Since evidently I couldn't request an specific technician unless I was on your yearly maintenance plan, I agreed to your yearly plan. Kenny was the only reason I agreed to it. He's some kind of genius.
My HVAC system was installed with another company. From the getgo I had ongoing issues with both the AC and the furnace with multiple technicians from multiple companies unable to solve the problems with some actually making things worse. After Kenny's first visit, things ran beautifully and have continued to. As long as you have Kenny, I will remain on your yearly maintenance plan.
