We had a known issue with our HVAC unit. The lady we spoke with on the phone provided cost savings ideas from the get-go. The firm quickly dispatched a service tech, on a Saturday with no additional charge btw. The tech quickly confirmed my suspicious that the unit was on its death bed. The firm then again dispatched a sales person to discuss options. The sales person was not there stereotypical sales person. He was relaxed and low pressure. He helped us decide what was the best solutions and once we were stuck between options he extended discounts and honored rebates that were available to us. Within 5 days, the new equipment was ordered, delivered, and installed. The installation team worked quickly, professionally, and minded the safety precautions of Covid-19. Once installed the team helped us better understand our new equipment. The crew left the area cleaner than they found it and we're mindful of us working from home. I am very pleased with my choice to go with Columbus Worthington Air.
