Room was very clean and maintained within the week, unfortunately I had a room at the very back of the hotel which was a long walk up lots of stairs and corridors that where extremely hot, air-conditioning worked well in the room but was a bit loud at night.
Sheets were of questionable cleanliness, pillows and matress were sort if uncomfortable, but overall not a bad experience
Clean Rooms, comfy beds, nice and quiet. Everything you expect from Premier Inns. Rooms are not massive when accommodating 4 but for what you pay it's OK. Staff seemed friendly enough. The beefeater next door does reasonable breakfasts. Handy hotel for the Bakerloo line and also only an 8 minute walk to the Metropolitan Line (which is quicker journey)
Hiya it's hard to find at night.. thank you sat nav food good and friendly staff ..
Very clean, efficient and good service. Obliging where possible, a little disgruntled about allocated room placement as a lone female traveller, (which I raised) but understandable as room was fully booked. Would stay again for a trip in London, tube is very convenient. Shame about the train noise, but can sleep through.
A really warm and comfortable night sleep when staying here and lovely facilities. I recommend this.
The room was OK but they need more staff. Took over an hour to check in and there was only one couple ahead of us in the queue.
Not the greatest place they fail to mention the high speed train line that passes feet from the rooms, the bar/ restaurant isn t great either with staff moaning about being the only one on shift and a face like a kicked arse about having to do there job not friendly or welcoming at all. the room was clean and tidy and there s nothing about so it s the bar or bed, the breakfast was just ok not like it used to be and by no means cheap!!
So good.....staff brillant ..always looked after
Food was so tasty... in the bar area...did not
Stay in hotel bit......pub side is a must.
Great manager..makes you feel at home
Staff are lovley room was clean and you could open the windows only so an side was we were right next to the train line which was very loud ~ stones throw FROM Kenton Station and sainsburys... Great for travelling into London.
Grouchy staff (male, the lady was lovely) and half the stuff in the room was broken
Slow service but worthwhile above average for this chain
The service, location and view were amazing. We were upgraded to a suite which made it an incredibly unforgettable experience...............
Nice clean hotel. Next to the underground and supermarket just across the road great location
This has been a great place to stay for our initial week in the UK. Staff are very friendly and the food at the resturaunt has been great - staff on the breakfast shift are very lovely especially Tanya! Standard Wifi not great (there was a premium option we didn't try) and bad cellular reception in room. Other than that it's been great!
This Place Has 119 Rooms 3 Floors Beds are Cosy And Food is Nice
Good for access to StMarks/Northwick Park H0spitals
Very clean and comfortable excellent for tube into London center. Also very good breakfast.
The room was very clean one of the best premier inns that we have stayed in
I really like this hotel because it is next to, beefeater a restaurant at breakfast it is self-service and, you are allowed as much food as you all you need to do is just need to walk in tell the waiter your room no. Go to your table, ENJOY YOUR BREAKFAST!!
Accomodation good, breakfast at the Beefeater not so good.
Friendly and polite team at the reception. Our room was clean and comfortable. However I wouldn't recommend eating at the Beefeater. You're better off going somewhere else because the staff were pretty miserable and extremely slow. Had to ask for our table to be wiped as it still had bits of food on it from the previous people.
Great location to commute on the underground and very comfortable beds but the service wasn't very good. The rooms are small so if you don't like sitting on the bed there isn't anywhere to relax. The bathroom wasn't very well kept and it's very small. The shower was basically useless.
It's a premier Inn, you get a good standard of room, in reasonable price. We found the rooms here were a little small for a family of four, otherwise good
Rude and verbally abusive staff. Got asked to leave in the middle of the night after they got angry when we complained about how our room wasn t cleaned that day... refused to give us a refund in the middle of night to find a place and turned it on us that we were being rude- threatened to call the police at one point... never coming back...
On the whole, a fairly typical premier inn stay, though with a few creases that could be ironed out. We were staying in the Annex, with no reception staff or other security on the front door, and I did worry that anyone going past the building could just walk in. Fortunately that didn't happen, but the slow-closures on the front door were broken, so every time a guest came in the doors would slam behind them, causing my 4 yr old to stir. Lastly, the signal strength on the "ultimate" WiFi was too weak for any of my devices to reliably connect to it, relegating me to terrestrial TV for the length of my stay.
Bit of building working going on at the moment but not that disruptive. Stayed in one of the newly decorated rooms. Very comfortable bed and big new swish tv. Clean compact bathroom. Shower not as powerful as other Premier inn I've stayed in but I am being picky here. Great stay. Nice staff. Relaxing and surprisingly quite despite nearby tube line. Very handy for Bakerloo line. Excellent value.
Terribly rude receptionist, room not serviced, no towels upon arrival, shampoo/soap dispenser empty, asked for extra pillows not supplied till I went to reception again to ask. I will never stay at this branch of Premier Inn again.
SUBSTANDARD IN EVERY WAY. TRULEY AWFUL EXPERIENCE.
Standard Premier Inn very handy for the London Underground network and Wembley Stadium (by Underground).
Nice big room for the four of us, air conditioning was on ready when we walked in on a really hot day. Parking was free for both of the days we parked there was really useful as we were catching the tube into London both days. Friendly and helpful service.
Good food and a reasonably priced room. What can go wrong.
its okay
one of the receptions (Italian Guy) is hell
but others are superb
average value for money
okay rooms
Normally its a great stay but on this occasion the heating wasn't working and the additional bed wasn't good to sleep on.
Only had 2 towels between 4 only noticed in morning good job we took our own towels with us
Monumentally unimpressed. Bar maid would rather be at a funeral. Manageress/ supervisor seemed as if she had stepped in something on a farmyard.
Hotel was OK but the food in the beefeater was pretty poor.
Staff is extremely unfriendly, especially the deputy manager. Bathrooms are very dirty and shower more than renovation. I have the direct comparison, as my brother in law had another room (for the same price).
Not the best but not the worst, we had to have a room change due to how cold the rooms we had book were but they kindly moved us as soon as they cook and gave us a refund on are breakfasts for 2 days
Bog standard premier inn very handy for the tube with the added bonus of free parking
It was clean and the staff were friendly. Food was good.
Used the beef eater which is attached to the premier inn
Food and service very poor to the point that we have made a complaint to the company
Plenty of food outlets and restaurants near by so if I were you I would give this one a wide birth
Nice rooms, comfy bed, good price and opposite the underground station meaning it's a 25 minute journey to the center of London
Decent breakfast but got disturbed at 3AM by late night revellers meant an awful nights sleep
Staffs were very ready to assist with clients needs, highly recommended
Standard offering in the chain. Be aware that some rooms are very close to the tracks (23/22) specifically and also the WiFi is spotty in those rooms. The night staff are super helpful and friendly.
Food menu wasn't that good. Waitress totally unhelpful. Wanted Christmas meal, but not able to eat the set menu. Too much food. Wouldn't compromise.
Rooms are pretty nice, good beds, not sure if the air-conditioning works. Showers ok. Food service is a bit slow.
Blocked 3db rooms excellent booked table for 13 for birthday party wasn't put in the diary we had to wait spoilt the evening
r
hello, our people don't get half tomatoes. substitute trick, ty
Nice hotel, very comfortable and kind staff. Just very hard to find as clear instructions were not given... but was a clean and quite hotel.
Newly done facility. Large smart TV with direct HDMI access on the wall. Very Clean neat and tidy. No need to carry your chargers here, as now it had 5 mA wall plugs, just take your wire. Free parking (there was plenty).
I stayed for 4 nights at this Premier Inn and I have not met such a pleasant and friendly character as Roweena in a long time , this lady deserves a pay rise , Roweena met me with a smile and a really nice welcome on a Sunday evening around 6:45pm and gave me all the information I needed without having to ask , Roweena is helpful , charming and is a credit to herself and should be made an ambassador for the Premier Inn , nothing was too much trouble for this lady and when I asked for an extra towel she gave me one straight away no questions asked , I would definately visit here again because of her friendly and kind attitude towards guests , please promote this lady Premier Inn as she deserves it .
Normal Premier In service...breakfast next door was poor though!
Had a refurbished room. It was very nice and comfy. Train line behind the building but did not keep me awake.
Good location with free parking right next door. Right next to Kenton tube station. We didn't eat at the beefeater located next door. Room looked like it had been redecorated recently as it was to a good standard, even had USB charging points on each side of the bed. Bathroom looked brand new. Room came with air conditioning also with the usual free coffee and tea. Nice big flat screen television also. Bed was really comfy. Only downside was it was adjacent a very busy train track but i believe it does state this on the site. But they didn't bother us through the night.
Good hotel. 3 min to Tube literally. Good Air Con during summers. Great beds. Nice pillows.
No phone in room. No restaurant. You need to go to adjacent Beefeater pub for breakfast. Even if you want water you need to go to Beafeater and get your jugs.
The guy Bushar at reception is friendly and a great guy from Somalia. Overall decent stay for family of 4. Sainburys is 6 min walk only.
Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was clean and functoonal.
Good comfortable stay at convenient location for a reasonable price. Would stay here again
Pleasant staff and area. Downside was no telephone in the room so when we needed reception and to get to them you had to go to a different building. Which wasn't great as the weather was terrible
Great location for access to the underground. Room was clean and well presented. The only issue was with the restaurant where the service was extremely slow.
Easy off-street parking, free for guests, close to pubs, shops and transport.
