During a routine furnace inspection found out my heat exchanger had a crack which is never good news. Service tech gave me a few options and Drew came out to discuss pricing for a new system. I decided to replace my 26 year old a/c at the same time as its days were numbered and CWA offered a pretty good discount to do both at once. Team that did replacement were very professional and respectful of our property. They explained all the features of the new system and have a good warranty.
I have used CWA for years and think they have well trained and customer focused employees. They may not always be the cheapest but you can trust them and they stand by their work.
