Always great service. I keep coming back here and recommending it to people. The service waits are not too long and the waiting area is very well stocked with tea and coffee, even donuts in the morning. Some waiting tables have charging ports built in. Most sales men aren't very pushy, I was test driving a car within 5 minutes, no long question answer session.

I had a great experience buying a new car at Concord Toyota! The sales and other staff were very friendly and helpful, and their procedures addressed our concerns around COVID safety precautions for a test drive and interactions in the showroom. We were given the time and space to do further research on the Camry we were interested in, and when we'd decided on what we wanted for option packages, the specific car was available at the dealership and it was quick and easy to get a clear and reasonable price breakdown. When we came in again to make the purchase, the process was again straightforward. We weren't pressured to make unnecessary add-ons that weren't in the breakdown we'd been sent and the offers that were made considered our family's driving needs. We drove off the lot in our new Camry highly satisfied with the ease of the process and delighted with the car we bought!

Sam, Nelson, and Angel were awesome to work with. They took good care of me by bringing a car from another one of Sonic's lots in SF to Concord. Sam had it detailed for me before I test drove it with him. He was very friendly and kind. Nelson was very calm and cool.... there was no pressure, no stress. Angel is a contract rockstar. He knows exactly what he's doing and gets you through the process as quickly as possible while making sure to point out all of the key features. I will refer others to Concord Toyota in the future. I had excellent service from Randy Pinpin at Toyota! He kept in touch with me about the service and repairs, the car was ready when they said it would be ready and he made sure I understood everything as it happened. Randy provided the best customer service I've ever had at a car dealership!
Super Service guy! Derrick was on it from the get go, I showed up early and had a serious time crunch. No problemo for my service pro, he worked up the quote and emailed it over and spent the time to speak with me on the phone three times. We have always taken our Camry to Concord Toyota for service since we bought the car new. Daric has always helped us and has taken great care of us and our Camry. Even before the car goes into the shop Daric checks the tires and helps us understand what is needed at the right time. Once we brought our Camry in and it was Daric's day off, but he still called us when our car was ready!
I find it a little suspicious that my prius had been sitting at the same location for the past year with no incidents, then when taken to Concord Toyota for a new battery, a couple days later, the catalytic converter was stolen. My guess is shady mechanics who steal for a little side hussle and read personal files as far as the address where the car is located. Don't take your prius here because I'm sure yours will probably get taken too.
Over the weekend, my 2004 Chevrolet Impala with 194,000 finally gave out! So the first thing I did was go to this dealership, as I have heard Toyota s are the most reliable brand out there! Upon looking in the used car lot, I was helped by Daniel Kunkel, who is an awesome sales consultant! I was looking at the corolla and gti! He was realistic and suggested I stick with the Corolla, since it was cheaper and had a better reputation! He helped me buy my 2016 Toyota Corolla S! It is an awesome car, with only 57,000 miles and $14,000, which is a very good price! Wasn t expecting to test drive a car or even buy one, but he wanted me to experience it! He made me realize that it would be possible to finance on a car! He helped me find a finance plan that was comfortable for me! He also explained everything in such detail and left nothing out! He is also an ex-cop and military, so you know he s not going to be sleazy! After doing the finance paperwork with Angel, who also explained everything pretty well, Daniel and I went to the bank and he was very patient while waiting for me to get the down payment! We had such a great conversation while waiting! He is a very good man who has served his community and country! He even called me and asked about me and my car! This dealership definitely care about customers! Overall, I love my car and I loved my experience at this dealership!

Took my 4 runner in for an oil change and they did their full inspection. I was told I needed around 700 dollars worth of work for my leaking gasket heads. I was leaving on a road trip the next day, they said I could at least make it a thousand miles without blowing up, but it would need to be done soon.
Just took it to my favorite mechanic at home, they estimated 1/2 the cost Concord Toyota quoted for what they said needed done. Took it in and they said my gasket heads were barely leaking, and she wouldn't even fix them on her own car in the condition they're in.
Shame on you Concord Toyota, especially around the holidays. I don't have extra money lying around, and those of us who don't know cars depend on professionals. To top it off, I brought in some "Toys for Tots," and they only gave me $2 off service, when they're website said $25.
My routine maintenance appointment was Monday of Thanksgiving week. A couple employees were no show so the appointment took a little longer than my contact person thought it would. The entire time my contact person and the rest of the staff remained professional and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable. I purchased my vehicle in July and my experience then was just as good.
I was greeted immediately upon arrival and positioned for service. Jonathan came out to explain what would be done during the appointment and suggested wheel alignment as that was in question. I waited in the comfort of the lobby for a much shorter time than I had expected and was summoned by Jonathan's call that the car was ready and the alignment had very much been needed. As always, I left Concord Toyota extremely pleased with the experience. I have been coming here for years and would consider nowhere else to service my car. Thanks, Concord Toyota. You are the best!
From the start, I felt no pressure to buy or make quick decisions. Sam, my salesperson, explained everything about my purchase and mechanics/technology of the RAV4 Hybrid I leased. He was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
I took my Highlander in for 60K service. Everything was OK, but I do have a complaint. The guy who meet me when I dropped my vehicle had his face mask below his nose, which is not the proper way to wear it. When I picked up my vehicle, this same guy had his face mask in the "chin bra" position, which is like why bother to even have it on. This guy approached me without his mask on to ask what I needed. I backed away and told him to "Put your face mask on". I think I will try another Toyota Dealer the next time I need service.

Robert, Internet sale rep was out standing. There's two other dealer closer to me which I know I can buy this vehicle from at the same price, but Robert was straight up with me and didn't play any games with me. I'm a service adviser for BMW and I know how it works but my main thing was that I do not have time to play games with anyone. I just wanted to know pricing and what my out the door price will be and Robert made that happen for me without me having to be there. I deal with the other two dealer for more then 1 week and all they kept telling me to go there and they can talk numbers and If I wanted the best price then get prices from other dealers and they can beat that for me. I don't have that time to play that game. I wanted to work with someone who's don't play games and tell me the numbers. If it sounds like it's a average deal. I'll take it. No time wasted. Robert made that happen. I did work for Mercedes, Honda, and now BMW and my family and I have always have Toyota's (over 13 Toyota's in the pass and now) due to quality.
Now I know who to go to when I need my next Toyota which will be coming in a month or two from now. Thanks to Robert, the guy that stayed late and delivered the vehicle to me sorry I forgot your name! You have my business as long as me and my family stays in the bay area.
Stay away from this dealership and particularly Nelson, you going to love him for rest of your life. I purchased a used car fom them and "two months later" I got the letter from DMV to renew the registration. I went to DMV and told the lady that I just got this car 2 months ago. She was like, "the dealer played you". I went back to Nelson and ask him, why dint you take care of this when I was buying a car. He was like Oh DMV dint let us charge you for the registration so now you have to pay. I was like why dint you tell me this upfront and he had no answer for that. I actually sold them my car too and again "two months later" I recieved a parking citation from city of San Jose. I called the city police to let them know that I gave that car to dealer 2 months ago. I am glad it was only paking citation, what if the car was involved in some kinda serious crime. I cud have been handcuff or something. and I would lose everything cuz of this dealer.
Something definelty went wrong in that transaction. I am never going back to this dealership again.
This place must have given their whole staff some serious customer service training, or they all love their job. Everyone there was super nice to me, and I was coming in for service plan work. At least five different people updated me on when I would get my car back just as a courtesy. They even washed my car inside and out before giving it back.
the car i brought i and enjoying some in the last two weeks i have had the transmission oil changed it was so dirty i understand i was told buy as is but with 117,000 felt they would have check it. i being female i was not really told how to operate the car like turning on lights air condition or working anything, etc also felt like i was force to purchase alarm system when the car came with regular key alarm to open car, now i have the tire light on took car in was told do not have the tool to reset it i feel have not made first payment and spending money to have tire light reset and car had just enough gas to get from concord to richmond not really happy with the dealership due to they were not helpful i have brought cars off other lots and if had problems in few days they were more helpful
Wanted to buy a used car. A good way to see how motivated they are is to ask to see the cheaper cars first. I was immediately disregarded. The salesperson just wandered around the lot. I literally said unless you have something to show me im going to leave. He replied that he was sorry and walked away. I mean he wasnt pushy. So they have that going for them. Second problem with the service department. I have a 2010 prius which has had multiple recalls. I scheduled the current recall to be repaired here. When I called to ask how long it would take. I was spoken to like I was a child. All i wanted to know is if I could wait while it was fixed, or if I needed to plan to get a ride home. Three different people could not give me a straight answer. Shop around. They are not the only game in town.
Derek was amazing and very communicative which was nice. After, when I came to pick up my car, not so much.
There was an older bald, Hispanic gentleman who was supposed to go and grab my car to bring to the front - he ended up bringing everybody else s car except for mine as he watched me just stand there. He then proceeded to try to eat an ice cream; yes it was very hott and he prob deserved that ice cream but he should have made sure everyone had their cars first. At one point he asked me if I had my car and I said no, does it look like I have my car (which yes it is rude, but that is a dumb question - if I had my car I wouldn t have been standing there).
A younger Hispanic gentleman that was tall with glasses I believe heard my anger and then went to get my car while the older gentleman came up to me to try and tell me what I did wrong which is why I didn t have my car yet. I was getting so frustrated that he was blaming me that I left it at miscommunication and his lack of hearing and wanting to eat his ice cream more. Got into my car and left.
Yes, it was prob miscommunication but the man trying to blame me is horrible costumer service.

The entire staff won't own up to their mistakes and I heard several of them including Floyd laughing at two homosexual gentlemen who were trying to buy a car, they were laughing about selling the "fags" a lemon! This place hates homosexuals and that's just wrong, besides being incompetent at turning a wrench. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Craig, who works with Cosco members was patient, helpful, relaxed, not pushy... just gave you information and sincere advice when looking at cars - no pressure.
Once I had decided to purchase the car, on the other hand, their insurance salesperson tried to pressure me into buying insurance.

Well, I was looking forward to come and buy my first brand new car today which was a 2016 Scion I had called yesterday on to see this morning. They had the appointment setup for me and I was prepared to purchase my first new car until I arrived and discovered they had sold the scion last night and didn't set the keys aside for me like they said they would. I was looking forward to this dealership cause I heard good reviews but it looks like I got the unlucky side of it. Very disappointed cause I really needed a car today and they had nothing I wanted and neither was the salesman convincing to me ..
I never have to worry about my car or timing on my service appointments. Will gladly drive here all the way from Antioch because of the excellent service !!! 10/10

It was a very great experience and I m lucky I choose the Concord location.
I made an appointment in the early morning to get my oil changed. Once I arrive, I was advised that there was a recall on my truck. Since I wasn't going to wait around all day for my truck, I used their shuttle sign-in sheet and waited in the lobby (this is where I was told to wait). After about 45 min I checked in with the clerk and she stated that the shuttle should be coming back soon. I waited another 30 mins and still no shuttle. I checked with the service rep I made the appointment with and he was shocked that I was still at the dealership. Apparently there was a shuttle there the whole time I was waiting. The next day I picked up my truck and it was filthy. I had washed it the day before I dropped it off, so I expected it to b at least as clean as I had left it. Now, it did drizzle the night it stayed at the dealership and there is construction going on-site ..... but it should not have been returned to me in that condition.
The service rep I dealt with was very nice and accommodating.... but I will never get my vehicle serviced at Concord Toyota ever again.
The process wasn t complicated or confusing thanks to the workers here. While making a deal with the people there I didn t feel intimidated or scared.
I just completed purchase of my second Toyota in 6 Months. We are from Santa Cruz and after searching our local dealerships and the South Bay for the Sequoia we wanted we learned it was not available in our region due to a Toyota Dealership policy. We reached out to Craig Selbach at Concord Toyota and he confirmed that it was not available, but that he could trade a vehicle coming into his lot with one from their sister dealership in Southern Cal where the Sequoia was available.
After that successful transaction we began looking for a fleet truck to replace our Tacoma.
I went to my local dealership first looking for a Toyota Tundra crew cab. They made me an offer that was decent, but I contacted Craig at Concord Toyota and me made me a better deal. Enough to justify the 150 mile round trip. If you don't like haggling over price, and instead just want a fair first offer from your dealer, call Craig Selbach at Concord Toyota.

From the moment we walked on the lot until we drove off the lot 12 days later we had an excellent experience. Nelson Blount greeted us with a smile and was not at all annoyed that we wanted to try out used cars. He took us on numerous test drives of many different cars you had on the lot (Ford, Subaru, Toyota, Nissan). He was very patient and educated on the pros and cons for each car. We ended up buying a 2019 RAV4 and drove it off the lot yesterday. He gave us daily updates on the status of our car as it was in freight to his store. Once our car arrived he texted me first thing and we set up an appointment to handle the financing. There was no haggling, no long waits, just quick, efficient paperwork. He personally went over all the apps, features with our car until we felt confident we knew what we were doing. All and all an excellent experience!!! I highly recommend Nelson Blount and Concord Toyota for their amazing customer service and knowledge!

Singh was such a pleasure to work with (and that's saying a lot since I feel like most sales men are as their stereotype says - pushy, aggressive, pressuring, etc). He was very informative and helpful, even connected me with a guy at the Honda dealer when I told him we were considering the Pilot. This dealership had a great little area for the kids to play and watch a movie, great selection of cars and superb service. I had previously visited the walnut creek Toyota since it was closer to home but it didn't hold a candle to concord. Highly recommend them!
I remember the last service had in the concord Toyota, they were so rude to me, after they finished my services I saw they even did not wash my car, and they washed other cars, I was so angry not because of my car because of their behavior ! I went to see the manager services, I found he is more rude and he gave me this feel he is racist! ,He said "mam washing car in not part of our services " and my question is if not why did for other customers! I never back to this dealership, I told and I will tell this story to all of my friends. I never forget these people and I hate Toyota for whole my life!

I recently had my Toyota serviced here. The representative was knowledgable and explained what would be inspected according to my maintenance plan. They found a small issue and repaired it for a reasonable cost. I would recommend getting your Toyota serviced here if your car is still under a Toyota maintenance and warranty plan.

This Toyota is great! Got me in on short notice. The man that i met with for my appointment in the morning was awesome! Super friendly and helpful! The only problem i had with the service was that i was told my interior would be vacuumed and that was not the case when i came to pick up my car.

My husband and I showed up at 7:30pm and Concord Toyota closes at 9pm, Kelli saw us wondering around and jumped right in to help even though it was time for her to go home she helped us get the right car and the right deal she was amazing.
Good service. Great waiting area with all possible coffee selection and tea. Looked like there was some bakery as well. But I came at 9-30 and it was gone only crumbs gave it away. Also if you are waiting on site, I would suggest to follow up your car status yourself. I was told that my service would take 1-2 hours. And in 2.5 h I gave up and decided to ask and car had been already ready. I'm not sure it was just coincidence or it was ready before and no one told me. Apart of that I'm happy with the service.
Customer service is Toyota's top priority and it shows. It was a pleasant experience with everyone I dealt with.

I forgot to press my "confirm" button on my confirmation email. I showed up on the correct time and date for my appointment but wasn't on the list. The crew fit me in and took care of me. I waited a little longer but it wasn't a problem since it was my mistake. Before purchasing my Highlander, I went to a chain garage and would have been turned away. Not with Concord Toyota--thanks ya'll!!

First of all let me preface this by saying I hate going to car dealerships and trying to negotiate prices with them. But I have to tell you, Concord Toyota is truly an exception. I don't even take time to write reviews unless I write about bad experiences. This time though, I will write about my positive experiences about Concord Toyota, in particular Hakim and Nelson. I felt no pressure whatsoever, and they even paid an extra $1000 on my trade in. And even other members of the dealership, they answer calls and talk to you like they are compensated handsomely, if not, they should be. I wish ALL car dealers operated this way, no low balling, no overcharging anything. Great job Concord Toyota!!

My last visit was a really bad visit.. I wasnt going to post a review but it did cause me pain. I arrived at Toyota yesterday at 1pm for and appointment that I had made to fix the spiral cable on my car which they did excellent on fixing but the problem was customer service... first off when I arrived I was being told that I didnt have an appointment which was weird because I literally made it a few days before and was told to come at this time... Gerald my advisor said there must be somthing wrong with the system because the part is her it's just not coming up in the system.
Ok whatever I was fine cause they were still gonna fix it as promised.. now after that I was asked if I needed a ride somewhere and they would have a shuttle take me.. which took an hour to actually have me get to that place... fine whatever i was still not mad.. Gerald calls me a few hours later and says my car is ready and that a shuttle would pick me up at my location which they dropped me off at.. now this is where the problem begins. I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA AND DOING ANYTHING LIKE WALKING FOR A WHILE HURTS ME AND SOMETIMES IT DOESNT HURT TILL THE NEXT DAY. The shuttle never came for me after an hour of waiting and I was so mad because i just wanted to go home I wasnt feeling well and they had me waiting. Soo I walked all the way back to Toyota and even when I arrived back the shuttle.never even came for me. Now I'm lieing here in ber cant get up because I had to walk back.. I dont think you'll understand this but it's already bad enough I have pain at 23. Anyways point is dont promise somthing you cant do otherwise I would have never had a shuttle take me somewhere. Also I will change my review on my next visit and see if there are changes in that..
