The Columbus Worthington Air Technician Trevor was very professional, respectful and focused on his work. He treats the customer the way he would want to be treated and does not try to promote the customer in any way. He took his time, did a very complete check and found a few issues he resolved to maintain the system and keep everything working properly. I would recommend Trevor and would like to have him return for future furnace and AC checks. Trevor is a valuable asset to CWA.
