The room was lovely but the place has some issues. We were given room 223 in the separate building, not the building with the reception in it. The room was on the top floor at the back overlooking the train lines which was noisy even with triple glazing but the two big issues were that the lift wasn't working and as we were on the top floor it was a bit of a struggle for me due to mobility issues, I admit I didn't mention this but it was my daughter who booked the room and forgot to mention it. The other issue that concerned me more than anything else was the security of the building. There was a unit at the front of the buildings doors that you should have to swipe your room card across in order to gain access to the building meaning that customers are safe from anyone just walking in off the street and trying to get into the rooms. This was NOT working so the front doors were not locked at all! Not suggesting that the area is bad but I didn't feel safe in that block

The locations is super weird. It is in the middle of a rougher part of town. Also, the bedrooms and the reception aren't in the same building. The rooms are gorgeous, though. They are large, with big beds and a nice bathroom. The service is a bit rough. The workers are a little rude at times, but ultimately well mannered. The breakfast has been my favorite part so far. It's a huge bar with a mixture of American and European food. I loved it!

The heater in the room was louder than a plane taking off, all night. The breakfast room was dirty and littered from the night before and the single serving staff was busy trying to do something else.

Usual Premier Inn Excellence, but attached to the worst Restaurant ever, I move all over the UK but this place has to be the worst, you'll wait twenty minutes for a table then a further twenty minutes for somebody to take your order, and the place looks half empty. Followed by at best "cold slop". I've just changed my booking for next week, and will go to the local fast food gaf for the rest of the week.

Friendly polite staff, helpful too. Nice clean rooms. Food was good but could have been a bit hotter if honest. My room overlooked the railway, when the fast trains passed through you can feel it in the room. Windows have double glazing and blocked most of the noise. Didn't stop me sleeping all night!

Water pressure in the bathroom shower isn't strong enough, loo wouldn't flush properly, AC adjusts itself and sometimes switches off, even though windows are double glazed I can still hear the train

Good location for getting in to London on the tube. Family room was good but maybe a little small. Bathroom was lovely and well lit for a change. Food at the Beefeater was excellent. Evening meal there was great and the breakfast was superb.

Very clean and tidy hotel, ideal for a trip to London. 2 stations are just a few steps away, both are still in zone 4. From both stations you can get to the sights of London without having to change trains. It More

Been put up here several times byy company. Gets worse each visit. Never the same staff. The guy who checked me in was more interested in covering staff shortages then me standing there. The common areas looked like they hadn't seen a hoover in a while. The room even thou clean the TV wasn't tuned in properly and the roo looked tired. And not their fault but the trains constantly most of the night were a pain. If you can stay elsewhere.

Appalling greeting and presentation on reception. The place is next to slow train lines, tube lines and high speed train lines; so noisy!
Rooms are a bit shabby and car parking is tight. Not one of the best Premier Inn hotels.

Two of the staff in the front office were fantastic- on duty on the morning of the 6th of June. A gentleman and a lady with short hair & glasses. Helped me with directions to Convent Gardens and also arrange a taxi at a good rate. Close to the train station . Beds are very comfortable.

Check in took half an hour as receptionist was slow, booked a twin room and the small bed wasnt made. We told reception at 18:30 we was going for food so could they make it while we went to eat. Got back to the room and still wasnt made took till 21:20 to get the bed sheets and we had to make it ourselves. As we needed showers and we wanted privacy.

Stay in premier inns weekly with work and this was the worst experience I've ever had, normally 5* at every other one I've stayed in the last 9 years of using this hotel chain.

Took ages to book in, then took agescto prove I had meals paid for too even though I had it on booking confirmation. Evidently it was not on their system! Room was ok Premier standard which is comfy and clean.

Neat neat room. Is right next to several railway lines, but that is not a nuisance thanks to the double glazing. Good location to visit London. Near Kenton and Northwick Park tube stations.

Stayed here for one night whilst I visited London. First impressions very well presented staff and well mannered. Room was ready 2 hours early which is always a bonus and wasn't expecting to get into the room before going into London centre! Hall ways very clean and tidy. Carpets look well cleaned. On entrance to the room well lit. The room is large enough for a double room very clean and shiney. Bed very comfy and warm. Large tv will full freeview and mirror screening so if you have smart phone or tablet you can watch your Netflix etc on the tv. Sofa in the room tea and coffee. Excellent. Breakfast we amazing and a good start for the day staff at breakfast very pleasant and walked me around to show me how the buffet worked etc. Highly recommended and will Defo use again! Keep up the good work Premier Inn Harrow

All boxes ticked! I could have given this place a 5 star but the air conditioning was a let down. Here for a wedding on the hottest day 35c and was sweating perfusely. I spoke to reception but couldn't do anything about it. Other rooms were much cooler. Couldn't sleep so no choice but too soak the towel with cold water and sleep on it! Everything else was perfect.

Perfect for all kind of people.
Hotel manager and hotel staff great.

Perfect location for Kenton tube station for any Wembley events. 30 mins from central london on same tube Bakerloo line. Rooms adequate for short stay but air conditioning not working fully so got stuffy. Hotel uses beefeater for restaurant. Staff there were excellent. Food average to be honest but its what you expect in a pub restaurant so don't think your going to get top notch food. All in all though good overall services which is perfect for a quick weekend in London.

Hard to find when coming down Kenton Road from M1 - as someone new to the area - as one can't turn right at the traffic lights opposite Sainsbury's junction. Perhaps you might consider additional sound proofing to minimise noise from Overground/Underground throughout the time when people are trying to sleep. Thank you

Very comfortable room for a overnight business stay.
Booked extra room for elderly parents visiting us , the centralised heating didn't work in their room. The fact that they are very strict about check in times ( 2 pm only) and having a room that's got no air-conditioning and letting it out for fill price is a shame. If they knew that the air conditioning didn't work I don't see the point of letting that room out if it's not fixed. They did offer other rooms but we booked it so that it's close to each other, and by taking the other options that purpose was defeated. Accepted the two rooms close to each other finally and had to make a compromise. Felt a bit let down :(

This premier inn is pretty good but I've been to London many times and out of the hotels it was on the ok spot. I stayed 3 nights. The beds were comfortable but the separate beds weren't. The bathrooms were spacious. Staff were nice and overall it was a okay experience.

We stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting London. Easy journey in on the Overground from here. Not all rooms here are the new rooms, not what we were told when booking. Pleasant staff and room was clean and tidy. It is a little noisy from the road outside and the railway being so close. It is also opposite a medical centre so beware sirens are common outside, the earliest we heard was at 6.30am. A convenient stop off point for a simple commute into London. Ask to be put in a new room when booking though.
Oh, and there's no lift but the hotel is spread over 3 floors so pack light if you want an easy climb to the top floor.
