Cannot recommend. I stayed at Premier Inn Harrow four nights because of work nearby, and chose it because of location. Not a lot of choice in the area. Appalling attitude from front desk staff; arrived early to ask if room was ready or if I could leave my suitcase, was met with 'For real? Obviously it's not ready yet!'. Yes, this is an exact and accurate account of the service attitude.

Room faced parking lot and so I was not disturbed by the train tracks nearby, but was kept awake by people walking in the corridor and stairs outside and above the room because of the thin walls. Weird smell in staircase and in room. The breakfast buffet was not impressing and the service to offer hot food was so slow I didn't have time to get any. The room itself although tiny was fairly newly decorated and clean, which is why I give this hotel 3 out of 5 instead of only 2.

Could see trains go past out of bedroom window, rooms a bit tired, needs updating, but clean, good restaurant next door, reasonably priced, good access by train into London Central, which was what we wanted, plus reasonably priced, not like in central London,

O.k

I love the food here its always been nicely cooked and well presented the staff are helpful and you are always greeted pleasantly. The only reason I give it 4 stars is that the ambience is dire due to the apalling redecoration by the brewery owners who obviously dont eat in their own establishments. Prices are reasonsble

Rooms are very small and they do not provide anywhere to put clothes. You can hang a few but there are no drawers. When the hotel is at capacity they cannot cope. We could only have one room key as they had run out. Breakfast at the restaurant is appalling. It was disgustingly dirty, food was very poor and the staff were extremely rude.

We needed a stopping-off point with parking, not too far off the M1 with good tube access. This just about ticks all those boxes.

But whilst there was nothing wrong with this place, we wouldn't rush back - yes, it was clean and functional, but the breakfast in the adjoining Beefeater felt a little sad, and the whole place just felt like it was in need of some TLC.

We'd stay again, but only if we needed it's functionality.

Our room in the Annex was too close to the two sets of external doors that slammed all evening and disturbed our 4 year old. Not enough signal to get ultimate WiFi. Annex doors didn't lock all night and no staff in the Annex building so felt a little uneasy.

Recently refurbished, the rooms are immaculate, clean and tidy. Staff are friendly. The Beefeater - Travellers Rest it is attached to is a but disappointing, food is okay but it takes an age to come out.

Rooms are great as all Premier inns are. Nice and clean great bed but no hot water..don't book breakfast in with room it's awful...plus if you want to use the pub for a drink after a long day beware last orders are 10 and literally made to leave by 10.30.

Staff: Friendly and polite no real issues or problems.

Room: Pretty average, clean and tidy nothing to get excited about.

Wifi: Not great, I refuse to pay for WiFi so I was stuck with the free version which was okay until about 8pm when it ground to a halt.

Tea/Biscuits: No biscuits...

Assistance Dog: Not an issue at all, expect they didn't see the note I'd made on the booking but didn't become an issue.

This is a decent hotel although a bit noisy because of the nearby road traffic. That, however, should put you off because the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and courteous, and the price is low to med. You get a better deal by booking double rooms because the difference between them and single ones, pric-wise, is small.

Reasonable price, good size room and new so in good condition. Food at the beefeater is what you'd expect, pretty average. Good location for getting into Wembley and central London. Would stay again.

So we had a lot better hotel room.

An extraction in the noisy bathroom.
The staff is him unpleasant limit.
The large park is its strong point and close to Wembley.

Food was great here with it being attached to a Beefeater restaurant. The accommodation is in a separate building which felt strange but once you're in your room it doesn't matter. Hotel is right next to Kenton underground so ideal for a trip into London (25 mins or so to Paddington)

Beside the overground and underground railway but you don't notice the trains passing, very relaxing rooms and able to sleep well, very close to the train station and a Sainsbury close by with lots of shop's also close by

Lovely day out At London Zoo. Kids enjoyed it. More spacious than I thought it would be. Nice cafe. Premier inn good but avoid the Attached Beefeater. Service is atrocious Evening meal and breakfast!!!!

This premier inn could do with a refurb, it is clean and the bed was fine, just a bit tatty around the edges. One of the buildings does not have a lift, so make sure you book the other one when you call. There is some noise from the close by trains but we did not find this a problem. The main problem is the attached restaurant, just don't eat there. We only "expirienced" the breakfast it was horrible.

We stayed here as my son played rugby at wembley stadium. What a great place, very clean, very friendly and helpful staff and the food was really nice. The location was brilliant right next to two tube stations so easy access into London. We would stay there again for sure.

Disgusted with this premier inn stay here every month for work never complain but rooms are substandard faulty lights showers toilets and generally poor service. Topped off today by third night in my 5 night stay telling the receptionist I had no towels or tea in my room only to be told there was one towel on the side and coffee .asked her to replenish whilst I bought dinner at the attached beefeater. Come back to room and nothing no tea no towels .... will never stay in a this premier inn again in fact travelodge here I come

It's a place to lay your head. Our room wasn't terribly clean, didn't even have any soap, and pillows as flat as anything, but it's a place to lay your head and it is conveniently located next to the underground (the sound from trains really wasn't bad or even noticeable after a while). The free Wi-Fi is rubbish and there is a charge for parking. Still, for the decent price, it did the job.
