Kenny Ward, the technician sent by Columbus Worthington Air diagnosed a mysterious problem with our condo's 7 year old heat pump in which the AC functioned very well, but would stop unpredictably. This guy is a pro. Methodical, skilled, experienced, smart. Good company, good personnel.
Rob C and Winson S came out to install a Bryant Furnace and Air Conditioner today. They arrived at 8 am and completed the installment by 2 pm. Each man was very polite and courteous. They knew what they were doing in their installation, and they worked very well as a team. It was a pleasure to have them in my house. Well done!
We recently had to replace our air conditioning system and we were very pleased with the experience. We were offered several possible solutions at different price points and the installation crew did an excellent job of installing the new units. They were courteous, neat and knowledgeable in instructing us about the new equipment. While the Columbus/Worthington Air solution was not the cheapest, I feel very good about the value of the products we purchased.

Our A/C went out on a very hot day and these guys sent out a highly knowledgeable tech (forgot his name!) at 8:30 PM! They fixed the issue in a couple days because our unit was from 200 B.C. Regardless it was amazingly fast service given the circumstances. Well our biblically old unit went down the next month after a 200 some dollar fee and we decided to just have the unit retired and probably sent to the Smithsonian museum.. the sales rep Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and wasn't there to empty my pockets. He gave me the right unit for our house, comped the bill from the last visit and was patient enough to answer my toddler level questions. Jeff didn't hype up the sale but instead talked me through the logical next steps and best options. It was like talking to a good friend who actually cares about the end result. I can't wait for our new unit to be installed and our payment plan we chose was just right for us. Highly suggest these guys!

We've had Worthington Air service our HVAC for 2+yrs. They are great! We always have been Jeremy M. come service our system. Today he came and serviced our heating system. He is always so courteous and informative. We are young ignorant homeowners and he always educates us on the system. He also does great woth our dogs. Today, he fixed our gas pressure which we never would have know was low otherwise. I'm sure that's going to save us money this winter.
Service personnel are consistently courteous, knowledgeable, prompt and they identify areas of concern before they become problems. I have used them for many years and I am impressed with this company and their personnel.

I called with a furnace problem on a Tuesday, David came out on Wednesday and let me know it was probably time to replace my 13 year old furnace, Joe came on Thursday to quote me and Rob and Sergio came on Friday to do the install. Everyone was friendly and professional and never once talked down to me or tried to upsell me and I believe I got a fair price. Rob and Sergio worked quickly and cleanly, including relocating my AC unit outside. Everything looks better than when they started! Their COVID protocols were excellent, all four were masked and careful to maintain social distance and had Clorox wipes to clean up. Paperwork and payment happened online. Great experience from start to finish highly recommended!

I've never written a Google review before, but I wanted to quickly say that I would avoid Columbus Worthington Air if you're looking for a new HVAC system, especially if you live in an older home. We live in a cape cod style home in Clintonville and had both our furnace and AC replaced. The AC unit does not keep the house cool. It's considerably worse than the AC unit from the 1980s that it replaced.
CWA did respond to my requests to have someone come look at it, but that only resulted in someone coming out to tell me the unit is working properly even though it was consistently around 79 degrees in my daughters room. I've repeated this process with them 5 or 6 times, always starting over from square 1 explaining the problem to someone new, and getting the same result.
I'm not an HVAC expert, but I know that I used to be able to keep my home at 75 degrees in the summer and the unit they installed struggles to do that any time the temp rises above 80 outside. I took the time to write this review because I selected CWA based on their "comfort guarantee" and I felt let down.

Professional and knowledgeable. Called them out to diagnose a problem on my 40+ year old furnace on a Saturday. They were able to make it out within a few hours. Service technician identified a safety issue and gave me great information around how he diagnosed it and his recommendation for a replacement. Being cautious, I did some independent research to verify his recommendation and was able to confirm that his advice was fair and per industry recommendations. I had them send out a sales professional who was tremendously helpful at giving me options and recommendations based on my house size. The salesman wasn't pushy in the slightest, gave me a wealth of information to research and even offered me a few discounts on a packaged A/C deal that made their offer extremely attractive. After confirming around town that the price they quoted me was reasonable and that they had a good reputation for installations, I went ahead and scheduled the crew to come out a few days later. The installers arrived within the time frame scheduled and were able to replace my furnace and A/C within 9 hours. They even threw in a few extra devices (a water pump and a carbon monoxide detector) that weren't originally mentioned in the quote. I've been very happy with my experience with this company and would highly recommend them for anyone with HVAC needs.

You can't spell TRUST without US, huh?! Well, trust is the very last word I could possibly think of to describe my experience with Columbus Worthington Air. This is the first time that I've dealt with this company and will be the last. Everything started out fine. I called shortly after they opened at 7 am last Friday to schedule a service call. We were pretty certain that our blower motor had went out, but needed to confirm that. My information was taken and I was told that they would have someone call me back to schedule my appointment time. No problem. Shortly thereafter I received a call and explaining that a technician would be at our home between 9 and 12. No problem. Later on I received another call from someone apologizing that they'd missed my call and were calling back to schedule our appointment time. I explained that they hadn't missed my call and that I'd already received a call back with an appointment time. No problem. At noon no one had arrived, but then I received a call explaining that the technician was running a little behind, but should arrive at about 12:30 to 1:00. Again, no problem. The technician arrived within this new timeframe and was extremely professional and friendly. He took a look at our blower motor and confirmed that that in fact was our issue. He said he'd have to go out to his van to check the price of replacement and would provide me with a written estimate to replace. No problem. Upon returning inside our home, we told me that it would be $1,326.00 to replace the blower motor. WHAT?! Problem! I explained to the technician that that seemed REALLY high to me and that I had a friend from church that worked in the industry that I normally run things by when it comes to our HVAC system before making decisions. The technician then told me, "He'll probably tell you that that price is high." I called my contact and had him verify pricing to purchase the motor and capacitor for our system...the cost was $118. Yep, you read that right, $118. Now, I managed a service industry business for over 16 years so I totally get the concept of product markup and the cost of labor, etc. Every business must make a decent profit or they couldn't stay in business. So, let's say they do a 100% markup on the part, that's $236. Then the technician said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half to do the job. So, if their service call fee that includes 1/2 hr of labor costs $84. I'm guessing I can assume they charge about $168 an hour for labor. So at worst, the labor costs at an hour and a half should be $252. So, $236 for marked up parts plus $252 in labor, that adds up to $488. Where in the world are they getting $1,326?!?! This seems like some reprehensible price gouging to me. You don't get a second chance to make a first impression and Columbus Worthington Air, you've left a very lasting impression on me.

Guy opened outer unit and told capacitor must be replaced and it will cost $250. Sunday and 90F outside - I agreed. Took him 15min to replace the part. Was charged $80 basic service /diagnostics price + $250 = $330 total for 15min of work + capacitor . Googled the part price. Looks like it costs $10-20. So price looks extremely unfair to me. During appointment I was told the price is $80 for first 30min of diag and $130 per hour after firs 30min. So I'd expect it to be like $80 (for first 30 min of work) + $20 for part but was charged 3 times more. Don't think will use their service again. Be careful and get second estimate before you agree on their price.
One-man show and looks like will be at a good place in few years, given that he is very reasonable in price, knowledge, and service principles! Weekend problem with the AC, a very courteous lady answered the phone, promised to be at my house between and followed up with a phone call to let me know that they are running a bit late, as they were on the other side of the valley. Problem solved in less than an hour,
I would recommend them to anyone who needs his AC work done!

Had a no heat situation on Sunday. Tech came out and reset a limit. Said the pressure switch was bad based on the error code. He was on the job for a hour. He could not replace the switch because had to get the part from a dealer. Next day called another company to get a second opinion. Then in 5 minutes the other tech found the heat exchanger was cracked in 3 locations. Needed to replace the whole furnace.
Adam and Zach did a professional job installing my new A/C Unit. They called when they were on their way to my house and arrived on time. They took exceptional care during the installation process and completed it sooner then expected. The team set up a new thermostat and assured it functioned properly. Hate to give a 1 star but while attempting to schedule a appointment the receptionist shouted at me and took a negative tone towards me. Surprising because they had come recomended by our neighbors. I cant speak for the service of the technicians, pricing, or anything aside from my terrible experience with whomever is managing their phones. Ended up having to use a competitor.

Bought our home about a year ago. It has 2 HVAC systems. In '19 CWA fixed supply & return air duct issues I'd inherited from the previous owner. The humidifiers hadn't been working either. I finally called CWA to address that issue & they sent a tech out the same day. He was quite knowlegeable & discussed the troubleshooting results with me as he worked. He had the needed parts on his truck and got both humidifiers operating in short order.
