Rob C. and Winson S. did an outstanding job replacing our furnace and AC. They carefully disassembled the old units and installed the new units and cleaned up everything as neatly as possible. They are the epitome of top-notch professionals with great communication and customer service skills. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Justin S. and Tom at CWA for easing my worries about a cracked heat exchanger. Justin took apart the old exchanger and visually pointed out the cracks. This is my 2nd complete system from CWA and I can confidently recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC services.
