Kenny W. came and serviced our AC for the Spring check up. He was very courteous and he explained everything he was going to do in a way that was easy to understand. The service was thorough and complete. He showed the results of all number values of the things he checked which affirmed to me that everything was in proper working order. Kenny has a great attitude and represents Columbus Worthington Air very well. I would hope he would service my AC again.
