As expected, illy coffee in Miami hotels...
I had a nice impression.
The espresso cup is so cool that I ordered it online,
Eventually, I even bought an espresso machine.

We chose to stay at the Conrad Miami after our cruise since we were Hilton Honors members. The stay was memorable. The room was spacious and modern. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The concierge gave us insights on how to find the real Miami. The real winner however was the view from the bar on the 25th floor.

My stay with Conrad Miami was very pleasant to say the least. The staff was friendly and the service was impeccable. Sebastian (in particular) checked us in and was very patient with us. I would definitely stay with them again next time I'm in Miami

We were very pleased at our weekend stay at the Conrad. Everything was extremely clean. The Conrad Staff was very professional and friendly. We loved the location. It had a lot of restaurants and the Brickell Center was amazing. We Uber to Wyndwood. Highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay, the staff were welcoming and accommodating. We arrived before check-in, so we left our luggage with the front desk and enjoyed the rooftop pool while we waited. The bartender at the pool was great, I had a margarita it was just right, not too busy didn t have to wait for service.

One thing to keep in mind is there is bit of a walk from the parking garage to the rooms. We parked in the attached parking for $30/night with in and out privileges. Take the elevator to ground level and walk across the walkway To the Conrad entrance, go up to 25th floor for check-in (it s all labeled clearly) then take the elevator to your room.

The lobby smelled like orange blossoms which was a plus because I love that scent. The room is exactly like the pictures, they were nice and clean, the bayview was beautiful. The water pressure in the shower was perfect, and the tub was perfect to relax in. The bar on the lobby level offers beautiful views from the 25th floor. Overall it was a really nice stay. The only issue was a short wait at check in for our room to be ready but we were compensated with free drink vouchers, which made up for it.

The only two things I didn't like about the hotel were the weird way you walk in on the first floor, go up to the second floor to check in, then walk around the elevators you just took to the second bank of elevators to get to your room. And getting to the pool required going down to the second floor, walking around to the other elevators, going to the first floor, walking across the driveway to the next building, then elevator up to the roof.

Room was okay. Food was not very good. The worst part was the elevators. You have to go to the 25th floor to the lobby then take another elevator to get to your room every time. Best part was the view.

Safety pin. Located in Brickell. One block away is City Center Brickell, divine shopping side with some amazing shops. One block varied restaurants. Novecento (right in the corner of Conrad). Buenos Aires Grill a few blocks away, Colombian restaurants in Italian. It is an area of consulates and banks.

The Conrad is an attractivr, clean and comfortable hotel in Miami. I was travelling for business and was awakened by noise in the corridor at 3:30 one morning and found that any noise in the adjoining room could be heard clearly - even a cough. Finally, the prices for food were incredibly high - a modest, vegan dinner for one cost $80.

Entrance and lobby were nice. Elevators seem a bit old and slow. Hallways outside the room look quite rough (I was on floor 22). Carpets visibly dated and very stained. I literally asked if they were in mid renovation but was told no. Room well appointed but appears to have been redone from an older design, as the entryway space is a bit of a blank canvas where it looks like there should have been a closet perhaps. Staff was extremely helpful and attentive. It wasn't what I expected from a Conrad flag, but it was also priced lower than expected. First time. Unlikely to choose it again.

Do not confuse the condominium with the hotel. The condo is filthy, cigarette smell, dirty. You have to stop the car across the street and bring your bags, get 3 lifts. A general horror, don't be fooled.

I went to Conrad Miami for the WeddingSalon bridal event. It was awesome! The hotel was properly signed and I didn't get lost. I was greeted by the desk receptionist. The event was great! I'd totally recommend!

It's located in the financial district, it has plenty of rooms and suites. The service was excellent from beginning to end! We had access to premium privileges, so we got a lot of complimentary things like breakfast in the morning and wine&cheese in the afternoon

For a four star hotel that advertises fitness and pool that closes at 6 PM. I mean it s a freaking HOTEL! In MIAMI! Like people are mostly tourists and the ones staying at the hotel after a long walk through the city want to come back and relax I.E. hot-tub, pool, fitness club. Kinda disappointed given it was rated four stars .....

Overrated... the Hotel is quite expensive but does not provide the wholesome experience that one would expect for such a price. Not to be a first or second option for the business traveler to Miami.

They offer champagne or water when you check-in. Service and hospitality was fantastic. Everyone was extremely nice and the customer service was exceptional.

The bar was very nice and the cocktails were all well done. The view from the hotel is amazing and you're guaranteed to get a high floor view as the lobby is on the 25th floor.

Rooms were clean and you had a shower or tub option.

Some pros some cons. Great views and was upgraded for my status. Want ice? Takes at least 45 mins to 1.5 hours to get anything requested and there aren t customer ice machines. Dirty hot tub, clean pool. Offers a pillow menu but doesn t actually carry the pillows! One of our showers had very low water pressure. Nice, friendly staff. Auto 20% gratuity at spa, received lackluster service. Emailed all of this in a long email to the GM and he sent me a copy paste email, very sad.

My first date with my future hubby was at The Conrad 7 years ago, (the bar on the 25th floor) we've been coming back almost every year since. This year for our anniversary (oct.3rd), my boyfriend stepped it up to the extreme! He coordinated with the nice ladies at the hotel and was able to get a room, which they helped set up with rose pettles all over the room floor, bubbly, they brought us a couple of martinis to the room, they set up a beautiful table for 2 on the balcony that was also full of roses it was every girls dream! It was the perfect set up for a proposal.
Next thing I knew, it was the PROPOSAL! Right as the sun was coming down, it was magical.
The Conrad has a wonderful team and they made the night perfect. Thank you for making this so special and for helping my boyfriend (now fiance ) with all the plans. You guys are amazing!

Love,
Victoria

The hotel facilities are OK, their location is really good, you can walk to the metromover, which is free and less than one block away, but they really need to improve their service at the restaurant and room service. They usually take a really long time to prepare your meals and they need to prepare better when they have to serve big groups, since we sat at the restaurant for 10-15 minutes and no one came to ask if we needed/wanted something, so we asked for room service, the food was good, but the order was wrong.

Their service is unlike any other. We had issues with our room, and they were so nice to accommodate us with an upgraded suite. Had nothing short of a perfect time, and will definitely return.

Similar to others on here - nice people, poor quality.
Wife and I went for weekend getaway. Staff was very nice but frequently failed to deliver on what they said they would. Example, it took multiple calls to get our luggage to our room. After almost 90 minutes and multiple calls, we finally received our luggage.
Example, it took 6 hours to get an ice bucket in our room. We called 3 times and I went the the front desk in person one time. On our 4th contact, and 6 hours later, we received our bucket of ice. Staff was very nice and smiling every time we contacted them.
Room service - quality and portion size were severely lacking. Cured meats were "burned" from having been in the refrigerator too long. Staff didn't know what types of meats and cheeses on platter. Food standards are low.
Room - small, no safe, no mini fridge, no robes, dirty Windows, missing 1 black out shade (so obviously nothing is blacked out) .
It appears to be meager times at the Conrad Miami and management is operating at low standards. Very nice people, very poor quality.

I would like to detail my experience of this hotel, overall the hotel is nice, housekeeping is horrible they left our door unlocked which could have resulted in our personal belongings being stolen, we informed the front desk of this matter, and their idea to make it right was to give us a shopping bag of a few water bottles and shampoo is that a f**king joke! 2nd incident with housekeeping was they put fresh towels away in the bathroom and one of them was black on one side, this is a white towel by the way, I think you should inspect to see if towels are clean before putting them away in someone's room, then one of the days housekeeping didn't even show up to clean the room, we had to request it at 6 pm in the evening, and the final incident was they cleaned part of the room but left all the garbage bags in the room when they were clearly placed by the garbage, valet is ridiculously priced at $39/day they force you basically to take this option, because the self parking option they charge $30/day plus you need to pay for each time you leave, the breakfast buffet is garbage at $27 per person could go to Denny's and get a better meal, ordered one double vodka drink at the hotel bar and they charged $32 bucks that's insane, I can afford to pay these prices because I make good money, but these prices are just taking advantage of the client, overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel, it is nice to look at but not worth staying there when you consider everything you look for in a hotel

I had the worse experience. I ended up checking out same day.
The room i booked was not available so they gave me an alternative room. The elevator was old and shaky, the room had 2 big towels that's it nothing else, no drinking water or any 5-star special services. The staff had no name tag on them but they were super rude and dismissive...$200 was removed from my account as a security deposit without my approval ( still waiting for refund).
This was the worse hotel and I will never recommend it or reserve again.5 star hotel indeed.

This hotel is located in the heart of Miami. Excellent location for business and pleasure. Will definitely stay there again. The staff was very welcoming from the valet parking attendants to the front desk agent.

Parking is across the street, 7 levels up no automatic doors then 25 stories up to hotel lobby then down several levels to your room, this is a high touch hotel.. not what you want during covid

The staff was very friendly and it's an overall nice hotel but not worth the cost. The pillows on the bed are terribly uncomfortable, the room gets hot because the temperature only goes down to 65 on the thermostat. Once 65 is reached it barely comes on to cool the room down. It is also very noisy. I understand it's in the middle of a busy city but we stayed on the 18th floor and could hear the road noise like we were on the 1st floor and it was right outside our window.

I would not stay there again for the cost. I'm glad I got a deal when I booked on Priceline, as an express deal.
