Columbus Worthington Air was very responsive when my furnace stopped working on a recent December night. They were thorough and professional in identifying the issues and in ultimately recommending installation of a new system. The sales person was thorough and knowledgeable in explaining my options, providing price comparisons and answering questions. Installers were personable and professional. No one wants to have to buy a new furnace/system but if that happens, Columbus Worthington Air is the company to call.
