Amazing for the kids, great pool. Indoor and outdoor water park gives everybody what they want

The hotel was clean the staff with nice you have to pay $10 A-day for a microwave.

STAY AWAY! ALL hotel descriptions and pictures are extremely misleading on numerous websites. When you arrive you wimm find the hotel and your room completely different than it appears in photos. This is NOT a hotel - its a Motel... meaning your rooms have doors leading to the parking lot where anyone or anything can enter. The bottom of the door has a huge gap, welcoming insects or anything else that slithers underneath. Entering your room you will find 2 additional doors leading to other rooms. All deadbolts are not sturdy or in working condition. Laminate flooring-not carpet. Rooms smell like mold. Dirty couch and ottoman that smell.. No water was in the pools...hallways and walk ways are all outside and dirty. Extremely unhappy with this experience.

This place is fantastic specially if you have small kids. Everything is very clean. They have great food, reasonably priced and the entrance price is also very reasonable. You can buy a ticket just for the water park. The pool has a shaded area which is great in the summer.

Great location and the resort has a lot to offer right on the property.

Bathroom outdated had water damage and mold in the bathroom . Bath tub has rust near and around plug. Water park was nice for the kids. Outside bar for adults . Great staff very friendly and helpful.

Staff were rude. Made us take our own bed sheets off for room service. The pools were cold.

I have never had such a bad experience in my life with this "resort". for starters the day I checked in when i went up to my room the room was a disaster and the bathroom was discusting, there was poop in the toilet and the seat had urine on it. At night my mother woke up because she was very itchy and had bumps all over her. the next day i went out and when i came back up to my room the beds were still not made nor did i have clean towels to go to the water park, when, i called and advised them that i want my beds made and clean towels they told me that maintenance was too busy that i needed to wait and of course they never came. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE STAYING HERE !!!!

This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it. We booked a deluxe queen room poolside. We stayed in building 9 (interior side to the water park) and loved that we were so close. Even with our room being in close proximity of the music/noise, our room was quiet and our toddler was still able to take his mid-day nap. The water park is very well kept and the lifeguards are attentive. It rained 1 day on our stay for a few hours and they had to close the park, but they made sure to host a kids activity in the arcade so the little ones had something to do. My only complaint on this trip was that our room has a pull out couch which is where we planned to sleep our 8 year old and 2 year old, but it was broken (the wood under it was snapped and it wouldn t pull out). They weren t able to send a rollaway bed the first night so we didn t sleep too well all crammed up.

Nice hotel the pool and water park were so mucho fun no lines no waiting.

It s all about the experience. I felt discriminated and they didn t heard me. I made the complains to the department. I never got a reply. I m adding the pictures of everything as evidence. They even charged me almost 300 dollars extra for a night that I wasn t even staying there. Awful experience. Please book another place. There are plenty options around.

Great location lots of thing to do in the area.
HOTEL is self not so great lots of things not working pool not well maintained.
The 3 slides was great we really enjoyed them, the food on site was great and well price. It's a okay place once over look all that's wrong. Hey kids don't really care about any of that stuff. Cause every where we look the kids was all having fun and that get a 5 star in my book.

The hotel staff at the front desk no matter what shift were excellent. So was the attendee at the waterpark where you get the wristbands. She was AWESOME too. Rooms wwre a little small but clean and we saw no roaches or bed bugs. But what made them a 5 my daughter left her brand new shoes in the resort after checkout and though their policy is to send you a link and you check lost and found Mary Q went above and beyond to locate them put my name on them and have them ready for pickup in the morning. Their honesty and quick efficient help has won me over and they've gained a life long customer. Plus my daughter said, "Mommy this is the BEST BIRTHDAY EVER." The kids absolutely loved it. Thank you again.

Calling and fixing a reservation was a headache. Room smelled and felt very musty/humid was afraid to walk barefoot. Idk why its called a resort its really not...waterpark is only for kids really no adult parts id say and its not big enough to be called a resort more like an elongated football field. 1 slide was closed. The kind of people this place brings are low class and ratchet. Better places for same price around here..

Rooms are too small, no tables, chairs to seat, price is too high for the quality, if i knew this place i would never come here i don't get why some people like it, I regret it the moment I was pulling in and saw the building (it looks like a motel 6) and there is a funny smell around the building

Really enjoyed our stay here. Good central location along International Drive.

Filthy room at check in. literally found kids feces tucked in a corner behind a bed. coins on the floor so I know they hardly cleaned the room. bathroom tile was full of sand and dirt. I called about the feces and they moved us to another room in a hurry and then i never heard another word about it.

the second room was cleaner but lots of broken stuff. the a.c. kept tripping and resetting. the cable tv kept cutting out every few seconds. the bathroom door hinge broke and the toilet seat fell off.

the water park was great earlier In the day but anytime after 3 or so there was so much trash piling up on the ground around the pools it was gross

Definitely a place for the kids to enjoy & play in the water. Did not go to any of the restaurants. Room was just OK.

The water park was alright the rooms stunk we found a rotten orange there in our room the shower was dirty and the room paint was chipped I was supposed to have a nice birthday party but I m so glad that me and my mom moved to the nikoloden hotel it was way better than this dirty hotel they need to shut down

UPDATE: I have changed my rating because they charged my card 3 times when we stayed two nights. I called and the lady was pleasant but told me that $142 charge was a deposit, resort fee, and parking fee. Then there were two charges of $192! If I had known they were going to charge me so much, I would have just went to a better hotel. So upset, not worth the cash and I feel scammed.

First time staying, for two nights. Booked a king deluxe suite (pool view). The staff was friendly enough and the room seemed clean and stocked (soaps, towels, etc.). However, the room smelled of mildew and ants appeared in our bathroom. Also, there seemed to be no inner shower liner, so water leaked on the floor when we bathed and the bathroom in general needs repairs. There is a small fridge but no microwave or table, which was inconvenient. The waterpark is small but good for kids (mine had a blast!) however the kids pool is muggy looking and the smell of chlorine is overwhelming. They also were letting too many people in the pool at one time, we didn't stay in long. The lifeguards were very attentive about safety (except the overcrowding part). The hotel and area itself are pretty hood (someone got into a fight while we were waiting to ride Go-Karts and the staff seemed unphased, not the hotels fault but just to give an idea here).

Overall, it's a good place for families to have a quick and fun weekend getaway for the price. Just don't expect a five star stay.

I wouldn't recommend this due to the staffing and all the confusion... When my family checked in they told us our 2 rooms weren't ready at the moment to go ahead and go to the water park... And they would call is shortly...So we hit the bathrooms in the lobby to change which the toilet was wobbling it deff needed a remod... Then we headed to the water park with all of our luggage.... 4hrs later soak and wet carrying our dry luggage I still didn't receive a call.... So i called them the dude said only one of our reserved rooms were ready at the moment... So we went up to the office to get the key to that one... But the office had no clue were my reservations were... They lost them... So I'm sitting there alreay paid 4hrs ago never received a call soak and wet holding all of our semi dry luggage and no one could find out reservation... Im like this is a joke... So then they found it took them at least 45mins... i told them just cancel the room thats not ready we will stay in the one room... So they replied that due to cancellation fees i wouldn't receive my money back... So whats the point in canceling? Idk but we did and didnt recieve any money back and they did offer me 1 free drink but im not an alcoholic so i turned it down... I was there spending time with my children not out trying to get wasted... This place is a mess and a huge rip off... They don't care about the geust... Also my daughter and i ran into two employees hiding behind the staircase making out i wanna say the girl called the man alejandro...that was disgusting

Let me start by saying that this isn't a 4 star hotel. The rooms are ok. It's basically a motel with a water park. And that is where they shine. Water Park at its best is worth the stay, the location is worth the stay the price is worth the stay and I have gone twice and would go again.

Unexpected $29.97 "resort fee" at the counter after already booking to room through an app. These type of hidden fees are a way to assure that i will not return.

Room was decent but as i was checking in i was double charged the adorementioned fee... also over heard another guest talking about roaches.

While i was checking out, i had to arguee about the double charge on my account with both the service desk AND the manager. Eventually they fixed it.

Not worth the headache of dealing with the staff.

Cocokey Water Resort Hotel & Water Park this is the worse place I have visited....you pay online for your reservation, but when you get at the front desk, they will charge you more for the Resort fees, they keep telling you their system is down but it works perfectly in the lobby only....you have to check in at 4:00 but you have to leave the next day at 11:00am...worst experience ever.

We have had a great time. The waterpark was fantastic. It was well located for our trip to universal. We were able to buy our tickets in the main lobby. There is a bus that runs from this location to universal we chose not to use it due to a restrictive schedule and it goes to multiple site before going to the parks.there were multiple places to eat within walking distance as well as the souvenir shops. overall A+Kid friendly and affordable. We will stay here again.

Not at all what I expected rooms need a upgrade ASAP and we couldn't get the wi-fi to work!! My grandsons enjoyed the waterpark that's the only reason I gave them 2 stars

Long review but worth the read. This was our second stay with this resort. We decided to give it another try after our 1st visit wasn't so great. Bad idea. I booked online. I paid extra for a " deluxe room" -a king with a pull out couch with a pool side view. Which gave me the impression I would be by the resort. The room I was given hadn't been cleaned in.. I don't know how long. The only thing that had been possibly cleaned were the sheets and the bed was made/ trash taken out. Had not been dusted, the carpet was FILTHY, smudge marks from previous people staying in room on everything(tv, phone, cabinets, dresser) the couch literally looked like it came from sitting on the curb. DISGUSTING. Can you say bed bugs?? I didn't even allow my family to sit down. The ottoman that was supposed to be a blue/teal color was black from filth. It reeked in there like mildew, rotten carpet. I paid over $105 per night for a room that looked like a $20 per night room. I was so furious I forgot to take pictures of that specific room. I'm giving 2 stars bc they did put us in another room by the resort like I initially paid for. So our vacation started with stress, disgust and honestly..anger. The king with pull out pool side view is not by resort!
They moved us to a room with 2 double beds by the resort. It had tile and was cleaner than the other room but the room was by far up to par of what you would call a resort. We took pictures of the floor that doesn't get cleaned between guests. My husband took a baby wipe to show the filth on the floor. Plus, as we were leaving we noticed the dumpster out back behind resort was full of entire contents of rooms telling me they do have a bed bug problem. We won't be back. Don't waste your money.

The hotel itself was a bit rundown. The floor in my room was dirty I felt the grit underneath my feet. The pull out sofa had multiple white stains on it. The outside of the hotel is a bit worn as well. They also do not keep the property too clean.I noticed dirty diapers and fast food bags scattered all throughout the property. The waterpark is a nice touch and the staff is friendly. In the future the future I will not stay at this resort but, I encourage everyone to give it a try.

So far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Missing property..waiting 20 minutes to speak to the manager!!! The customer service is HORRIBLE

Worst hotel ever. Please stay away from this place. The over charge you for wristband, no activities for kids, lifeguards do not pay attention to people. Even one kid drowned in tbe pool the same day i was staying at the hotel. Be careful DO NOT STAY THERE, There is better options, even my son was bored the same day and wanted to go home. WORT EXPERIENCE EVER

It was terrible!!! First off you pay almost 600 for the room which a motel 6 is better and I'm not kidding! Then you have 189.00 in resort fees at check in. Our first room had no wifi and we spent two days trying to get this fixed until we said move us! The second room the tv work half the time and then once my family was settled in for the night the strong smell of weed coming from a neighboring room was terrible! Yea family friendly right!!! This was horrible place to stay they get you in by the water park part but don't be fooled it is not worth the money AT ALL!!!

Stay there with my kids over the weekend. Great place to take kids, water park was awesome. Staff very friendly, clean rooms and the assistant manager Claudine was the bomb. Very friendly environment love it.

First time staying and it was everything it was expected to be! Rooms were sufficient, walls were a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but nice! Staff was awesome and even went to great lengths to find a lost item in the room. (George and Patricia specifically)
We will be staying here again on our future visits to Orlando!

Room was nice. Ac leaked. Kids (10 yrs old) were unruly and fighting in the pool. No parents present. Very threatening and uncomfortable for other guests. Tried calling the front desk 5 times and no one picked up. Very disappointing. Parents should be present for children under the age of 15 esp those who cant swim like these kids... adult pool recommended **

Beds were hard. I woke up multiple times overnight with shoulders and hips hurting. The glass doors into our building were covered with greasy fingerprints, as was the nightstand in our room. Gross. We walked into our room greeted by an AC keeping the thermostat at 62F. I suppose that was to help hide oders. I was freezing all night, especially since there were no blankets on the bed. I tried to call Guest Services in the morning to request blankets for our bed and no one answered the phone. There was a kind man helping in the front lobbywith shuttle reservations, but the first day was all booked, so Uber it was. We booked for shuttle for day 2, but since I had gotten 3 hours at most of sleep, I decided during our day at the park we were booking another place, refund or not. My lesson has been learned, I will not cheap out on a hotel again.

I JUST checked into this hotel. I paid for my stay before I got here. Upon checking in they charged a 10 dollar A NIGHT fee PLUS 50 bucks deposit this was NOT disclosed when i booked. Get to the room to see a VERY dated room with drawers that will not stay closed, bug came out of the fridge - so we're sticking with our cooler, and moved the trash can in the bath - another bug in there. The blind on the window doesn't block anyone's view, it's a wooden mini blind sorta nice but if I can see out, they can see in. I have a connecting room in the bath (strange) , but there is also musty odor in the room. We had to get our yankee candle room spray out of the car to cover the odor. This room is NOT worth what I paid.

Hi owner. How many stars u want me to give u? I have been book 1 room for my 2 kids and my wife.for a week. Am apologize about comment. Am very up set.and still mad now. I was checkin room near by water park. And they give me the key to enter the room.i opened the room and someone in there.then I out. And going to front desk asking them why???and they told me wait for 10 min to clean it. After 10 min they told me go back ,,me and my kids saw underwear. Cegareet. Food everywhere the room. Nasty ,dirty. I don't care money. Just want to fun. For my kids before back school. Stupid stupid bussines. Make me lie for my kids ,,,stupid business.

This place leaves much to be desired. The slides are nice but the pool was dirty and the kiddy pool smelled like pure urine. The showers were disgusting and the bathroom also smelled like old urine. For a place so small it should not have these issue. I will not visit again or recommend this place. Extremely disappointed.

Wow, we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff was great, easy check in and check out. We had so much fun at the water park and the life guards were spot on. We wish we would have made our reservations longer so we could stay longer, the kids did not want to leave. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice place, long lines, but all around half descent

The service was good and the room wasn't bad. It's the fact that they'll shut down the water park if there's a little "lightning". The outside is understandable, but they have indoor swimming and shut that down too

Staying for a family stay-cation. This place had been so fun for the family. Our 3 year old is having fun being able to do some slides here where at most waterparks the don't have much for little ones. The life guards have been great! Very attentive and engaged with all the kids. Rooms are pretty nice and it is worth the couple extra dollars to get the view of the pool or Waterpark! It is nice and convenient to have a pizza Hut and restaurant on site. The only thing we haven't been happy with so far is that the Waterpark is only open 11-5. With having Littles that take a nap it doesn't leave much time to do that.

They charge me twice, and even when I told them, they told me that they were right.
The bedrooms stinks really bad.

Room was clean. The place was fun! Serious staff and safety issues. A roach crawled out the microwave. Check in person knew nothing. Gave me a room # that doesn't exist. Didn't give me breakfast vouchers so we paid the first day. Room service not good. I asked to clean the floor, they didn't bother to trow out the trash that was obviously overdue since we stayed 3nights. The room wasn't cleaned not once. Lifeguards mostly great and I am really grateful for them.. A few just completely lazy. spend Saturday gossiping over the tall pools while kids struggle to exit. Monday there wasn't anyone at the tallest slide so everyone was just going down without the other person exiting. A man kicked my daughter in the back as she slid down. All the while Melinda? in her lifeguard outfit sat on the pool tables flirting with men or walking around the pool like she was on vacation picking up guys. Totally unprofessional.The next day a kid threw up and when we told the life guard, she did nothing. No sanitation as the kids swallow trow up.
Breakfast was AMAZING. Really good. The hostess was a complete ahole. She loudly comment on as a dad walked out " his kid should have woke up early if they wanted to eat." I literally wanted to hit her. Her attitude was horrible the entire weekend. Just a jerk. Many pools. Music starts early so be ready. This is a place to have fun, not a place to get sleep.
The play area are visible from everywhere so it's nice and convenient. Just be prepared to deal with unprofessional staff. Some staff were really great and management should take time to weed out the Melinda and the Tradewind hostess would be a good start. The gentleman that brought me the microwave tried very hard to fix things, the lady in the cafeteria even brought me a tortilla, Debbie tried her best as she was being yelled at by guests the entire night. There were a few lifeguards that we're exceptional, 2 were Young slim Hispanic? Ladies and young man with long curly hair, they were awesome, rescued kids. The others need a different job. Safety is a real issue here. Looks like some are part time lifeguards and do different jobs on different days, they suck.

Cool little hotel, conveniently located close to all theme parks in Orlando. Very reasonable price for the stay, with plenty of entertainment options available that include a game room and a big indoor/outdoor water park with heated water.

Staff is very freindly and helpful. Rooms are ok nothing great. Your really paying for the Waterpark. Can be busy at times but a nice place for the kids. Plenty to do.

Way better than expected... We would stay again.. After visiting Universal and Islands of Adventure it was great to have something to do a few days more at our own Water Resort

My daughter birthday had to move rooms more than 4 times and it had mold on the shower and messy walls and room doors but a great water park and check in lines are long

Where do I begin.......The room was moldy smelling and had german roaches all in it. Walls were very thin, could hear other families screaming and talking clear as day next door. There was gangster thugs standing outside my door the whole night smoking cigarettes ( or something) partying which made me very uneasy being that my 2 small kids were trying to sleep. Someone came by and stuck a flyer in our door that came all the way through on my side at like 11pm which scared us half to death. Not to mention, My whole family left that room sick as a dog from the respiratory issues within room including myself. I m still sick as hell and I m almost 9 months prego- and I know it was from the room bc it was almost immediately after we entered the room on the first day that I started getting upper respiratory issues. We left early so we could escape the living conditions. Traumatizing experience.

On top of the room problems, the water park was very nasty and overcrowded. Half the park was closed due to maintenance which was very disappointing to say the least. We would never have stayed there if we had known all the cool, bigger slides were going to be down during our visit. This was not disclosed to us at any point before we walked outside to get on them and noticed they were being worked on. Saw multiple kids almost drowned while life guards who could barley swim jumped into try to save them. Slowest life guard I ve seen; other kids were taking poo poo s in pool so the other half of cool, smaller kid park was closed; drunk women were passed out at bar - vomit everywher ; my son fell multiple times from slippery floor in which I did not see the no running signs up anywhere; and to top it off, my son was so excited that he could slide down Practically the only slide that was open that required him to be 48 in which he is with shoes but fell a little short without them on- the first lifeguard let him thru no issues atleast 20 times, then the new lifeguard was so rude and literally made my son cry saying he couldn t ride it. I went up to top of slide and had words with her and she still wouldn t let him ride it even with my consent.

Overall, worst hotel experience I ve ever had in my life. We will not be back and will make sure no one we care about every visits that nasty, overpriced place.

Those American motel-style carpet-in-room hotels charge a resort fee even though they only work 2 of the 8 days I've spent lah

Horrible! The rooms dirty, the a/c unit didn't keep the room cool, the first room had a wet bed and they moved us to a room that had a horrible a/c unit. The pools chlorine was so high it burned your eyes, your nose and bleached out your swim suit.

Rooms where absolutely filthy. Our one year old grandsons feet where black after walking on the floor in a matter of minutes. Also the water park dont open until check out time. The staff is rude and not at all helpful. I would never recommend staying here. Save your money. There are way better places to stay in Orlando

Very fun for the kids, love the water parks, stuff was very nice and friendly, The location is the best, Lots things to do and good places to eat. But the rooms are Terrible. They are not clean nothing works and they have Roaches. I can say they are working to make it better.

I give it a 3 only because we were moved to another room. Should have read the reviews before I choose this hotel in a package deal. 1st room smelled like a dank, dark and moldy basement. Wood blinds with sun coming in at 8am. It was 2 a.m. when we checked in so I ended up asking for another room in the morning. TA-DA!! They have better rooms that didn't smell, in the tower building. Much nicer and cleaner.

Check in process was a disaster. They emailed me the day of to say my reservation was canceled. The email didn't say why or they didn't try and call them. When I did get in touch with them every operator was clueless on how to deal with it and no managers were available. Finally after at least 40 minutes the reservation got reopened. When I arrived the person checking me in was inputting the wrong expiration date and that was resulting in a declined card.

The room was small. The hotel is a redone motel. Outdoor entries. Lots of people smoking outside the rooms as my family walked in and out. Our toliet had a leak. There was a power outage in the morning. The furniture appears dirty with lots of water damage.

The waterpark is a nice addition, but heck you pay $50 in resort fees anyway.

Would never stay here again. Come to orlando once a year and have a timeshare but stay at hotels a couple nights too. For the same price we could have stayed at the nicer Cabana Bay or someone similar.

Loved this place! So amazing especially for family vacations

The family and I were here for three days of relaxation.

This was a pretty cool place. The hotel is definitely an older hotel but they kept everything up in my opinion. The kids loved loved loved the water park area. The problem is there was so much going on that we didn't have a lot of time to spend at the water park.

Had a horrible experience!!! Was told one price and when i get to the hotel i had to pay a higher amount . I still checked in , but once i got to the room i check the bed only to find a dirty sock under the covers.. That s not it !!! Next door neighbors had roaches in their room. The staff was nice and helpful but something has to been done with the maintenance.

Do not ! And I repeat DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL ! they dont change the sheets properly. They will not tell you proper to checking in that the park will be close. And get this ! Last but not least my family and myself caught head lice ! I'm so humiliated never in my life have I ever had head lice. Room was smaller than expected. Bathroom had specs of mold. The door handle was falling off. Shower had a big whole in the ceiling. Let me tell you the list goes on. And it was really ratchet. Never again. Take this as a warning. Do not stay here!!!!!!!!!
