky with the lobby on the 25th floor. Walking distance to many decent restaurants.

Nice, in a very good location, friendly, very nice view. Only the recamarista does not strive to lay the beds.

I ll be staying here from now on when I m visiting Miami.. they definitely made us feel welcome. Sofie and Alana are very friendly they told us we could check out pass check out time since we had a later flight. The hotel is also very beautiful and in a great location.

A nice bar at the 25 th floor. Relaxing atmosphere in the late hours. The bartender and the waitress recommend liqueur Zucca Rabarbaro. Very friendly staff.

The customer service here is the best I've ever experienced. The room we stayed in, the cleanliness of the hotel, the food, drinks, every thing was TOP NOTCH! Classy hotel and classy service. The staff really went out of their way to make our celebration the best possible. The views of Miami were amazing as well. I really cant say enough about the staff and how they treated us. We will be back staying here every other week or so because of this.

I love staying at Conrad hotels....we were generously upgraded to a two bedroom suite which was a bit dated. The breakfast was awesome. Great location for cruises.

I wish this had a setting for 3 and 1/2 stars. The property was undergoing renovation which was disclosed upfront and reflected the very good rate that I got.

What disappointed me was the condition of the tennis courts. They are asked return overlaid with sand, commonly called omni court, and they are in bed shape. I was really looking forward to the rooftop tennis experience but the condition of the courts made in tennis very difficult for a more advanced player like myself.

Rooms were also small and to did not have chairs to sit in. Just a bed.

The staff is very friendly and courteous , they make the stay worth it

Luis at the front desk is the epitome of customer service. He was engaging, informative and patient with our questions. As a Diamond Hilton customer, I felt that I received Platinum service. Excellent room upgrade without having to ask and as a first time guest, Luis threw in a couple of complimentary adult beverages. Can't wait to come back!

Truthfully, I would ve given this hotel 3 stars but the staff was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. We got in an elevator with one of the concierge (I think his name was Jonathan) and he gave us a ton of recommendations on dinner and places to go out and breakfast for the next day. All great recommendations too! The hotel itself smelled weird everywhere you went and the sheets on one of the beds had stains. Their elevator situation is tricky too, have to go up to the lobby then down to your room. Not bad for a quick stay the night before our cruise, definitely a convenient area.

Very well priced based upon similar hotels in the area. Excellent service from the valet to the concierge and main desk. Perfect room, nice view. Did not get to use amenities at the spa, fitness, pool or the bar and restaurants because it was only 1 night. Would definitely pick this again!

Excellent service and very nice dining experience for both breakfast and dinner. We stayed here one night, and really enjoyed ourselves. The rooms are a bit older looking, but nicely maintained and very clean. Staff is helpful, and attentive.

Nice hotel with a courteous staff. The rooms feel a little dated and worn in (cracked lamp shades, missing chair in the room, spot in the carpet where someone scrubbed it bare) but still it is a nice hotel.

Love the Conrad. Very friendly staff. The bartender Carlos at.the pool is on eod the friendliest people in Miami.

We're staying at one of the residences. It was alright. It's a little outdated but clean. Internet didn't work for most of our stay.

Lovely hotel. But a bit pricy and our ocean view which we could See but there was also a building in our view. Rooms are small for what you get.

Its a nice hotel a little misleading as far as the rooftop pool is concerned. It is a rooftop pool but its not on the roof top of the hotel. Its the roof of an adjacent bldg which is only 12 stories so you don't get a beautiful view. The rooms are what you'd expect, although the tubs in the bathroom are the smallest I've ever seen. Luckily they have separate showers. From the ground floor you have to go to 25 to get to the lobby, around the corner to another set of elevators and then back down to your room. I thought this was annoying. The hotel is on floors 16-22 and the upper floors are residences. The food at the bar is great and there is a magnificent view from the bar which is on the same floor as the lobby. If you want to be close to the action (i.e you're on vacation) I'd recommend another hotel, but if you're on business or cheating and don't want to be seen this is the perfect place. They even have a "passion box" in each room that you can purchase for $17. It includes 2 condoms, lube, and mints! Across the street is Novencento which has great breakfast for a better price. :)

They were amazing. Our stay was for 10 days due to a family member needing surgery at the hospital. They are the most friendly staff and polite. They even sent complimenty appetizers to our room. They even signed a card with get well wishes. They went above and beyond. Out of 5 stars we would give them a 10. Thanks for making our stay as enjoyable as possible. The Barry's.

Super nice people, and super clean. Elevator is cleaned 12 times a day.

Excellent staff and hotel. Stayed for 2 nights, ate at the bar on 25th floor lobby, food was excellent.

The overall hotel was good but not worth the $$$.

My positives were:
1. The room was clean
2. The lobby staff were very helpful
3. Dinner staff were very knowledgeable and gave us great vegetarian options

The stuff that needs to be improved on:
1. The breakfast crew have no clue. Both the days we stayed for breakfast it was a disaster. Service was very extremely slow, they sat people ahead of us and the person that waited on us had major issues. First day we ordered something extra after we got breakfast and that item did not show up until we were ready to pay. The waiter basically said we cannot do anything that is how it is instead of saying sorry we were swamped or short staffed. The second day the lady poured water right on the seat and did not even bother to clean it. She even poured coffee on the menu and never even bother to clean it. The whole crew needs better training and support. A smile goes a long way!!!!!

2. There was no coffee in the room and in spite of us telling them they never even filled it back

3. The pool area was a disaster. Towels were thrown all over the place, I blame the guests for this but there should be a staff there at all times yo make sure it is clean. There were no towels in the pool area. Waited for almost 30 minutes after calling them to get towels and still did not get it.

4. The setup of the elevators were unique.

I enjoyed our stay... it's interesting going up to go down and vice versa.. you'll know what I mean if you stay there! Enjoy... OH... and the restaurant is absolutely fantastic!!!!

This is my second time staying here at the Conrad Miami, and both times they have exceed my expectations. Though the regular rooms are very nice (especially so the bathrooms) I recommend going with the 1 and 2 bedroom residences as they are MUCH more spacious than even the corner rooms. The staff, in particular, Ceci was beyond helpful and very pleasant to work with (She has the best smile ever). Looking forward to my next stay.

Brilliant. Everything was perfect. There are no complaints. The lobby for checking in is exceptional here on the 25th floor. We were in the 31st floor and had a great view. Parking garage available for a fee. The hotel is modern and chic-romantic at the same time. The rooftop pool is perfect for swimming and a hot tub is also available. The staff is very friendly and very accommodating. The scent in the bathroom from the samples provided to wash gel etc. Is to fall in love. We would have liked to spend more time at the hotel. Distance to the airport is also perfect. We forget this hotel so fast. We recommend.

Very nice place. The view and environment is pretty nice. They didn t allow me to park my own car and expected me to tip them for parking it. I don t mind a valet service when I want it, but there are times Id like to park my own car and keep my personal car items private. I wasn t able to do that here.

Unfortunately i was only able to stay one night. The check in process was very easy, no lines and the front desk crew were genineuly happy and friendly. I felt completely welcomed as i walked off the elevator. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bathroom was extremely large with a gorgeous view. The beds were so soft and fluffy i almost wished for a rainy day just so i could lay in bed all day. We went to the roof deck pool and met Carlo the bartender. His energy was so invigorating and he started a convo right away. He had the whole bar conversing and all the guest became friendly with each other. Great vacation ! I will absolutely return...hopefully i am able to stay longer next time.

It's very simple; Hilton brand or nothing. This is the high end. Downtown Miami. In walking distance of nice shopping, entertainment, and elegant dining - low, medium or high. Friendly staff.

The entrance to the hotel under the conrad quality of breakfast was a bit odd.

Great location, helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and bathroom had a huge soaker tub.

Good customer service. There were no vending machines; had to buy from service desk. Nativo restaurant only had about three items on the menu, and they were out of one of them
