I have never had such a bad experience in my life ...

I have never had such a bad experience in my life with this "resort". for starters the day I checked in when i went up to my room the room was a disaster and the bathroom was discusting, there was poop in the toilet and the seat had urine on it. At night my mother woke up because she was very itchy and had bumps all over her. the next day i went out and when i came back up to my room the beds were still not made nor did i have clean towels to go to the water park, when, i called and advised them that i want my beds made and clean towels they told me that maintenance was too busy that i needed to wait and of course they never came. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BE STAYING HERE !!!!
