Room was nice. Ac leaked. Kids (10 yrs old) were unruly and fighting in the pool. No parents present. Very threatening and uncomfortable for other guests. Tried calling the front desk 5 times and no one picked up. Very disappointing. Parents should be present for children under the age of 15 esp those who cant swim like these kids... adult pool recommended **
