No one wants to have to replace their furnace, but I can say that if you have to replace your furnace, Columbus Worthington Air will make the experience a positive, pleasant one. This company was the fastest to schedule a free home estimate. The estimator, Dan, was knowledgable and personable. My equipment was installed the next day. The installers- Rob C, Zach S and Kam were all professional, caring and timely. I can't say enough about their customer service. To work in such cold conditions and to be that personable says a lot about their character and commitment to their company.
