Second time staying at Hilton Conrad, I have to say this hotel has been one of the best experiences. Additionally, the hotel has been renovated and looks super modern and cozy. Great restaurant/bar (Lvl 25) at the hotel and nearby. Highly recommend.
We went to have food and drinks at the Atrio. It's located on the 25th floor and boasts beautiful views onto the bay on one side and onto downtown on the other. Their happy hour was amazing. Drinks were cheap and so were appetizers. We truly enjoyed ourselves.
Great location and great views. Hotel rooms are clean and modern. Only issue I can think of was that I could hear the guests in the other rooms.
We stayed at this hotel last weekend. It was very comfortable and very close to downtown. When we're in town, it's still our first chance to stay here. We love how helpful and supportive their staff and staff are. The 5-star award is well-deserved.
Great hotel. Only downside is the pool is actually not in the hotel but next door.
Beautiful hotel, location was perfect, and very friendly and accommodating staff
The elevator set up was odd but the hotel was excellent condition and everyone was very nice
This Review is of genuine emotion and truth. I was truly blown away by the customer service at the reception desk, Kennith H. My hats off to you. Your supervisor and upper management should be proud to have an employee that excels in true customer service as you do. I frequent many hotels a month and know when I see excellent customer service.
Thank you for exemplary care on even the minor details. I own a restaurant and if I could have 10 of you my sales would double or triple. From one service industry professional to another keep it up!
Love the Conrad. Miami meeting place without the normal Miami distractions. Quick shot to the airport and still close enough to the action if you want to partake. Great meeting and events staff!
At about 6am on 8/19/2014, I called the front desk to inform them that there was black specs coming out of over flow drain in my bath tub. I was in room 1926. I returned to my room at about 6:30pm. I found the same ring and black specs in the tub. I called the front desk to confirm that they had repaired and cleaned the tub. I was told that they had repaired the problem. I informed then that I took pictures of the tub this morning. The same ring was in the tub. Furthermore, I told them that I did not feel comfortable using the bathtub. I asked to be moved. The person in the front desk told me that they would not upgrade my room. I told them that I just wanted to move to another room or check out and find another place to stay.
They moved me to room 1715. Once settled, I found that the TV remote was not in the room. A few hours later someone came with a remote.
Still amazed at the excellent level of customer service.
The rooftop pool was great even has a bar tender on site
Conrad is a beautiful hotel. The staff are attentive and they have the best view I've ever seen from their main lobby and balcony of the bar.
The hotel was fantastic! It was in the heart of downtown Miami and everything from restaurants to entertainment were in walking distance as well. The beach is walking distance as well. The rooms were nice with spacious bathrooms and there was a bar which served happy hour. I'd definitely visit again.
Nice hotel. Interesting entry concept as you have to take the elevators to the 25th floor to check in, but it doesn't take away from the Espirito Santos building or the conform and amenities of this hotel. Amenities such as water, slippers, robe, ID clip for when you job, Illy Espresso maker in the room and more just as to the comfort of the large high ceilinged, airy rooms. --- Walkable to restaurants --- Bar and Restaurant on site --- I stayed here one night before a cruise and it's definitely a hotel that I see myself going back to.
I had a wonderful time at the Conrad Miami. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Views of the city and bay were spectacular. Would stay there again.
Go to floor 25 and enjoy the best breakfast views I've been
Was a really cool place. Would go again just cause. One of the best hotels I have been to.
To begin, my stay was horrendous. I check in Friday night, late. Once I arrive I am greeted by valet whom asks if I would like to either valet or self park. I decide to self park only because I did not have the appropriate cash to tip, I pull in and the nightly charge to park was $30. Not expecting this, considering most hotels validate parking or have their own parking lot I expected not to have this charge and it was not included or noted when I booked. After my 3rd elevator ride, I reach my floor after a long day of traveling and my floor smells disgusting. Once I get to my room I see a sign that they decide that on the 20th (a Saturday) they are conducting fire alarm testing. Saturday morning, my partner and I leave for the morning for breakfast and come back to the alarm, lights and announcements for AT LEAST 2-3 hours. I booked a hotel to STAY at a hotel not to be burdened and forced to leave because of the alarm testing. Also, a man barged into my room WHILE I WAS CHANGING to check the fire alarm. Once we come back, I spoke to the front desk and made them aware of the parking situation, I paid $30 to self park one night when valet was $42 and was good for the entire time of my stay. I was not made aware of this, and brought it up to the front desk s attention. I was offered complimentary parking and a free dinner... free parking that SHOULD be validated for hotel guests. After we try and see the light in our stay, my partner and I decide to go up to the pool, mind you, to get to the pool you have to go to the parking lot that you have to pay for and through 3 elevators. Poorly designed and the pool was not what was pictured, it was dirty, the water was DISGUSTING and a handful of chairs were available. People were laying on the concrete and the jacuzzi water was GREEN. My girlfriend and I have had enough at this point and I contact Hotwire because I wanted to go home THAT BAD. The Conrad s answer to this was half of our money back, free parking and the free dinner that I did not receive. I am disgusted with the Conrad s customer service, I have yet to hear from a manager or an apology from anyone associated with the hotel. Once I left the hotel, I could not tell you how relieved I was to get out of there. I feel for anyone who decides to stay here, I cannot believe this hotel is 4.5 out of 5 stars. I ve told multiple people my experience and they thought I stayed at a motel. No words.
The last time I went, I got a beautiful suite with awesome bites and a giant tub. I really didn't want to leave
Pillows were flat, room wasn t cleaned before we got here it seemed as though it was cleaned at some point in advance of our stay but not immediately before our check in. Not enough garbage cans in the room. Also no microwave.
Otherwise it was in a nice location and the staff was so nice. The hotel just needs some updates.
Absolutely wonderful the staff was AMAZING I would definitely recommend The Conrad Miami
excellent location. very nice relationship with the price
Terrible customer service!!!
The concierge Anna has no knowledge of anything and is VERY rude.
How can someone like this actually work in a resort and put her in front of customers.
If you want to get yoir temper up, go to talk to this girl.
After visiting more than 20 Hilton hotels in South Florida, I was disappointed since we arrived, they treated us very cold and unfamiliar, the room well deteriorated, as for the pool it is very small and this in the front edf is all a labyrinth to arrive, as for breakfast the most expensive and normal that hiton can offer, the treatment of a Diamon menber is the most normal thing in the world, really be well disappointed
My wife and I stayed at the Conrad on Dec 30th 2017. The room was large with a great view. The room was super clean and the furnishings were sofisticated and welcoming. I was really surprised by how nice the room was. The room coffee was a very nice Illy pod machine. For Gold members the Conrad offers a gratuitous...
Great location. Great views. Close to everything from restaurants to shopping. Only negative is the unit needs a good cleaning, paint, and other minor work. Only one TV in the entire unit. 2806...
The hotel has a nice bar for a cocktail before bed, and the pool facilities are gorgeous, with a pool just for residents and one for hotel guests.
Is sad to see such great location close its restaurant. Its probably because most people don't even know that the restaurant even existed. If you Google places in Miami with great views, it never came up. Making the parking convenient through valet parking, promoting the restaurant with lunch specials to the neighboring businesses and a menu that is fast and convenient to the busy executives, might have helped in keeping it opened.
It is not worth it .... apart from the view (in any other hotel in the place it is the same) we were ignored three times by the reception for the same request (a duty and not a courtesy).
Otherwise the rooms are comfortable but not up to expectations.
The Spa (apart from massages for a fee ... rightly so) has nothing but a small sauna ... to call it a Spa is pretentious. The swimming pool (to reach it as well as two lifts and a nice inter-hotel walk) is rather shabby and the small jacuzzi very dirty!
An anonymous hotel with no personality.
But, the most serious thing, remains that 3 receptionists have eluded the request made which was due by right!
4 stars? Maybe 3 ...
One of the best experiences I've had at a major hotel. The staff was beyond excellent
Fantastic hotel! The service at the Conrad is fantastic. Attentive and personal. Also, the view from all of the rooms I have seen is very good: biscayne bay and miami city.
Great Hotel. Carlos at the pool bar is an asset, and knows the area well. The hotel is upmarket but a little dated. Nice sized rooms, with good amenities. The breakfast whilst expensive was good quality. Nice sized pool, although you need to transfer elevators and cross the ground floor to get to it from the rooms. Nice to have a tennis court too. Whilst it is a long way to the beach, the Metro Mover stop is nearby and it the hotel is a great place to relax.
Bad service in hotel even room in from dining. No Caring i don't recommend it for any. One the menu is bad and the food always cold not fresh !! And cost allot than other hotel ! Reception is worse if u ask them for help u have to call them week. !! No answers and they don't have answers too.
We had a great experience here! The location was absolutely perfect for a couple like us! This is our first time visiting your Hotel and we were satisfied with the service that you, guys provided. Your staff is also very helpful and professional. Breakfast was good as well. We will definitely be staying here the next time!
Room is a little frayed and there isn't a USB outlet which is surprising. Otherwise a nice hotel.
Security very attempts and friendly for truck delivery
Like almost all Miami hotels it comes as a surprise to guests/visitors that the entrance is not on the address - Brickell Ave - but on a recess on the adjoining access street.
There is a greeting space on the ground floor - usually not staffed - with a sign on the counter advising to proceed to the checkin up through the elevator. Many people do not realize that in a high rise building a hotel only occupies only a number of the floors.
This Condrad property is obviously cleaned and maintained. Cleaning and dusting in a downtown city location are almost impossible to keep up with.
Check the floors in the lobby, bar, restaurant areas - some deep and inportant cleaning needs to be undertaken. The marble is stained and dirty.
Pretty typical urban high rise property, enhanced by spectacular views over Biscayne Bay to South Beach.
The bar/restaurant is small. With the happy hour bar impressive views - it is a must go.
My experience was great for the weirdness of renting through air BNB The sight was beautiful. Truly gorgeous over the Miami metro.
Beautiful location , amazing rooms ! The hallways are a little freezing so bring a sweater for inside lol ! The place is gorgeous and feels like home
The best hotel in Brickell. Wonderful Hotel . Nice views. Big rooms. Welcoming staff. Fresh flowers. Wine hour every day. News at your door. So many details . I loved it
Location with bayview and the service was outstanding! Welcome champagne and front desk very helpful. Rooms were spacious too! Onsite restaurant was a plus as it was great.
If any one is looking for good deals for hotels and resorts browse through . booked a hotel room on there and they had the best prices anywhere!
Our stay was very pleasant! Great location with Bay view. Excellent front desk service. Unfortunately, restaurant was closed Tuesday through Thursday so we couldn't experience the Skybar.
Not so pleasant start at the hotel. Arrived late night and went to check in, required mandatory only credit card for incidentals. I already had a corporate card on file but they wouldn't accept it. I have no phone service in the lobby so had to walk outside to get signal to call secretary. Finally got a hold of her and they would not accept cards on the phone and finance department was closed so no authorization slips were allowed. On top of that the valet was going to out a sticker on my car for parked in valet where I intended to leave my car once bags were taken out. I explained what they didn't know before acting that I was already working with front desk, as I was leaving to go inside he started taking in Spanish and was going to out the sticker on again. Finally the bell hop grabbed my bags(multiple) by hand because the bell carts were locked up. Bell hop dropped my bags along the way because he didn't use the cart. Terrible experience so far at this location. If I didn't already have plans booked in the corporate center here I wouldn't pay this hotel a dime. Manager at desk said they were going to talk to the employee but instead laughed in Spanish after I came back down. Next manager compd a nights free of valet but didn't cover bags being dropped and attitude of staff and the way I was handled when checking in.
**Update** The hotel really recovered from the initial experience. I was refunded the valet parking cost, I was able to add the corporate card to the account, and they gave me a nice gift package to recover from the initial check in process.
The bar and lounge on the 25 floor has an amazing view of the Port of Miami, South Pointe, and Key Biscayne. Love going there for happy hour because of the good drinks and views.
beautiful view nice rooms and neat ,the only thing ,i disagree is the parking cost ,to high.
Great hotel and with a great location. There prices are usually pretty reasonable. My only issue with this hotel is there pool is very sub-par for the area, they probably have the worst pool set up of any hotel in the Brickell area other from that they are great at everything else.
just ok. not one of the nicest conrad's i've stayed with
I loved staying here and I will definitely be back! The location is awesome! We walked to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. I have only wonderfully positive things to say about the Conrad Miami!
First stay in Miami hotel!! Great location and service! Special thanks to concierge Hana for making it easy and giving us directions for awesome places around!!
Unresponsive, unclean, beat-up room. Lax room cleaning. Broken thermostat that wasn't fixed after two calls. Four attempts to get a tooth brush. Coffee spilled in lobby was left for hours. Insane how piss poor this hotel is.
The room is very uncomfortable and small. There was no refrigerator or coffee station. No ice bucket, no water bottles. Not even available trash can in the bathroom. There was a lot of cabinet space (strange)
My fave hotel in Miami. Views of the city and the coast line are just mesmerising. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. No coffee machine tho
Good hotel in the financial area of Miami very cozy and well located
Friendly staff and a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was fabulous. I am planning a trip back soon. I highly recommended this hotel. Location is great too. I have never had such a smooth stay at any hotel.
I had an exceptional experience staying at the Conrad Miami during my recent work trip to Miami. The hotel is perfectly located, walking distance to restaurants, parks, etc. Beautiful view from the room, and beautiful views throughout the hotel as well in the lobby, check-in, restaurant, bar.
The Conrad Miami went above and beyond to make this experience safe and comfortable for me as a guest. They are strictly following Covid safety procedures, and I appreciated that to keep me and others safe. I definitely recommend this hotel, and plan to make it my go-to hotel whenever I am in Miami from now on.
Very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and appealing to the eye.
Beautiful rooms, clean, friendly staff, but the street was a little noisy
I made reservations for 3 rooms the on December 30th via booking.com we recently lost my father to cancer so as a surprise I wanted to treat my mom and sisters to a lovely stay at the Conrad. Check-in for December 31st was at 3pm EST and we arrived at 4:30pm EST. No one contacted us regarding no rooms being available. I spoke with the manager there I believe his name is Brian and he showed zero compassion and lack of empathy. Our luggage was left in the hallway until my sister asked for it kindly to be put away. We were given $150 for drinks and were not able to get into our room until after 8pm on NYE!!
Throughout the duration of our stay we asked for our rooms to be cleaned daily and that never happened. It was the most miserable and horrible experience. Such an embarrassment to the Hilton and Conrad and I am regretful I booked at this hotel. I will never book here again, such a bad taste in our mouth and being that the manager at this location works in hospitality and showed zero remorse and didn t even try to accommodate or let alone apologize is appalling!
Very luxurious stay in downtown Miami. The hotel was beautiful. But the reason for my 4-star rating is because this hotel was at times very awkward. The feel of the environment was not very welcoming.
The view was beautiful, room very clean and beautiful, service excellent, hotel location perfect, as well as beautiful . Staff excellent, pool try it . You would enjoy. The bartender knows their drinks.
