Kenny W. from Columbus Worthington Air did an excellent job in troubleshooting our Lennox furnace issues and performing the necessary repairs / maintenance. He is knowledgeable in his craft, a trustworthy and friendly professional, and was willing to explain the process without confusing us or trying to upsell on parts or service.
