This place is a nice hotel. It was really clean. The bar has nice LITTLE patio with views of the ocean. This may be a big city thing but the weirdest thing I found about the place was that we had to take the elevator up to get to the lobby and then back down to get to our room. I thought that was strange. I think it's a little pricey but our room was paid for so I can't really complain.

If you are any lower than the penthouse the view is blocked by other buildings. Expect a 90 dollar incidental fee, no free WiFi, no complimentary breakfast and 45 dollars for valet. Though they charge once per day so unless you don't spend the night you will pay 90.
Loved it! We had just got back from a cruise. We stood here for 2 nights and the staff was great from the minute we arrived. The valet, the concierge, to the front desk staff. The rooms are very clean and nice. Overall great place to.stay and excellent staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you Luis C. for the great experience and the hispanic valet guy was awesome as well with information about the city. Thank you again.
Nice hotel, though rooms a little dated. Food and service was very good. Only spent one night as was booked up for required second. Position in town very good, easy to get around. Definitely not the cheapest hotel around and had a fair amount of confusion on check in though staff continued to be helpful.
A truly impressive building with everything needed for a hotel of this class, we have been impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the beds. The bathroom is gigantic, almost as big as a full European hotel room.. The More
Do not stay there!!! One of the most difficult stays in my life. Lost power to our 2 bedroom suite and all my food had to be thrown away as every began melting in the fridge. Nothing but issues from the very minute I got there.
Front desk went above and beyond to make our stay one of the BEST trips we have been on!! We were pleasantly surprised when we received an upgraded room and complimentary cookies to celebrate my husband's birthday. Rooms were spotless and beds were super comfortable. We had a simple breakfast at the hotel restaurant (which was a little pricey but the view is worth it) and the valet was fast and accommodating even flagging down our uber drivers when needed. We will be back!!
The hotel's attention was excellent. The room was quite good although we had some problems with the air conditioning, which we tried to fix and accommodate in another room. The breakfast was very good and with some variety. He, valet Jorge helped us a lot every time we entered and left the hotel. Very central, too.
My husband and I got back from a night in Miami and I just had to write a review of the hotel because it was AMAZING. The best part about our stay was the service. We briefly mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and they surprised us with a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a cute note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. The hotel smelled great, the rooms were oh so lovely, clean, and the views of the bay were just awesome. The location is also perfect for a night in the city. The Miami Metro mover is just across the street and plenty of places to go within a short distance. Highly recommend this hotel!
Beautiful condos we booked. The owner was awesome since I booked for the next day and he had another condo to put my friend and I in that night. We were traveling from out of state and couldn't have asked for better customer service from him. The hotel itself accommodated us as much as they could. The parking in the garage was crazy with tickets in and out but we got thru it. Wish we could have enjoyed the rooftop pool but didn't have time. Would recommend for sure!
Room service only available from 5 pm. Listen if I am traveling it means I'm not that afraid of COVID because trust me those that are afraid are not getting on a plane and staying in hotels. So do me a favor and bring all your amenities back.
Terrible!!! Don t ever go here they food is nasty drinks as well. You have to pay for everything!! I m not cheap but the stuff is nasty they don t have real sheets on the bed. They give you a refrigerator but no microwave and then lie and say that they don t have one for you to warm your food up!! Poor customer service as well
We visited Miami for 3 days prior to a cruise. We have been to Miami several times and always enjoy it. The Conrad is a GORGEOUS hotel. Very modern, with fantastic views of the city and the ocean. A nice pool, though much of it is shaded and not ideal for sun worshipers. To get to the lobby, you have to take one bank of elevators up to the 24 floor, then switch to another set of elevators to get to the room, a (very) minor hassle. There is a CVS just down the street and several dining options nearby. This is an ideal hotel for business travel but the location is a little out of the way from the beach, Lincoln road, Bayside and other tourist attraction. With the monorail and Uber, this was still very manageable and a wonderful place to stay with absolutely fantastic guest services.
Absolutely a joke to call this place a Conrad. It's old, drab, outdated, overpriced, and uninspired. Would have rather spent half as much at a Hapmton Inn.
Good location for bars, shopping and business meetings. Service either very good or very average. Plan more time for breakfast add it can be busy and slow.
Our stay has been excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room is very nicely appointed and we loved the daily happy hour. We will definitely recommend and will be back on our next trip here.
Horrible. There is no service, the food is poor and only saved by the location. Even though I have a seminar at this hotel I never stay here again. I hated it.

Nothing but excellence! From the amenities to the service, everything was great. John Diaz, one of the hotel associates, made sure we were well taken care of. We ll be going back
Very nice hotel. Everything was well until check out when I realized the took my handicap decal in the valet. I m 100 percent sure it was there because I just used it prior to getting back to the room. Very disappointing. All they could tell me was no one seen it. And I m still waiting from a call from a supervisor 3 days after I checked out.
Typically love and look forward to staying at Conrad properties. Our room was very dated, not cleaned well, issues with the air. The room was hot, then too cold. We couldn't seem to get comfortable.
The breakfast wait time was ridiculously. Even as a Hilton Elite Gold member, receive free "continental breakfast," it really wasn't a good value. The options were mediocre and limited. We ended up ordering from the menu.
Check in staff on reception was unprofessional and not very helpful. When information asked, not full details given. When asked if a package may be send via amazon to the hotel and I asked address, this was given however no information ever given of charges for receiving a package. Nice surprise the day after I leave to get a $50 charge that no person ever explained, not even during check out. I had to move rooms due to the noise of refurbishing, new room had broken aircon and broken fridge. Room cleaning service very poor, never vacuumed or dusted the full week I was in my room.
I can't understand why someone who is a front desk manager at a Hilton Hotel can be so extremely rude to guests, my great hotel experience was tarnished by the awful reception manager. The hotel itself was a 10/10 but they seriously need to take guest services more seriosly and not permit people at reception be so incredibly rude.
My wife and I, tried to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately we didn't have clothes to meet the dress code, seeing as we were expecting to have a low key vacation in Miami. Because of this we had to eat in the bar. The service was terrible, the food was awful, the prices were exorbitant and we were made to feel inferior the whole time. I regret wasting my money and time eating there. Except for one or two exceptions the rest of the hotel staff was rude. The entire experience was a stressful disappointment.
Needs a little update, room was clean but a little small for the price.
Not very convenient, you have to take elevator to floor 25 to check in, then you have to take a different set of elevators down to your room.
Every time you leave you have to go up in one elevator walk to another set of elevators to go down to the floor to get out. Just reverse to get back to your room!
Everything is $$$ ....... $76 to park the car for two days. $13:50 for a class of white wine at the bar where a bottle of this wine would be $9.99...
Went to check out, called the valet to pull the car around BEFORE we left the room ... carried our stuff downstairs .... still waited over nearly 20 mins for our car to be pulled around.
We were down for the Miami Open Tennis Tournament. Next time will do things a little differently.
Stayed here over the Thanksgiving weekend on the Condo rental side. Whereas the 31st floor apartment was a decent size, the kitchen was woefully small, and not great for even simple cooking...no counter or prep space at all. Also, for the price of $200 a night, it was disappointing that cable was not included. Almost everywhere else in Miami charging those prices has cable. The process of check-in is convoluted. The garage parking situation is as inconvenient as it gets...park in one building, take an elevator to the ground floor...cross the street to a second building, take another elevator to the 25th floor...cross the lobby and take another elevator to the residence floor! If you have a lot of groceries, or bags, you will not be smiling by the time your payload is in the apartment. There is a luggage cart but it is parked on the 25th floor so using it is an adventure in itself (plus it is not great for groceries). I would not stay here again because of the inconveniences I just described, and poor price point for what your get.
Nice view, great service. Only issue having to take the elevator to the 25th floor then take another one just to get to the 18th floor where our room was.
Beautiful hotel in Brickell, Miami. Super quiet rooms. Very comfy and clean. Nice service as well. They also have a large pool with pool deck and bar. Tennis courts were there but not in great shape. Check out is 12:00 pm which was nice. Near a lot of food places to eat and close to the ocean. Parking garage was $30 for 24 hours. Nice hotel if you want to stay downtown.
This property has everything you you would expect from a Conrad. Beautiful public spaces and very accommodating staff. We were upgraded to a condo unit and it was large and spacious, However the unit look a bit dated, it's time for refresh. Other than that one minor point, This property is a solid choice for anyone looking to stay in downtown Miami.
Very good hotel in the heart of the financial district. Close proximity to good restaurants. Nice hotel pool and rooms with a view. Will stay here again.
We visit Miami, FL a few times a year, and I have always passed this hotel and thought it was really nice looking. We usually stay with family, but now we have a young child and felt it would be better to stay in a hotel. Throughout our whole 3 days stay we were constantly treated well by the staff and helped with our bags/small child. The room had a funky decor, and was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
This location feels odd to some, as you enter from the ground level, and have to go way up to get to the lobby. The lower part of the building is offices and apartments. That means this hotel has spectacular views of Miami from the lobby and your room.
The guest services are what you would expect from a Conrad, but for what a room costs per night they should be. We generally found the staff to be kind, Caring and Helpful.
The rooms are huge with massive Windows affording you a spectacular view. The beds are amazing. The massive shower with upscale bath accessories is a nice touch. We also enjoyed the in room espresso machine.
The pool is not easy to access as you have to go tot the ground level, walk from one building to the parking garage next door, then take an elevator to the top of the parking garage. When you finally get to the pool it isn't as nice as many of the upscale hotels I am familiar with.
Very good hotel in Brickell ave. in Miami. Good views, very good attention from the staff. The comfortable rooms with all the services. Attention if you ask for an UBER over Brickell because it probably will park in the back of the hotel. The reception is on the 25th floor so to go to the rooms you have to do a transfer and that is not very comfortable. The hotel restaurant is very good. The balcony / terrace that overlooks the sea is very pleasant. recommendable
This was a great experience! A awesome Hotel with a friendly atmosphere, great meeting facilities, safe district, nice view from a beautiful home away from home room and a professional staff. Indeed a 5 star hotel that made my visit to Miami a lasting experience.
The hotel is located in a very nice area. It s a bit complicated, to use the elevator to the 25th floor, switch elevators for the rooms (up or down...). Besides this fact, it s a very cool hotel. The rooms seem to be aged, but cleanliness can t be questioned. Housekeeping staff does its work!
The view from the bar is nice and you can easily have a drink k and enjoy it. The personal is nice and I will definitely come back if I will ever the occasion to.
Stayed for 2 nights in this hotel in July. Very poor for a Conrad brand hotel. Housekeeping is very slow (took 45 minutes to deliver a blanket and I had to call 4 times). Check in staff charged my card twice and I had to call 3 times to reverse it. Breakfast is NOT a buffet and very disorganized. They will fight with you over a chocolate danish when kids ask for 1 more!
