Check in process was a disaster. They emailed me the day of to say my reservation was canceled. The email didn't say why or they didn't try and call them. When I did get in touch with them every operator was clueless on how to deal with it and no managers were available. Finally after at least 40 minutes the reservation got reopened. When I arrived the person checking me in was inputting the wrong expiration date and that was resulting in a declined card.

The room was small. The hotel is a redone motel. Outdoor entries. Lots of people smoking outside the rooms as my family walked in and out. Our toliet had a leak. There was a power outage in the morning. The furniture appears dirty with lots of water damage.

The waterpark is a nice addition, but heck you pay $50 in resort fees anyway.

Great location.

Would never stay here again. Come to orlando once a year and have a timeshare but stay at hotels a couple nights too. For the same price we could have stayed at the nicer Cabana Bay or someone similar.
