Service Manager worked with me to address a previous less than excellent service visit. The additional service we had completed was done to a much higher standard and I was well taken care of.

It's never simple getting checked in here and they always seem annoyed when i arrive without an appointment. I understand the dilemma but the fact is that i can't always make an appointment and i expect to be treated like a valued customer no matter how i arrive. I think I'll head to Walnut Creek in the future

Babe is an outstanding service advisor. He doesn't stop at filling out the paperwork but rather makes sure that every step of the customer's experience goes smoothly. He doesn't just take your keys and dumps you off n the waiting room. He checked to make sure the rental car company picked me up quickly, even calling me on my cell phone to let me know they had arrived. He showed me the wear on my front tires and recommended replacing them soon but did not pressure me.
I will always ask for him when I need service from Concord Toyota.

There is the old saying, "you should never judge a book by its cover".........or in this case, by its credit score.

At the end of March, beginning of April, a sales rep, named Eva reached out to me regarding an inquiry I made on cargurus regarding a 2006 Honda Odyssey. (I believe it was a 2006 or 2007).

It looked really nice, leather interior and everything. Decent mileage, and was going for just under 6000 usd.

I was floored because it seemed too good to be true, but it was true.

When she called me to follow up, she asked about my credit and if I knew my score. I stated that my credit did take a hit recently, and that it showed I had a repossession on my credit, which was definitely true.

Eva said that it was okay, since she said she had experience with dealing with one herself. I felt a little comfortable hearing that someone had fallen on hard times in the past as well.

What she didn't know is that it does take time to show on your credit that it has been cleared, and that the timing was bad at the time of trying to acquire a new vehicle.

After submitting my application online to finance, with an offer to down pay at least 3-4000 usd, Eva's tone changed.

She said the car was too old, that I cannot afford it. I stated that isn't true, and before I can state my next sentence, Eva stated, "no, no, no, let me tell you something.........you have 3 repossessions on your record, you cannot afford this car, or any car we have here!"

I was shocked to hear that, considering that I knew of one, that would eventually clear on my credit, but all other vehicles on my credit were in good standing and already paid off.

Furthermore, I was making an attempt change the offer to pay for the vehicle in cash, but Eva was content on not furthering a sale with me, either cash on the Odyssey or a good down payment on a newer vehicle.

For the record, I had over 10,000 usd in the bank at the time!

This dealership has lost me for even future endeavours, including my future spouse, and future kids.............

There are a handful of us that do not have the perfect score at the time of a purchase, such as a car, but it doesn't mean we do not have money. My score was bad, but I had money to buy.

Not only did I felt prejudged, but the fact the salesperson went to great lengths to exaggerate something regarding me that was completely false, that being the 3 repossessions, left me feeling disappointed.

I also think it is ironic that the tone changed after requesting to see a driver's license photo of me.

I am pretty sure other customers, or potentials have had better experiences at this dealership, but as for me and my house, we will go elsewhere!

Never judge a book by its cover. in the same way you judge people, because of a score, the same precedent should and will be used against you as well...................Customer reviews!

The dealership is probably going to read this and try and make peace, or koom bye ya with me. But the damage has been done.

Went to Concord Toyota for the first service on my new Tacoma.
Arrived for my scheduled appointment at 7:20AM and was out by 9AM. Everything was done correctly and they even washed my truck. I'm happy!

Great customer service, Daniel was so attentive and made us feel very comfortable and welcome with his friendly but firm customer treatment.
I will defiantly recommend Concord Toyota and its great team to buy a car and I will go back for the same experience my self next time I'm in the market for a new car.

In this pandemic time, I firstly emailed concord Toyota to make sure and seek right help for my pick. As well as making sure if I needed an appointment to shop for a new truck. Luckily associate Kunle was there to help me both by emailing me back early in the morning the night after I had sent out mine and helped me find the truck I exactly wanted. All the associates there were very helpful and kind compared to other dealerships I ve been to in trying to get a nice deal on a 2020 truck. Some of them like Dublin Toyota was very unsatisfied with how they communicated with me.

Though some of the worker were not wearing masks. I do believe that will be worked on but definitely great sales staff in accommodating and politeness.

Really frustrating experience with Concord Toyota....

Really frustrating experience with Concord Toyota. Would not recommend this dealership. After being referred to this dealership through the Costco Auto program, we worked with Craig Selbach to purchase a Toyota Highlander Hybrid. We decided not to purchase the color that Concord Toyota had arriving a few days later, and after some effort, Craig located the desired color at another dealership. Shortly after informing us that the car was being driven to Concord Toyota and that we could pick it up the next day, Craig told us he was going on vacation and his colleague Singh Khurana would finish up the sale for us. When I spoke with Singh the next morning, he said the wrong car had been ordered (gas instead of hybrid), and ultimately that he was not able to acquire the desired color from another dealership. To his credit, Singh was transparent throughout, apologized, and said he would understand if we want to purchase the car from another dealership or channel.

I haven't made a purchase yet, but looks like I will be soon. I worked with Surapong Pimwong, "Pong" He was stellar! Fantastic approach, very calm and laid back. Willing to go above and beyond in his customer service approach. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He is very easy to build trust with and I look forward to doing business with him.

My only take away from a 5 stay review is that I did go inside initially for help. No one seemed willing to even say hello. So I left to take one last look at the car I wanted. Which is when I ran into Pong, had I not spoken with him I would've looked elsewhere.

I brought my car in for an oil change for the first time at Concord Toyota and was beyond impressed with their customer service. I have visited numerous Toyota s in the Bay Area and by far this is best service I have ever experienced and was shocked by how smoothly my appointment went(I have many bad experiences at other locations, so I m always prepared for the worst). I arrived for my appointment early and understandably had to wait a little while for my service representative, but multiple employees came and checked in with me and assured me that someone will be with me shortly. Once introduced to my service representative Tony, in a matter of minutes he had me on my way and took my car in for servicing. I in-countered another amazing employee who was operating the shuttle, he was friendly and so kind! Upon picking up my vehicle I was shocked that I wasn t being heckled to get additional service completed as I am use to and the cashier had me swiftly on my way. I was quite impressed with every single employee I encountered they were kind, friendly, efficient, and quick! I will be coming here regularly for any of my servicing needs and will recommend this location to everyone I know. Kudos to the staff and the management at Toyota Concord!!!

I had a very good experience at Toyota Dealer last week. The gentleman who assisted me was wonderful. He even asked if I wanted to get my car washed while I was there. I have never been asked this before and was surprised by it. He was very kind and I appreciated his explanation of how my car was doing.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but our experience buying a new car at Concord Toyota was relatively pain-free. Salesman was friendly, of course. But he also followed up on all our requests without trying to talk us into something else. The finance guy gave a shot at selling us extras, but didn't press us when we hurried him over the items and then said no to all of them. All in all, it couldn't have been easier, and we got a pretty good deal on exactly what we wanted. And Jesse, our salesman, was a fun guy to go though the process with.

I bought my Camry at Concord Toyota in 1998 and have kept a regular service schedule ever since. My car always runs like new when I pick it up, even after 175,000 miles. Daric has been my go-to service person for many years and has taken excellent care of my car. I couldn't be happier.

Me and my family was there and one of the lady sales agent was very rude and had an attitude I don t know if she had a bad day or what. we told her we want to take a look inside the vehicle and she said that the keys are inside that she has to go there just to get the keys blah blah blah a lot of alibi. The way she talked to us wasnt really nice. so we decided not to get from that dealership. We went to Toyota Livermore people there are nice and friendly they entertained us very well.

Went in for an oil change service, I made an appointment online. They took my car and then I waited in the lobby for almost 2 hours. I went in to ask about my car and was told to ask at the cashier. While waiting at the cashier line, service staff won't care that you're waiting in line, they would just move you out of the way helping other people, very rude. Terrible service, they said that they were going to vacuum my car and wash it. They never did. Oh and by the way all the services a very overpriced, even with my discount. So beware!

Truly an exceptional car buying experience. Amer was upfront in explaining the pros/cons of various aspects of the process without being pushy at all. In my first hand interactions with 6-7 dealers he was way way better. To make the experience more pleasant - the finance guy was equally nice as well and didn't push us to buy extended warranty and such although he explained them very well.

Concord Toyota service has always been prompt and reliable. I appreciate their organization, work ethic and positive attitude. My Prius goes in for regular service; in addition, I can "pop by" without an appointment to ask a question or get some help. Kudos to Derek, Service Manager, and also Adolpho for courteous shuttle service at my last service this month.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever
I don t recommend anybody to get a car from that dealership
I wanted to lease a car for my wife
She went and set with a sales person for 3 hours came with a deal and she couldn t sign on that cause they wanted me with the better credit
I called them and told them that I m a very busy person and if they can please prepare all the paper work for me that way I can just sign and leave with the car
I got there The same day around 8 PM I sat with the guy for about one hour and then he told me that there is someone in front of me that will be done in five minutes and then I will get into the finance room to sign on all the financial papers
Took them another two hours until I could get in I was so upset that I told the sales person to cancel everything and that I m leaving
Only then they let me in to the finance room
The finance guy didn t know what he is doing and even mentioned to me that he never leased a demo car and he doesn t know how to fill up the papers
Also he said that he can t believe that the manager left without explaining him
Long story short I got home only after 11pm
Few days later they are calling me and telling me that the paper work was not done right and I need to come back and sign more papers
Today I got a call from Toyota finance telling me that the dealership didn t send them their first payment for the car which was part of the down payment I payed
I went in again to concord Toyota and one of the managers there that I don t know his name just telling me that there s no such a thing and they are asking for the first payment of me
I m trying to explain him that I asked the lady that called me very carefully didn t you get the first payment from the dealership and she said no you need to go there and tell them that
And then the guy got upset and started talking really rude to me
So I asked him ok can you please give me their number so I can call them and he was like you can look it up yourself
Now no one from my crew will help you here and I want you to leave now
I didn t even expect that
I took out my phone and started recording him then he became nice all of a sudden
Then he took his phone out and started recording me asking for my name followed me with his phone to my car and recorded the car too
Awful experience now Toyota finance are sending it to a collection
Be careful they are very bad in customer service

They sold me a lemon, but I suppose it's my fault ...

They sold me a lemon, but I suppose it's my fault for buying a Nissan at a Toyota dealership. Within the first 70 days, it had a transmission issue, the air flow sensor started intermitting, and a bad battery. They claimed to have thoroughly inspected the car, to which I strongly doubt. The oil change they promised was not on the contract or their records. Unfortunately, I cannot trust this dealer's competence or integrity as a result of my experience with them. I will never purchase a Nissan or from this dealer again.

I had to bring my Toyota Corolla in to the service department due to the faulty airbag recall. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived the service rep greeted me and told me that the guy who would be checking us in was Arvid, and that he would be right with me. I only had to wait about two minutes, and Arvid came over, introduced himself, and explained what I could expect and gave me the paperwork to sign. He was very friendly and helpful. When I went back to pick up my car later in the day, there were several reps who offered to help right away, and I was able to sign the paperwork and pick up my car very easily - they drove my car right up to me. Their customer service is excellent!

Great experience for my 125,000 check-up. Mark was informative and efficient in getting my car into the mechanics at Toyota. No problems with the work done and I am a happy guy. And I will also add, the entire service time was done in approximately 1.5 hrs. But this was because of low customer volume during the COVID-19 shut down.

The employees here are terrible and they guy that help up me was not motivated to help sell a car I ask if he had a certain car he said he said he has to check but all he did was stood there after I said ok can you check after that i said bye and bought a Honda passport instead and Honda employees help me much better after my old car stop working and i needed a car right away

I took my car for a simple headlight adjustment since my father was going to drive the car all the way to Virginia. They completely messed up with the headlights and so my father crossed the country blinding everyone on the road without noticing and I m having to re-pay for the same service to be done correctly. We feel like we should trust them more than an independent mechanic but that s definitely not the case.

My wife and I visited this dealership a few weeks ago after driving 2 hours to look at one of their pre-owned vehicles, we found the vehicle perfect on made a fair offer. The dealership and sales associate Dalton never budged or counter offered from their listed price. I certainly do not excpect a dealership to loose money or give away a vehicle, but I found their tactics and negotiations insincere and not in good faith. If they had advertised the vehicle and price as a No Haggle price then I would have been prepared, but listing a vehicles asking price and then not even coming down a couple hundred bucks was incompetent at best and borderline fraudulent at worst. I recommend avoiding this delarship and glad to say we paid a little more for certified pre owned vehicle at Vacaville Kia. Much better experience and competent staff.

I was there for an oil change and to take care of maint light on our Camry and Mark was my advisor. He was able to take care of the car as professionally as he know how, following up with me how the car is doing, etc. I have nothing negative about my time with Mark. Please let him know he did great. A-OK.

We purchased a nice little Toyota Yaris used that was supposed to come with a year warranty. Once we arrived they haggled on the price (to be expected) and said things like 'We just lowered the price, your lucky' & 'we have 9 people lined up that want to buy this car today', then they said the warranty could only be 6 months and would cost $500 extra due to the drivers' young age (22), etc. Well any way, we foolishly buy their warranty and now we take the car down in month 5 of owning it and they say it will cost $238 to get oil changed and the tires rotated. First of all that is a very expensive cost for such routine maintenance, and second of all that is supposed to be covered by the warranty we purchased. However, they say the warranty isn't in their system and to talk to sales, whom we already spoke with to schedule the maintenance with.

All in all we got a very good car through an absolutely scummy dealer.

Alec provided great service. Way on time, polite, full point inspection along with installing a new tire. The tire was ordered the day before and received as indicated on time for installation. The quote was exactly charged, the installation time was perfect. The shuttle service was perfect. I love Concord Toyota! Best service ever every time. Thank you!
