My basement flooded so I had a tech come out to make sure my furnace was ok. He came out the same day. This was during a time when a lot of people had many issues because of flooding. The tech took the front off of the furnace and explained everything. My furnace was fine! He also had a filter in his truck to replace my very dirty one. I'm so happy that the company and this tech were there for me when a few others were too busy. Columbus Worthington Air is now my go-to for heating and cooling.

This company was the fastest to schedule a free home estimate. The estimator, Dan, was knowledgable and personable. My equipment was installed the next day. The installers- Rob C, Zach S and Kam were all professional, caring and timely. I can't say enough about their customer service. To work in such cold conditions and to be that personable says a lot about their character and commitment to their company. Since evidently I couldn't request an specific technician unless I was on your yearly maintenance plan, I agreed to your yearly plan. Kenny was the only reason I agreed to it. He's some kind of genius.
My HVAC system was installed with another company. From the getgo I had ongoing issues with both the AC and the furnace with multiple technicians from multiple companies unable to solve the problems with some actually making things worse. After Kenny's first visit, things ran beautifully and have continued to. As long as you have Kenny, I will remain on your yearly maintenance plan.

Excellent. Craig S. called to say that he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He arrived on time, checked the A/C unit in the basement and then the unit outside. He found refrigerant pressure down slightly and brought it up to spec. He was friendly and professional.
We scheduled the spring hvac system tune-up with Columbus Worthington Air approximately two weeks ago. As planned the service tech called on the scheduled date to inform as to his arrival time. The service tech that came was Jamie Thompson, he arrived at the scheduled time, came with all of the tools etc. to complete the task. He was very friendly and did a great job of explaining how the system worked and what things we could look for to ensure the system was maintained properly. We are having issues with our smart phone communicating with the thermostat, and Jamie went through the connection process but could not get the two devices to communicate. He advised that we go back online and attempt to reset the connections and if that did not take care of the issue, to contact CWA. Jamie was very professional and put you at ease when communicating with him.
Tried charging twice ( $4000 vs$2000) as much for a furnace than other companies. Yikes. Watch out for you wallet

Columbus Worthington Air (C.W.E) then installed in October 2017 my new AirConditioner/Furnace, together with the NEST system that controls the new system remotely from my iPhone. In the following months my Columbia Gas Bills were cut at least in half. C.W.A. were on time, courteous, truthful and professional. Today technician Jeremy serviced the system as part of their Advantage Plus plan for maintenance: again, Jeremy was unhurried, patient, full of information, on time and competent. Thank YOU, Jeremy!
When I initially called Columbus Worthington Air, they made it a priority to get to my request as soon as they could fit me in. With my air conditioning breaking in the middle of July and it being the busiest time of the year for me, they came out within two days of the call.
I worked with Kurt M. on the first day who surveyed all the damage and was able to itemize everything for me and give me better suggestions as well. I then worked with Kurt H. who gave me the final numbers and options the very next day.
They were both a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend this company. When it comes to HVAC, nothing is going to be inexpensive, but their customer service and knowledge definitely makes up for that.

This is the second time we have had Ryan as our tech. He was courteous, prompt, clean, and professional. He explained everything to me in terms that I could understand everything that he did. The tech was very nice and on time. He explained every detail of what he was doing before doing it. I was very happy with him.
I love that they called when they were on their way. They were very thorough and tested the new system after it was installed. They also installed a new gas valve because they saw it wasn't up to code and fixed it. Our old furnace was over 30 years old so the codes had changed since then. They explained the new thermostat and where to change the filter and any cautions to look out for. With our new furnace they also provided two new carbon monoxide detectors which I thought was a caring extra step that they are not legally required to do. Both service men were very nice and respectful of our home using drop cloths and the covers over their shoes. Thanks Columbus Worthington Air.

It s about summer time and here came Michael F. for AC maintenance. The air circulating inside the house should be at the optimal setting, not too cold nor not cool enough. Michael performed a super job in checking the refrigerant level and the related fine tuning of the blowing motor speed. It s really an outstanding quality job. Highly recommended for his service.

Kenny Ward was just great - I was afraid that I had a serious problem developing with my furnace - Kenny arrived promptly, determined that it was simply that the filter was clogged (well before it was supposed to need replacing) because the extremely cold weather has meant that the furnace is running much more than usual. He was super nice, and the price for the service call was very reasonable - I will definitely use this company again.
Our AC quit on us on May 26, 2016. After reviewing Angie's List, we decided to call Columbus Worthington Air (CWA). They sent a technician (Rob E) the next day who located and fixed the problem(s). Unfortunately, our AC quit again on 5/31. CWA sent another technician (Craig S) the next day (7/1) who identified the problem (that appeared to be unrelated to the previous incident) and proceeded to make the necessary repairs, which required a new part. Everything seemed fine after completing the repairs. Yesterday (7/10) our AC quit again and the source of the problem this time was related to the previous incident. CWA sent another technician (Kevin) yesterday evening and he promptly identified the problem and contributing causes. Kevin related his findings to his supervisor, Matt. Today another technician (Jaime T) arrived and replaced the damaged parts with new components and checked everything out. There were no charges for the replacement parts or the service to have them installed. Although we had certain problems and some bad luck, I am very impressed with ALL of the technicians CWA has dispatched to help resolve issues we have recently experienced. They were ALL very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Our air conditioner stopped working on a Friday evening. I waited until Monday am to call as the weather was a bit cooler so it wasn't an emergency. They sent Tech Kenny out the same day as I reported the trouble. He came in the time slot as they offered. Very friendly and had the job done in no time. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience with Jeff B , Andy V, and Kevin (new employee). Installation of a new furnace and AC went well considering our house is 58 years old and sits on a slab. Jeff had a ton of rework considering the furnace being replaced was the homes original so I'm sure it took longer to do than hoped...but his work was excellent. Andy and Kevin handled the majority of the AC without any issues from my perspective. They arrived on time, had pleasant personalities and knew their jobs well. After work was complete they made sure the site was clean. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.
