We were fortunate enough to get Tim Byrd dispatched to our home to address our heating problem.. He was professional and diligent in trying to get our situation corrected...He didn't have the part required to fix it so he ordered it in my presence and we had to wait several days for it to arrive. He did everything he could to try to ensure we would have some heat , I assured him that since it was only a few days our fireplace would get us through . Several days passed and he returned to install the part . He took the time to check everything and was very knowledgeable. We would recommend him to our family and friends. Thanks Tim for a great experience. He is an asset to the Company
