We scheduled the spring hvac system tune-up with Columbus Worthington Air approximately two weeks ago. As planned the service tech called on the scheduled date to inform as to his arrival time. The service tech that came was Jamie Thompson, he arrived at the scheduled time, came with all of the tools etc. to complete the task. He was very friendly and did a great job of explaining how the system worked and what things we could look for to ensure the system was maintained properly. We are having issues with our smart phone communicating with the thermostat, and Jamie went through the connection process but could not get the two devices to communicate. He advised that we go back online and attempt to reset the connections and if that did not take care of the issue, to contact CWA. Jamie was very professional and put you at ease when communicating with him.
