Woke up with no heat, Columbus Worthington Air dispatched Kenny Ward who arrived within a couple of hours & repaired the furnace even having to go pick up a part. He explained everything thoroughly and understandably & was extremely personable and friendly. He knew his job well, and we were very pleased with the prompt, efficient service.
Kenny was one of the nicest technicians I've ever had over the 28 years we've lived in our home. Thank you so much for being a great company and please make sure to let Kenny know how much he was appreciated!
