The three installers, Josh C, Tyler W and Nick J, were all excellent to work with. They were prompt in their arrival and cleaned up afterwards. They answered questions and walked me through operation and care for my new furnace and AC. Columbus Worthington Air sales rep was also well informed and helped with finding affordable contractors for electric work and Environmental work that needed to be completed before project. Would highly recommend.

I ve had Joshua out to address issues with the HVAC twice now. He is very meticulous and methodical and I really feel I can trust him to do the job right. Some HVAC companies send techs out who end up being more like sleazy salesmen in disguise, just trying to sell you on a new system. This has not been the case with CWA. Joshua does what needs to be done to get the system working and gives an honest opinion on how best to move forward with absolutely zero pressure to do anything that doesn t need to be done. I am very thankful to have a HVAC company to call on that I can trust.

Mystery leak from my humidifier was resolved immediately thanks to Shelby, a technician at Worthington Air. I was surprised when I called to hear that someone from the company would be over that same day and that they would call just before coming over to my home.
I was expecting to need a new humidifier until Shelby said it must be the trap hose. He was correct and fixed the problem in a couple of minutes and then checked over the entire humidifier and water feed to make sure everything was working correctly before finishing-up the job.
We were SO impressed by the professionalism and knowledge of the Columbus Worthington Air team and their ability to help us find a system that was both efficient and cost effective. The install crew arrived on time, cleaned up and even fixed our Storm Door that refused to shut. They made the transition from apartment to new home a little easier and I would recommend them to my closest family and friends!

Rob C. And Winson S intalled my hvac sysytem today. I wasn t able to be there but my mom said they were wonderful. Someone is coming back to help solve an issue with the humidifier not fitting. Nothing to do with the technicians and all about the size of the closet my system is in. Fingers crossed that can be figured out. Very pleased to come home to a new system that runs much quieter than my previous and everything looks great! Also, everything seems clean. No left mess behind.
Columbus Worthington Air was very responsive when my furnace stopped working on a recent December night. They were thorough and professional in identifying the issues and in ultimately recommending installation of a new system. The sales person was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining my options, providing price comparisons and answering questions. Installers were personable and professional. Jeff and his partner Dylan called this morning as promised and arrived within the 20-30 minute window. They protected my entire carpet with tarps before beginning and Jeff went over everything too including explaining the payment paperwork and giving me everything to review during their installation window of several hours. I asked to be a part of air conditioner unit placement and they made sure to collaborate with me every step of the process as I requested. Both Jeff and Dylan worked consistently and efficiently to get my system thoroughly and properly installed. Jeff was clearly the lead on my job and as a leader he showed respect and worked collaboratively with Dylan and I saw a few times when he took time to make sure Dylan was given teaching instructions for things he had not done before. Both men were respectful, pleasant & a pleasure to have here. Jeff instructed me on the new thermostat operation and I have had no problems setting up my account and wireless connection. We had a known issue with our HVAC unit. The lady we spoke with on the phone provided cost savings ideas from the get-go. The firm quickly dispatched a service tech, on a Saturday with no additional charge btw. The tech quickly confirmed my suspicious that the unit was on its death bed. The firm then again dispatched a sales person to discuss options. The sales person was not there stereotypical sales person. He was relaxed and low pressure. He helped us decide what was the best solutions and once we were stuck between options he extended discounts and honored rebates that were available to us. Within 5 days, the new equipment was ordered, delivered, and installed. The installation team worked quickly, professionally, and minded the safety precautions of Covid-19. Once installed the team helped us better understand our new equipment. The crew left the area cleaner than they found it and we're mindful of us working from home. I am very pleased with my choice to go with Columbus Worthington Air.
Outstanding!! We had our furnace inspected 1/18/19 and learned our 25+ year old furnace needed to go. We had excellent service throughout the whole process - from the company's furnace inspector, the salesman and the installers. We got a furnace and an air conditioner installed the day after the inspection. The guys were here at 8 and were done by 3 that afternoon. My husband and I were very impressed with the customer service from start to finish. We heartily recommend this company!!!!
I called Columbus Worthington Air in the morning and they were able to send out a tech just before 12 noon. The tech was able to diagnose the issue with my AC, which was short circuit in the service disconnect. Quality work, only fixed what was needed. They performed an AC tune up check to be sure and was gone by 1pm. I would highly recommend CWA for your HVAC needs!

Just had our annual furnace check & tune-up. Jamie is the BEST!! Many of our neighbors request him and are willing to wait until he is available. He does a thorough job, explains what he is doing and is respectful of our home. He is the reason we have a annual service agreement and just renewed it.
During a routine furnace inspection found out my heat exchanger had a crack which is never good news. Service tech gave me a few options and Drew came out to discuss pricing for a new system. I decided to replace my 26 year old a/c at the same time as its days were numbered and CWA offered a pretty good discount to do both at once. Team that did replacement were very professional and respectful of our property. They explained all the features of the new system and have a good warranty. I have used CWA for years and think they have well trained and customer focused employees. They may not always be the cheapest but you can trust them and they stand by their work.

We have had 3 different men come out in less than 6 mo. to fix new heating system and took third man to actually find the problem. Now something not hooked up right for the air condition to work. Will it get fixed by one person or will it take multiple visits like January? It s very inconvenient to wait around to have someone come look at it not once but 4x s. It should take one person and be done.

Secondly, the installers, Rob C. And Winson S. were a rockstar team during our install. They were Polite, Courteous, and efficient as they worked in our home. Their end result was an exceptionally clean install of our new furnace and AC. All of the wires were neatly tucked and all of the plumbing was ran very neatly. They were very informative at the end of the install, giving me a quick rundown on the entire finished product.

Great service. Detailed options with no pressure. Sales person was good at his job! Two gentlemen installed AC in less time than estimated. They answered all questions. True professionals. Time from salesman arrival to complete installation about 25 hours!
they said the control board ($150 part) went bad and wanted $720 to replace it. They said it takes 1 hr to fix it. I asked Dustin how he came up with that number, and he had no good explanation for why the board replacement, which is pretty easy to perform and takes 30 mins, takes so much $$$. I said even if you charge me for 2 hrs labor and add some mark up on the part I can see it costing half of that. Beware, especially if you don't have some basic understanding of how these things work!
This is our 3rd year utilizing the annual membership to service A/C and Heating units and have been very impressed by the technicians expertise in keeping units in optimal working order.

We were fortunate enough to get Tim Byrd dispatched to our home to address our heating problem.. He was professional and diligent in trying to get our situation corrected...He didn't have the part required to fix it so he ordered it in my presence and we had to wait several days for it to arrive. He did everything he could to try to ensure we would have some heat , I assured him that since it was only a few days our fireplace would get us through . Several days passed and he returned to install the part . He took the time to check everything and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend him to our family and friends. Brian R began by confirming the size of A/C unit we needed. He counted the air return vents in the house and determined that our 5 ton A/C unit was not working at the proper level because a prior owner had blocked two air return ducts and we still needed an additional return. His quote included installing an additional return and putting in additional metal work to get the return air to both sides of the blower motor. The price was very fair and the work was professionally done

We live in a downtown condo, so furnace in the unit and heat pump on roof required an elevator ride but Kenny never hesitated! Original heat pump is 15 yrs old...still working, but I was warned about it needing replaced soon because of R-22. Thanks for that heads up!
