Got a quadruple room. Master bed was fantastic but I ended up sleeping in one of the additional beds that were rather uncomfortable. Room however was clean and good sized. We had breakfast there, plenty of choice and everything good.

My guests were treated very badly. One of the staff was so rude - when asked for his name, he was hiding his face. Guests - be careful - this hotel DO NOT PROVIDE essential toiletries eg NO shampoo, conditioner, shower gel,or soap, but hand washing liquid soap was there. So guests be prepared. Look for an alternative.

This was the worst experience ever. On one of the hottest days this year, the air conditioning in the room we had booked was not working. The room was like a sauna. We had traveled to Harrow for a wedding. We were forced to get ready for the wedding as we were sweating profusely. We asked for a new room or to be transferred to another hotel. This was not possible. On our return from the wedding we found that the room was still without Air Conditioning. We were given a fan but this did nothing other than push hot air around the room. We did not sleep all night. It was cooler in the corridor and I did have to sit in my car with the AC on for a short while. A horrible end to a lovely day.

It was good enjoyed the sleep, however i feel the bathroom was way too small, like a cubicle especially with the door opening into the bathroom almost making you touch the germ filled toilet just to open the door to get out

The lady working as night manager was the rudest person I ever met. I never met someone in my life in any industry so rude. She does not khow to manage challenging situation and do not let the time to the guest it the opportunity to explain them self. Worth customer service. Will never go back.

I have been staying here for 2-3 nights every Dec to attend LJCC. Always a dreadful experience but a less expensive "bad experience" compared to that I could expect elsewhere in this grim part of North London. The breakfast has always been poor and the rooms tired and noisy from the adjacent overground tubeline. This time my children & I stayed in a revamped room. It was just above freezing outside and not much warmer in the room. The heating didn't work & I had to borrow a portable heater from reception which they were using because they didn't have any heating either. The room was too cold for my children to have a bath & the hot water was slightly better than tepid. Guests from two other rooms I met on the way to a tired lukewarm breakfast had had the same problem. The hotel knew there was a problem & was just trying to blag it. We're stuck here another night but after problems four years in a row I'm finally done - I've said it before but this time I really really mean it

The Premier Inn itself is completely modern. Bedrooms and bathrooms all well-equipped and were very comfortable, and also the breakfasts are a great start to a day in the Big Smoke. In addition, the hotel is great for transport and provides a direct line into central London on the Bakerloo Line. However, when it comes to the food at Premier Inn, it is fairly good and worth eating again. My only concern was that it took a long time to prepare (30+ minutes) but on the whole I highly recommend the hotel.

Ground floor room 11 in annexe. Room very dark due to shrubs and bushes growing over pergola. Can be noisy as room backs on to main door. Outside window is a hot spot for smokers so window needs to be kept shut in the evenings. Having stayed in many rooms in this Premier inn, this is the worse so far. Walls a little worse for wear. Bathroom suffers from a lot of condensation but have never had this in other rooms here before. Staff friendly and polite. Room kept clean. Hopefully when we come back it's not this room again.

Not impressed with this place. When we arrived, it took about 20 minutes for someone to arrive at reception to check us in. The room had a funny smell and was quite dingy. Won t be returning.

Average accommodation. Room very small, but ok. Shower was rubbish, not powerful enough, unlike the cold tap on the sink which jettisoned water with a force akin to Niagara falls. At least there was parking, a rare thing in London. Route from reception to room was like a crystal maze challenge. Great location for Wembley.

Not Premier - very average. Room was clean but corridors outside room were not kept clean.
Direct access to London Euston using London Overground from Kenton station and you can also get into London from Northwick Park on the Metropolitan line which is a 10 min walk away.
Not a particularly nice area to stay in.

Not bad nice rooms , comfortable beds. Some areas could do with a few repairs ie broken glass in door to annex carpet a trip hazard at the door. 10 minutes walk to the tube direct to Wembley Stadium. The big downside is the noise from the railway which runs at the back of the hotel hence only four stars. All in all not a bad place would stay here again.

The new receptionist was not very welcoming when I checked in. The previous ones all know me well. My husband was displeased because the rooms were not cleaned. In the pasr they have always been cleaned daily.
