So I'm going to be honest, as a first time buyer who only had a mom with her who also knew nothing about cars, I fully expected to be played like the newbie I was by whatever dealership I was going to. I honestly didn't expect to meet someone as professional, honest and helpful as Kunle. He was infinitely patient with us and always explained everything clearly and honestly. His response time was amazing (and was the first guy to call me back among the 5 dealerships I called) and honestly, I could not recommend a better salesperson to help anyone with their purchase. We're already a Toyota family but yesterday's purchase and Kunle's performance sealed the deal -- we're going to be Toyota forever.

Had a great experience with Rolando Catalan at Concord Toyota. I was looking for a specific car with specific options and the only one available in Northern California was at Concord Toyota. I contacted the Internet Sales Department and was contacted back by Rolando. Drove down and met with him and drove the car away that evening.

The WORST experience ever. After buying a car, i called the salesman to see if I can return it. He started cussing My dad out (my dad didn t like the car) using F words. I was shocked and speechless. I called the manager and complained. However, they didn t know anything about it and stated the salesman was having a rough day due to having lots of customers . I would NOT recommend this dealership. Not professional at ALL.

Original:; 3 Stars -Over all it was a pleasure buying a used car from Concord Toyota. The only reason they do not get more stars is that they do not provide a second car key! When asked, they state that that is all they were given. You would think that spending over $30K they would throw in a spare key! They are the dealership. You think if they didn't have one, they would make one. - That is my main problem with them.

I was referred to Lisa Piombo at Concord Toyota for a new Prius. Called Lisa and told her what I was looking for. Made an appointment for later that day to bring in my trade-in vehicle, signed the papers, got the new car tour and out the door in 20 minutes. Outstanding! I have since purchased 3 additional company cars from Lisa. Same story Call her, tell her what I need, she has the paperwork ready when I show up. Out the door in 15 - 20 minutes each time. Quick & easy. I won't go anywhere else.

Our search for a very specific vehicle brought us to Concord Toyota. Our salesperson Kelli B was great! She was very attentive and responsive during our calls, texts and emails when we were searching for our car. She understood that we were traveling from over an hour away and helped to have everything prepared when we arrived.

Very bad I can't rate it 0. To everyone still coming to Concord Toyota for engine oil change: please, do yourself a favor and check carefully oil level in your car before you drove away!

My story: a few days ago I was there for brake service as well as an engine oil change. Before that I find out that engine oil level in my car was almost 3/4" above the MAX mark on dipstick (oil was changed previously on Concord Toyota as well)!!!!

I notified my service advisor about the problem, and he said he will take care of it. A few hours later, when I was ready to pick up my car, I decided to check it again, and guess what? It was almost an inch above the max mark!!!!! WHAT??!! LOL!!!

Service advisor checked level himself and admitted it was high. Called mechanic (my guess the person who was doing an oil change). The guy shows up and checked oil level himself, but instead of admitting it was high, and offering a fix, he was trying to fool me by wiping exceed oil from other side of dipstik by his thumb, and showing me "normal" level!!!! LOL!!! When I asked him to keep his fingers out of the end of dipstik, he disappeared not saying anything, and my advisor offered me a fix. But even after a fix, oil level in my car engine is still above the max mark...

How can I trust those wrench monkeys after all?! They charge you a top dollar, but their service is beyond belief! Stay away from them at any cost!!!

My experience at the Concord Toyota dealership has been the best of all dealerships I've been to. Jasmine, my sales person, was super personable and knowledgable made this process comfortable for me, as making any big purchases is nerve wracking.

I would love to acknowledge the man who I checked in with. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name :( Hopefully it's somewhere on my records and maybe Toyota can give this man some recognition or a raise or something. But this man has GREAT customer service. He reassured me that everything was okay, and informed me about what needed to be done in the beginning, and what was actually done to my car in the end. Very kind and respectful!

Amer listened to my situation, took everything I was going through under consideration and got me a great great deal. Was not pushy at all. I will be back for my next vehicle in the future. The service representative was courteous and helpful, sharing with me the service options for my car. The waiting area was comfortable with good coffee and donuts. I did not have to wait too long to get my car back. Very efficient service. I will come back to this dealership for my car service.

Driving in the dealership was easy to find and had plenty of customer parking. The lot was organized by model and all of the cars were fairly clean. We came in around 10 am on a Saturday. The lot didn t have too many customers yet. It took us about 10-15 minutes of walking through the lot before we were approached by our salesman, Tobi. I was in the lot shopping for a new hybrid Toyota Camry. I specifically came to Concord Toyota to check out the model in the color blueprint. It was the only dealership in the Bay Area that had that color at a fairly reasonable price. He took time to explain all the features in the car. We took it for a test drive and when we came back to the dealership I was ready to work a deal. There was a lot of waiting time, which is to be expected when purchasing a new vehicle. The dealership was able to get me a walk out price that I was comfortable with. It wasn t until we were with Andy in financing that we found out Tobi has only been on the job for 2 weeks. We wouldn t have known otherwise. Tobi was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He made the buying experience comfortable. Since leaving the dealership Tobi has checked in with me on how I like the car. He has openly let me know that he is available if I have any further questions on the vehicle in the future. I would definitely come back to see Tobi again for another Toyota purchase in the future.

i dont know about services cars sell but i've had bad experience with this dealership in term of maintainces. they ripped me off for $108 for just oil change. and over $500 for the last three visits for oil changes.this place turned into a used cars sell dealearship.

I was very pleased with the courtesy and for the first time promptness of my visit.
I am a little concerned with the way my tires are fitted on the rims.. doesn t look like they are all the way secure...
yet I will mention. After hoping to only patch a tire... I ended up needing to purchase all 4 tires (which I was given a deal, and was told why, other places to go to get patched. Being I have children chose to just get them replaced. ( there was no pressure for me to do it)
I was slightly disappointed, my car was there all day, I explained I was on a budget; maybe being overindulgent, would have been nice to have a courtesy car wash, which I was told I needed to ask for. Again, on a budget and was told my bill would have totaled $775. Ended up costing me over $800. A courtesy car wash, on the outside, would have been a grateful gift.
Hence the 4 stars.

I ve had my last three Toyotas serviced here for 25 years. The service is excellent and they maintain a service schedule that I can rely on to keep my Toyota in excellent condition. I have always found the service staff to be highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous. My highest recommendation, 5 stars.

I recently stopped off at Toyota at the end of a day filled with car shopping at all the other local dealers within Concord. I had no intention of purchasing a car for at least a month however as soon as we pulled in to the Toyota dealership and I fell in love. We were not hounded by salesmen and we actually had to to end up flagging one down. Rodney assisted us in test driving a 2015 Corolla. My mother and I actually ended up leaving with Rodney's business card. We ended up going back to Toyota within 2 hours to purchase the new Corolla because of Rodney's service and no pressure attitude. We were able to get an amazing deal and had everything done within 2 hours. After everything was said and done I walked away with another Toyota and couldn't be any happier. Thank You Rodney for your service.

I had a very pleasurable experience purchasing my 2021 Tundra. The sales associate Lisa was very diligent in tracking down the trim and options I was looking for and kept me updated throughout the ordering process. Lisa was fantastic, and found me exactly the truck I wanted. Once the truck was delivered I dealt with the sales manager Matt, who provided me with detailed breakdown of my cost and financing options. Matt was able to find me a very competitive rate and a nice monthly payment. After we found a number that worked well for me I was taken to the finance department and Kelly went over all the paperwork and I happily signed the contact and documents. Kelly was very nice and informative on all aspects of the financing process.

Overall I couldn t be happier! Thank you Lisa, Matt and Kelly for taking such good care of me. Last but not least thank you to Big Mike for running a great team at Concord Toyota and making me feel like a valued customer.

Had a appointment to get my oil changed on my 2016 tundra. The previous day was quoted one price. The next day of my appointment, the price changed. I told them I would wait around for the vehicle, and provided my cell phone number. I went to the store to buy a few things while I was waiting. I came back and the service advisor tells me that he needs to add a hour of labor because two bolts were blocked to take off the skid plate . Service advisor never called me on my cell phone to get the work ok d. Would ve made me a lot happier by contacting me before (adding on a hour of labor) . Communication is key people . Otherwise it was a ok experience.

I brought my car in to get serviced and Randy is the best Service Consultant ever! I knew I needed a few things done to my car but I had never gotten it done. He took the time out and explained everything to me in a way that didn't make me feel like I was being taken advantage of. I have been to a few dealerships and they told me I needed the maintenance but they never explained it to me like Randy did so I prolonged the process. I went in to get my brakes done and ended up getting my rotors replaced, transmission flushed and my power steering fluid changed. He knew what my car needed and now my car runs a lot better. I dropped my car off and took the Toyota shuttle to work. He called me and kept me updated on the status of my car and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. I plan on keeping my car for a long time so all of my future appointments will be with Randy at Concord Toyota!

Buyer BEWARE! We put a refundable $500 deposit down to reserve a Prius Prime that was en route from Toyota. We decided to buy a car at another dealer who had it in stock. That's when the dealership decided to make it as difficult as possible to get my money back. It took a month of phone calls and emails to get it refunded. I wasted around 10 hours (20+ emails and calls) trying to get them to issue the refund. It was one excuse after another. Unfortunately the car buying process is still full of shady sales reps. Concord Toyota fully lives up to the shady car dealer reputation.

If you make an appointment you ARE their priority!! The staff is friendly yet professional. Any staff member who sees you asks if you need help and promptly gets you the person you need. None of that 'it's not job/department' stuff. The place is clean including the restrooms. There is always tea and coffee (supposedly donuts too but I guess they fast! Lol)

Mark Richardson was my service consultant for a routine service of our RAV4. He was able to find a discount for the service charges without being prompted. The Toyota service team corrected a small recall item at the same time. The whole process went smoothly and quickly.

UNATTENTATIVE. IF YOU NEED TO CALL THEM SET ASIDE A HALF HOUR. It takes 4 times through the automated service to get through to a service desk. Then they'll just transfer you to someone's voice mail so you'll have to call back several times just to tell them there was nobody there and to get an actual person to help on the phone. My experience with Toyota has been that they are quick to help you buy a car and slow to help you with anything after you've bought it.
