Kurt M. was the service representatives who outlined my choices when I wanted to have a new furnace installed.
He was realistic and helpful, not trying to sell me the "top of the line" that would have been inappropriate for the older home we live in. He outlined the choices clearly and answered my questions well.
Also, when I had a conflict on the original date chosen for installation, he quickly moved it to a different date.
In all, a good experience.
Originally, Jamie, the repair technician, came on a service call to get my aging furnace working after the motor quit. He was courteous and professional throughout. When I asked him about purchasing a new furnace, he explained that was not his line but he could connect me with someone (which is how Kurt came to contact me). In addition to completing the initial repairs and getting me in touch with Kurt, Jamie was able to have the company apply my repair costs toward the purchase of a new furnace, saving me from paying twice.
As with Kurt, it was a satisfying professional experience.
