This review is for Dave Owens of Columbus Worthington Air-- The Technician who came out to service my 11 year old Trane A/C on a blistering hot July day. I had a positive experience working with Dave on troubleshooting the issues my A/C was having. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate the fact that he remained focused on repairing the existing unit, without trying to up-sell me another. Will ask for him in the future! Thanks.
