I called in regard to a leaking humidifier on the furnace. I was offered an appointment that same afternoon. Trevor arrived on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He also addressed a problem I was having with my Nest thermostat and got a replacement shipped right away. He was polite and professional and I look forward to working with him in the future.
