Kenny was personable and professional. Checked furnace and heat pump with confidence. We live in a downtown condo, so furnace in the unit and heat pump on roof required an elevator ride but Kenny never hesitated! Original heat pump is 15 yrs old...still working, but I was warned about it needing replaced soon because of R-22. Thanks for that heads up!
