The service rep who came out was Kenny Ward. He was very helpful in explaining the various options we had to optimize our heater. He also explained what we could do to get the humidifier working.

Trevor came out to service our A/C as a standard check up, cleaning, etc. He was very thorough on top of being a very respectful and a kind individual. If it was his company I would be giving him 5 stars.

I was not thrilled with the company for calling to reschedule the appointment with me (after I booked it a month and a half ago) because they had more appointment requests coming for higher paying services than mine. It was rather off putting and makes me believe they don't really put the customer first.

Thank you to Rob C., Steven E., and Adam. They were prompt, professional and did an excellent job. The full installation of the furnace and AC took less time than anticipated and they left my basement looking better than they found it. They took the time at the end to explain how the system worked and let me know what I would need to do to maintain they system between system checkups. I probably won t use another HVAV service besides CWA again. Thanks so much.

Had a new system installed today. My installers Rob and Ba were great. They explained everything they were going to do. They were very professional. After they were done, they made sure to go over how the system worked and the maintenance I would need to do. Overall I was very pleased with my installers and with Columbus Worthington Air as a whole.

Keith and Byron came out last Thursday to install a new furnace and AC unit. We had gotten an estimate on Wednesday and they were able to install things the next morning. Keith and Byron did such a great job! The arrived right on the appointed time, and got done with everything in about 4 hours. They were great about going over the maintenance needed to be done on the furnace, and going over the specifics of the new Nest system. And, they made sure the basement area was really cleaned up before they left. My husband and I are so pleased with the new furnace and AC unit and really appreciate all of the work that was done for us.

Technician was great, and $84 for a service call s...

Technician was great, and $84 for a service call same day when the other local companies couldn't make it out for a week was nice but when all you need to do is replace the capacitor and they want to charge $271 dollars that is where I draw the line. That is unconnecting and reconnecting a few wires on a piece that cost me $27 dollars at a local parts store. Service was great, markup is ridiculous.

I had Worthington Air come to fix my air condition...

I had Worthington Air come to fix my air conditioner. It was $85 service fee. They came out once and said the unit was frozen so they would need to wait until it thawed to come out again. That's fine. They didn't charge me for the second visit, but I did have to take off work twice. The next visit they said it needed new refrigerant. I asked if it could possibly leaking, he said he would check and let me know. He said it wasn't leaking so it should be fixed. A month later it is broken again. I suspect it is leaking. I called Worthington to ask if they would forgo the $85 visit fee to look at it again and they said no. I contacted another company. Fool me once, shame on me. Fool me twice, shame on you. For shame Worthington Air!

I recently had a furnace and air conditioner installed and could not be happier about the entire process. Jeff Crawford and Steven Evans arrived exactly when they said they would and were very courteous throughout the day. Jeff and Steven took time to explain in detail how the new systems work, what maintenance would be needed, and where to go for additional information. They also were very respectful of my home, leaving it just as they found it. I highly recommend Columbus Worthington Air, and these two technicians in particular.

Columbus Worthington Air helped us out in a very timely manner when our AC stopped working unexpectedly. The techs and sales were very helpful in getting our system up and running. When it stopped, they were able to get us a new system installed and running in a day and a half. We had used them at our previous residence and would not hesitate to use them again.

Today my service tech Thomas just happened to recognize that my dehumidifier in my basement was one of the many that had been recalled do to fire hazard, and I had no idea. Even though he had been trained to recognize this he didn t have to tell me, but he did because of his training and his see something say something consciousness. I humbly thank him and Worthington Air for literally saving our lives. If more companies and employees were like this it would be a much better world than the one we currently live in.. Thank you again Thomas! You truly are a life saver.

We have had so many issues with our heating and co...

We have had so many issues with our heating and cooling. CWA came out every time and check the furnaces. Finally it was approached that we needed to check the ductwork. And that was the problem. Tim Byrd was absolutely phenomenal. It s the first thing he said to check. And lo and behold that was the problem! He also gave us direction on where to go from this point! Thank you so much Tim you re awesome!

The company was able to fix my AC unit within two days of calling. Other places I contacted quoted at least a week, which would have been miserable in 90 degree heat. Kenny was unbelievably quick to assess the problem and completed the repair in under an hour. He also suggested I clean the unit coils myself vs charging an additional fee. I cannot say enough positive and I will absolutely call Worthington Air in future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Columbus Worthington Air the weekend of Christmas. Our furnace kept misfiring causing our home to smell like gas. We shut if off the night of the 23rd and gave Columbus Worthington Air a call and a tech was out first thing on the 24th with no upcharge for the holiday weekend. He cleaned a part for us so it would continue to work but we decided to replace the furnace since it was well over its 15 year life span. We had a salesman come out on Monday. He was wonderful and not pushy at all. He gave us all our options and we were amazed at the cost. They even subtracted the cost of our service call on Christmas Eve. The next morning Matt and I think Zack? Came out and installed our new furnace. They were nice and very professional and did a great job. We will definitely use Columbus Worthington Air in the future and I highly recommend them.

I have used Columbus Worthington Air several times for service and advice over the years. The service technician, Rob, and the equipment advisor, Delonte were great. Professional in every aspect and they described both the assessment and the equipment at every step. No pressure at any point to buy or upgrade. I did because it was long overdue and the options were laid out plainly and all my questions were answered clearly.

I have been with Columbus Worthington for almost nine years. They perform preventive maintenance on my Bryant heat pump and furnace twice a year, and on my Generac generator once a year. Could not be happier.

On this visit, Ken informed me that I should consider using the furnace instead of the heat pump to heat above 45 degrees since gas is so much cheaper than electricity now.

Jeremy M. arrived on time today for a scheduled AC check. Friendly, respectful and courteous he patiently answered my questions, explained details about my furnace/AC system maintenance and corrected an issue I was having with my thermostat settings. He was thorough and efficient.

They fixed an issue with my system on their first visit. I was impressed with the technicians knowledge and his thorough assessment. I signed up for their Advantage Plan to get the benefits of routine maintenance and service response without trip fees. They installed a Nest Pro and I love it. It was a relief to have a company get it right the first time!

Our air conditioner went out a couple of weeks ago...

Our air conditioner went out a couple of weeks ago, naturally during one of the hottest weeks of the year. After a bit of research, we called CWA and they were able to send a tech out pretty quickly to diagnose our air conditioner. He was very friendly and gave me the sad news that the compressor was done. The whole system was fairly old so we opted to replace the entire HVAC system. Kurt came out the next day to assess our set up, and was also very friendly. He explained our options, never once tried to upsell the most expensive system, and gave a solid recommendation of what would be best for our home, at a very agreeable price. The day of install, which was only a couple of days later, at our request, was satisfactory. They cleaned up afterwards, and out new system is running great. They also rolled in our initial diagnostic fee to the cost. All in all, I had a very positive experience with this company and would definitely recommend them to others.

Although very polite, I m afraid it was to cover up the fact they were charging me $284 for a $12 part... plus the $84 for the visit on top of that.

I'd have preferred to be charged $12 for the part and just tell me the other $272 was labor or something. Now I'm left thinking I way over paid and cant trust the advice I was given that might have actually been good advice, whether or not it can be trusted.

My family moved into our new home just before Christmas. I was attempting to install a new smart thermostat and learned during the process that the Bryant system utilized special proprietary network cabling for communication to the thermostat. Columbus Worthington Air was able to send a very sharp technician to our home the same day to rewire the system and smart thermostat. I couldn't be more happy with the experience and the professionalism and expertise of the technician.

Kelvin W. was on time and very respectful. He did a thorough inspection of the inside and outside unit and provided me detail explanation of the problem. Kelvin provided guidance on the next steps needed to resolve my issue that day. Within an hour my air conditioning unit was running good as new. I will always recommend this company and service professional for any HVAC services.

Didn't NEED a new furnace, but it was from 1992 an...

Didn't NEED a new furnace, but it was from 1992 and didn't owe me anything. I'd been thinking about it for a couple of years as I would go down to the basement and re-light the pilot, or pay a few hundred bucks every spring to recharge freon. I'd been using CWA for the last few years for service and maintenance, so I gave them (and a couple other local companies) a shot. Brian Rensi directed me towards an 80% two-stage gas w/ variable speed fan (Bryant 315) furnace and a Bryant 113 A/C unit. I added a humidifier. Nest E and Nest Protect (CO detector) came with package. All communication with CWA was timely and efficient - even through the Christmas holidays (i.e. signed the deal on Christmas Eve; install occurred on Dec. 29). Rob C. and Winson S arrived at my house within 30 minutes of their phone call. All of the work was done within approximately 7 hours: removal of old equipment, install, test and train me on new, clean up and drive away. The Nest equipment is functioning as promised (even with slight learning curve) and my home actually feels warmer per the same thermostat setting with older equipment - they said it would. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the Columbus area who is looking to replace their HVAC system.

All of the tech's that have come out have been professional and friendly, But Jamie has been my favorite for a long time! He always takes the time to answer all of my questions. Brian S. and Josh C. installed a new furnace and air conditioner at our home on Monday, May 7th. They were professional, courteous, and did an excellent job. They completed this job in approximately five hours and were very focused on quality workmanship and keeping us informed the whole time about various aspects of the new units. They were totally knowledgeable about the equipment and made sure all our questions were answered. They were fine examples of the quality service we have consistently received from Columbus Worthington Air and we have been customers for more than two decades. We highly recommend them.

We came home after a one night get away to NO HEAT...

We came home after a one night get away to NO HEAT on a SUNDAY...... My husband is a trucker and myself and our 4 kids dropped him off at his truck on the way home. I was not very happy when I walked in the door and had to deal with this. HOWEVER, Thomas made the whole process go without flaw. He came within a very reasonable amount of time, he had the parts to fix the furnace and when I had questions he went above and beyond to answer them! Kuddos to him and the management.... finally a place that still has good customer service! Thank you so much! We will DEF be using you again!

Jamie preformed a periodic maintenance on my Furnace. This is the third time he has been here for me. He is very professional, efficient, and friendly as well. He did a few extra things - washed the (reusable) furnace filter, and after he checked the furnace and adjusted the gas flow, and checked the humidifier, he noticed the knob on the humidifier control was missing and found a replacement in his truck. I have confidence he will give me good work at a fair price. The little things make him exceptional.

Great service and friendly and professional technician. Kenny provided the semiannual inspection today on my 2-year old Bryant furnace. This was an equipment wellness check to ensure that everything was in good shape before the winter season. Yes- I know that a 2-year old furnace shouldn t have issues and preventative maintenance on a new unit seems like money wasted. Just like a new car, you get it serviced and checked and I look at my home s HVAC system the same way. It was a lot of money 2 years ago and I want to make sure that it is maintained properly so I can extend the life and be on the leading edge of asset performance declines. As for the service visit, Kenny arrived on time and provided great service and explained the system checks that he performed. Great service call and I would highly recommend Columbus/Worthington Air.
