Our stay was wonderful. We got a free room upgrade, the service was great and the hotel room was beautiful. Things were a little pricey and I wish there were shuttles to the airport but our stay was great.

Good location, good service and nice rooms. But it's not worth the price, you can find similar hotels for much less.

It has good views and service but since they have residences in the building, there were hammering every weekday from 8am till noon, and it does not let you a sleep. If I wanted to only rest pas 9am on the weekends I would've stayed home or in an apartment rather than a "Hotel".

The room was amazing it was a double king it was very clean. We checked in really late and wanted suggestion to go out to clebrate a birthday. The staff was really knowledgeable about places to go celebrate and the area around the hotel. The view from the room was amazing.

Beautiful hotel with a great location. The rooms are fine. We had a great view. Breakfast in the Bar restaurant was great.

Stay was ok. Food was delicious. Pool was out of order and they didn't mention it the website.

Arriving to check-in, concierge was not present for at least 5 minutes, making us wait in an empty lobby. We were assigned a room, but there was hair still present in the bathroom, and no fridge (?). A different room was given to us, but the second room had no sanitary supplies, places not wiped dowm, hair in the sink again, and the one shampoo bottle that was present was used. What was most infuriating was assigning other people to our room and having them walk in at 1am. We felt a safety threat in a place we were supposed to feel comfortable, especially in the situation the nation is in now. Will never come back nor will I recommend to others.

Very good and centrally located. Both on foot and by public. Very friendly staff and good restaurant. Conrad as usual.

As a Hilton honors diamond member, I don t feel any bit of honor, but disgrace.
From check in that evening, the big woman is rude and no respect for her clients, here is your room key. and that s it, no additional information, truly speedy service. No activities and relaxing private space, simply a hotel room. Then the room doesn t have full set of toiletries. I won t be back this one again.

Horrible unprofessional vallet service. Would not trust them with my car keys. Hotel is nice and the staff other than the vallet is professional.

Went to the spa located at the Conrad for a massage and facial. Absolutely wonderful service and staff.

Lobby is on the 25th floor though it's not posted. Had to move to a different room due to faulty smoke detector. Second room was inferior to first room.

Decent hotel do the covid-19 some of the amenities were not available nevertheless great distance for food places and eateries walking overall very clean

A great stay in the Conrad. Are the rooms a little tired? Yes. However, this is more than made up for by the amazing staff. We will be back.

Attending an event at the Conrad. Staff was very curteous and the hotel was decorated with lots of art. The views from the sky bar were to die for.

Had drinks at the balcony bar on 25th floor. Very nice location, good service, great choice of wines, excellent views. Although it seemed windy enough to knock the wine glasses over, the wind didn't quite achieve that goal. Just keep your wine glass full!

This location is too good! The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because to get to our room we had to go thru so many elevators but the place was clean , staff was friendly and it was clean

I don't know where to start, this place is amazing. The food and room just had me very happy to stay here. Definitely worth every cent. When you want to treat someone and treat yourself at the same time.

One of my favourite places!! Went here for my honeymoon - eventhough my husband and I ended up both with the flu, being stuck in the hotel was a pleasure!! The photo is of the view from the restaurant

It was confusing at first to find the pool but we found it quickly. The facilities in the pool are really nice with a lot of toiletries

Great rooms, great location, easy layout, but overpriced for what you get. If you're an HH member or get business discounts, it's well worth it however!

Absolutely loved my stay here! I booked a Double Queen with a view of the city. The view was breathtaking and I could actually get a glimpse of the ocean and ports from the side as well. The bathroom was stunning with a tiled flat shower and separate tub for bathing. The Sky Lobby on floor 25 is gorgeous. That's where the hotel front desk, restaurant, bar, and outside seating with views of Biscayne Bay, are located. I would recommend having breakfast, lunch, or dinner out there. The fitness room is quite impressive and fully equipped: ranging from cardio machines to isolation machines. The fitness room is on floor 24 and shares the floor with the hotel spa. Top of the line staff as well! Super close to South Beach. I recommend this property to everyone needing to stay in Downtown Miami.

Arrival runs like orchestral concert. Everything was smooth. The staff is knowledgeable, genuine and kind. The rooms are beautiful and the views of the city and the water are spectacular! This hotel is near the city nightlife without having to be on SoBe. It's 10 min from the beach, if that's where you want to be and 2 min from the new City Center Downtown Miami.

Great location. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Nice pool and not too busy! Simple but luxurious decor. Nice collection of artwork in the lobby.

Got upgraded to Suite. The suites were much more spacious than suites expected from an average 4 star. Hotel professionals were very nice. The valet was rude though.

An Amazing Experience & a Beautiful Hotel. Valerie (front desk rep) & Noelia (VIP Coordinator) were extremely professional and they both made sure our hotel experience was Excellent!!

I wanted to share a detailed explanation about my review. I have stayed at Conrad Hotels before and it s amazing how different the same chain but different locations can be. The check in at this location was easy , fast and the staff very polite. I knew something was different right away when one of the managers began holding the elevator to ensure that everyone got on. Not just for 1 or 2 groups. The manager did this until the crowd was done. 20 minutes after check in ; I received a text message asking if my room was to my satisfaction. Wow right ? It gets better! About an hour or 2 into my stay; I received a HAND WRITTEN welcome letter; thanking me for being there . I then got a bottle of champagne on ice with 2 glasses to celebrate the new year about an hour after that. After coming back from the pool; I called down for more towels. Fast! Right to my door within minutes. Then I got a call asking if I had received the towels and if they met my needs. I was very satisfied with my stay here and would recommend this hotel to anyone interested. Amazing place with amazing views!

Once I figured out how to get to/from my floor...lovely experience...beautiful place!
