I had to bring my Toyota Corolla in to the service...

I had to bring my Toyota Corolla in to the service department due to the faulty airbag recall. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, and when I arrived the service rep greeted me and told me that the guy who would be checking us in was Arvid, and that he would be right with me. I only had to wait about two minutes, and Arvid came over, introduced himself, and explained what I could expect and gave me the paperwork to sign. He was very friendly and helpful. When I went back to pick up my car later in the day, there were several reps who offered to help right away, and I was able to sign the paperwork and pick up my car very easily - they drove my car right up to me. Their customer service is excellent!
