Completed a full furnace/AC replacement last August, which was competitively priced, clean, and quick. Additionally, their routine maintenance inspections every 6 months since have been thorough and continue to offer us peace of mind. Want to give a special thanks to Michael Ford too. We have had CWA to our house on multiple occasions, most notably during holidays (nothing seems to break during a normal week), once over Christmas and most recently this 4th of July. They do good work and I will continue to use them However, we needed a capacitor to get the old unit running until we decided on replace or repair. They might have gotten 4 or 5 stars had it not been the $400 charge for an $80 part. Buyer beware! I'm ok with a labor charge (just takes a few minutes to replace) over and above the service charge and a normal markup on parts, it was just the look and feel of the transaction, i think they could have done it differently and better A happy customer tells 2-3 people, an unhappy customer tells everyone...just saying. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with the situation to my salesman, I got a 'Lord of the Rings' length email defending what had taken place. Would not have taken much to change my attitude but that was not it.
Columbus Worthington Air is 2 for 2 in superior performance. I had such a great experience with Columbus Worthington Air about 5 years ago at my previous residence going through a service call that ended up in a new furnace and A/C. Since then, I have moved to a new residence but I still have maintained their service plan and trust nobody else. When they came out a few weeks ago for a pre season check of my furnace at my new residence, I knew my furnace would need to be replaced but I was hoping to get another year out of it. Lee, service technician, delivered the news that I had a crack in my heat exchanger. He didn t just tell me, he took the time to show me. He had pictures on his camera of what a crack looked like. He made sure I understood what it looked like and then he took his camera to show me where the crack was in my furnace. I made the decision the repair wasn t worth the cost being I knew the furnace would need to be replaced. Within two hours (7:30 pm)Mike Brooks was at my door looking over my furnace and duct work to analyze what size I needed to be the most efficient (energy efficient and cost effective). I asked him to look at my A/C unit Because it was about 10 yrs old and it was hard to cool one of my upstairs rooms. Turned. Out my A/C unit was undersized. He took time to show me all my options, even braking down cost by just a furnace install, both furnace and A/C, and what it would cost if I installed the furnace now and waited to install the A/C down the road. He provided all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I decided to go with replacing both the furnace and A/C. I believe at a great price as well based on what I paid for my furnace and A/C at my previous home 5 years ago (and at that time I thought I got a great deal). The next day (Saturday morning) the installers where at my house a 9:30 and installed the new furnace and A/C. Adam Slone and Steven Evans worked the entire day. It took them a little longer than they expected but it was because they wanted to make sure the job was done right. After the install, they walked me through everything they had done. In my mind, I thought they could have cut corners just to get the job done but they didn t. I could tell they took pride in their work and I couldn t be happier.
Columbus Worthington Air has a logo on their shirts that says something like you can t have trust with out Us and that is true. I have had two install experiences with Columbus Worthington Air at two different houses and I can tell you I will not trust anyone else but them. Having two different teams of technicians, sales, and installers but the same exact outstanding service experience tells me the entire Company is doing it right. If you are reading this review looking for a HVAC company, don t waste any more of your time and go to Columbus Worthington Air.

This is our second time using Columbus/Worthington Air and both times they have been fantastic. They are always so professional and responsive. Our technician was Kenny and he was so polite. He was able to diagnosis and fix the issue quickly and was thorough in his explanation of the problem. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.
They put in 2 furnaces and a/c's and the installation went well. Over the course of the last 2 years i have scheduled 2-3 weeks out and 3 times they called the day before and said they couldn't come due to high demand and would like to reschedule 3 weeks down the road. When i did reschedule the same thing happened on the second appt. They really cant be counted on to keep an appointment at all. I'll be looking for another company to service

Columbus Worthington Air was advertising a HVAC tune-up special at Home Depot for a great price, so this was more of an impulse buy, but one that ended up being well worth it. Kelvin was the tech that came out to our house, on time, was friendly and polite, and went through a checklist to tune up both our A/C and Heater. After he was finished he showed us the items that he checked, and answered a few questions that I had. All-in-all, I feel that Columbus Worthington Air is a well-run company with accurate service times and friendly technicians like Kelvin. Highly recommended.

I called on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Nicole about the issues I was having with my AC unit at my home she was very professional kind and helpful. I was offered an appointment the next day which I was very surprised and so thankful for. The courtesy call was appreciated to let me know that Bryce(my tech) was in route to my home. I loved that he put on shoe covers before entering my home. He listened to my concerns and he did not make me feel rushed he did what he needed to do to get my home back to being cool again. From the first initial contact to the end the customer service was just outstanding from this company and it was greatly appreciated please keep up the amazing work!!

Our experience with Columbus Worthington Air was outstanding. We called them late Friday afternoon and they were here by 8:30 Sat morning. Tyler was excellent; and his 2 helpers were very good as well. They found a window broken in our crawl space and covered it with wood & screws; we are older & it is difficult for us to crawl in that crawl space. Tyler took the time to walk me through setting up an account so I could change settings on my smart phone. Kenny Ward is an excellent service technician; trouble shooter. They are the epitome of top-notch professionals with great communication and customer service skills. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Justin S. and Tom at CWA for easing my worries about a cracked heat exchanger. Justin took apart the old exchanger and visually pointed out the cracks. Woke up with no heat, Columbus Worthington Air dispatched Kenny Ward who arrived within a couple of hours & repaired the furnace even having to go pick up a part. He explained everything thoroughly and understandably & was extremely personable and friendly. He knew his job well, and we were very pleased with the prompt, efficient service. Kenny was one of the nicest technicians I've ever had over the 28 years we've lived in our home. Julian was neat, clean, and thorough. He spent a significant amount of time thoroughly investigating the inside of our heating system, then explained our system in the new house and the problems he found. He worked with us for a significant time afterwards to help us talk to the home warranty company knowledgeably in order to get someone out quickly. He set us up for the next day with the sales associate we used in the past at our previous home so we could discuss purchasing a new unit if necessary. We are so blessed to have Julian as our technician and to have Columbus Worthington Air behind keeping our family safe!

He also addressed a problem I was having with my Nest thermostat and got a replacement shipped right away. He was polite and professional and I look forward to working with him in the future.

Kurt M. was the service representatives who outlined my choices when I wanted to have a new furnace installed. He was realistic and helpful, not trying to sell me the "top of the line" that would have been inappropriate for the older home we live in. He outlined the choices clearly and answered my questions well. Also, when I had a conflict on the original date chosen for installation, he quickly moved it to a different date. In all, a good experience. Originally, Jamie, the repair technician, came on a service call to get my aging furnace working after the motor quit. He was courteous and professional throughout. When I asked him about purchasing a new furnace, he explained that was not his line but he could connect me with someone (which is how Kurt came to contact me). In addition to completing the initial repairs and getting me in touch with Kurt, Jamie was able to have the company apply my repair costs toward the purchase of a new furnace, saving me from paying twice. As with Kurt, it was a satisfying professional experience.
Jamie Thompson found the problem with our heat pump after 3 other technicians could not. He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and exhibited great expertise in fixing our air conditioning. After many weeks of hot weather, we thank him for his service.

After having a good conversation with the General Manager (Matt) I feel that I will not have any issues going forward. The original installation process had some minor issues but they were resolved by the GM. I appreciate him reaching out to me to make sure that my concerns were discussed and that they will be resolved. His professionalism makes me confident that I can work with CWA if I ever have any problems with my heating or cooling. Called Worthington air yesterday, technician Dan came today right on time. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took care of the issue without any unnecessary sales pitching. He was very kind to hear about all my perceived issues, resolve the issues and answer the questions.

I was very pleased with Columbus Worthington Air. They were very professional and efficient in taking care of my needs. Everything was explained to me in detail and they offered me a variety of different options.
Rob E. arrived in the first hour of the 2 to 6pm window on a very HOT day, taking the heat in stride. He checked all the systems, one part that needed replaced was no charge -still under warranty. No muss, no fuss, he didn't even break a sweat, on to the next call in about an hour.
Very quick response time. They came out next day for service call. Installed all new AC and Furnace the day after that. They were on time, called 30 mins before arrival, did the job quick, and cleaned up after themselves. My husband and I were very pleased. I did have a mirror broken, which was unfortunate. I had it affixed to the old furnace unit, in the basement, by our laundry area. I do not actually know what happened as I was not down there. I was only told not to put another mirror up? Not really any kind of apology, or anything. Not quite sure how to feel about that. However, everything else was excellent and I feel the price we paid was fair too. I will still use this company again, just based on expediency and timeliness. I have had prior experiences with contractors who were pretty bad. This company seems top notch, overall.

Jeff Estep came out to provide us with a quote to have our AC and Furnace replaced. He was very professional, polite and explained each step of the process and our options. I explained that I had another company providing me with a quote today and that I would get back with him later with a decision. He wasn t pushy with the selling the product nor did her rush through in a hurry to get to the next sell. He did explain that if we went with Worthington Air and if I was flexible with scheduling they offer discounts on days they are light on scheduling installs. I thought that was a nice option and a way to save a little more $$.
Great system and service for a fair price. They did an analysis of my home and existing system and recommended some minor changes in duct work adjacent to the system to improve functionality. Installed everything in just a few hours on a Saturday that was convenient for me. Taught me how to use the new nest thermostat and went over maintenance. Requested the city permit and scheduled the inspection for me. Definitely would recommend Columbus Worthington Air.

When finished, he gave me a great summary of my entire system including photos showing points of possible concern for future reference. He reviewed my maintenance plan and suggested changes that might be appropriate for the age of my system. Trevor is a great representative for the company!
I request Jamie Thompson, Service Technician, to complete the yearly inspection of my furnace. Jamie is very approachable, which is a good thing because I always have a lot of questions. Jamie always takes the time to educate me on the maintenance of the furnace, and is always very professional in doing so. The most important thing to me, however, is the fact that I know I can trust him. My existing furnace is aging, and I know when the time comes for a replacement, I can depend on him to guide me in the process.
David explained what was going on with our units very clearly, laid out our options, and made the repairs possible that day. He was very personable and a pleasure to work with.

Sales rep was informative, patient, and professional. He did not oversell and appeared to have a great understanding of what unit would work best in my particular house. Installers Todd R and Jeff B were polite, informative, and professional. The installation process was fully explained, the equipment both inside the house and outside was installed properly. They were patient and thorough explaining the system operation and answering questions. Installation of the air conditioner required removing the old AC from its mounting on brackets attached to the house. Todd R was careful when removing the old unit, cutting the brackets, and leveling and installing the new ground contact base. Bottom line is that the Bryant air conditioner and furnace installation was an extremely positive experience and a testament to why Columbus Worthington Air has been a long-standing successful business in central Ohio.

This is going to be long... but worth the read. Just sayin'. CWA is worth it. An impressive experience from beginning to end. Our neighborhood had recently been provided gas service (previously all electric) so we were looking to taking advantage of the cost savings and heating/comfort benefits ASAP. We'd received a number of quotes and Delonte and Tom from CWA were quite simply amazing: attentive to detail and very solid and forthcoming as I asked many questions. After a 2-hour meeting they showed no signs of exhaustion ;)
Pricing was competitive, if not better than other estimates, Delonte and Tom seemed cool. So, we went for it. So glad that we did.
The install team was amazing, going above and beyond the quoted scope of work with no additional charges... they, quite simply gave a $#!^. Ba (head tech, from what I understand) actually found a missing/covered floor return in our master bedroom. Once found, he cut and grilled the opening. No haggling, no 'this is gonna cost extra'. He simply did it. Not only that, he and the crew spent time in our nasty crawlspace readjusting return connections to help with airflow. In addition to that, that the entire install team was quick and very friendly. A+ work all around.
Our electric-to-gas conversion was a bit of a pain (being all new to us) - going back and forth with Columbia Gas and the County and all... Delonte was a hero multiple times: On our behalf, he contacted CG to confirm what was needed and did whatever he could to move the ball forward. I, admittedly, called Delonte at odd hours asking for assistance and he always answered (or called back right away) and was consistent in his willingness to help.
Final connection was instated by Rob, who swung by at a moments notice to confirm/fire-up our new gas furnace upon that days County inspection confirmation.
All praise and no complaints regarding CWA! Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality have all been proven to be top notch.

I had my service check of my air conditioning and was very pleased with Worthington Air. One suggestion, however, I only received one message asking me to make my appointment since I have a service contract and I was busy at work at the time and forgot. There was no further contact but I finally realized by the end of July that the unit had not been serviced so I called for an appointment. My service technician, Rob E. seemed efficient and was very nice.
My furnace went out on Christmas morning, which, when you have small children, is the worst possible morning for your furnace to go out. I called Columbus Worthington Air and within an hour - still on Christmas morning - a technician was at my house fixing my furnace. Tough to beat that for service. Moreover, the tech was very earnest and focused on what he was doing as if it were any other work day - not mailing it in because it was Christmas and I'm sure he wanted to be somewhere other than my basement. All in all, a great experience and I'd highly recommend them.
I chose CWA after reading all of the great reviews. Originally, Ryan came out to do a service check on our a/c. I had a question about our furnace and he did not hesitate to look at it even though he was there for the a/c. Anyway, our a/c probably would've lasted us another year, but I decided to go ahead and look into a new system, so Ryan sent Kurt out about an hour later. Kurt reviewed our options and I decided to replace both the a/c and furnace since both were 19 years old. Who knows how much longer they would've lasted, but I feel confident in the decision to get new at this time. Brian S and Nate J came to install everything. They knew exactly what they were doing, and did a great job removing the old units and hooking up the new. They were very efficient, left everything very neat and clean and answered my questions. Everyone I dealt with from CWA was very nice and professional.
