I liked greetings from coconut key for my people from lewisville texas graciaa was a good place for my vacasiones

It's ok I just don't like outside hotels but it has nice rooms and a good resort 4 stars

The staff was awesome. Alexis was helpful and informative. The park was really cool, the pools were clean and staff were friendly and polite.
The bars were affordable ($9 smoothies) and had a good list of selections. Miguel at the bar was great as well.
The only one thing I would not recommend is the breakfast. It was awful and pricey. The eggs were fake, the bacon was like plastic, had no taste, the sausages were horrible. I ended up having fruit, and an english muffin. And I became sick after, with a a stomachache. My husband refused to eat. We had already paid. Wasted $.

Called this place 5 times and received 5 different answers. We never been here but looks like we may not make it. Just wanted to know what was the difference between the season 1 and season 2 passes. I purchase tickets from tickets at work didn't realize until I printed my vocher that June 19 is not one of the dates. Some told me I can just pay the difference & another say no sorry it's a lost. I don't have money to waste n call it a lost. My daughter just graduate from kindergarten to 1st grade this was a gift from us. I hate to make her cry because of the bad news.

All good except the park pool was too cold like ice !!!! But other than that good !!

The hotel feels cheap as a whole, cutting corners everywhere. The building had a lingering smell throughout and the restaurants within where overpriced and very unsatisfying.

Very reasonable priced ..The staff were very pleasant. The room was clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay we will make another trip here.

People love this place because of the water park, but it was just ok. They need to upgrade the rooms and remodel this hotel.

We had an amazing trip!!! We stayed for almost a week. The room was clean and the staff (except front desk) were great!!! Breakfast at tradewinds was good and so were the drinks from the bar. check in staff need more training. Will be coming back!!!

Nice place . The rooms were vary spacious and I was impressed by the cleanliness in the rooms and the hotel . We spent most of our time in the main pool as the water park was extremely crowded and overwhelming.

There were cockroaches inside the hotel s cabinet and when I went shower the water would rise up all the way to my ankles and it would not go down.

Was prompt check in and out. Convenience store was a little pricey but that's is the cost of convenience. Everything was in walking distance.

To many issues with the room call several times and nothing was done bad experience never coming back again

Attended the water park. Was a fun and clean environment. The slides and pools were closed twice due to weather but that's Florida. Was a good experience overall.

I love this location my daughter loves the water park I love that it s indoors which means that she doesn t get direct sunlight and her skin because she s very sensitive it is a beautiful water park the reason why it doesn t get five stars is because the rooms aren t as updated and modern or nice they are very old and kind of broken down which is fine. we are there to be in the water park which is amazing also they They accommodate you very well we had an issue with the first room that it was dirty they switched us over to a different room than that room the AC didn t work and in about 10 minutes they were fixing it and it worked so there are issues that happen but they do accommodate you and you guys have no idea how much fun a child has when she is in a water park where she can actually reach and swim around and they have little slides for them which is just beautiful and very nice and clean and there s lifeguards there always checking in making sure that your kids are OK obviously as a parent you have to keep your eye on them. But everyone knows they re in a blink of an eye something might happen which is good that there s extra eyes around. I do recommend it if you have children you will love it there s a restaurant a huge arcade game room and there is a little kids waterpark there s a big kids pool area and then there s a medium kids water park that one is under direct sunlight but it s also very nice

For our family, Coco Key was great. Our kids (11, 7) loved the water park. It was just right for their ages. The room had a separate space from the toilet and shower with the sink, counter, and closet area. This made the room very functional. The beds were decently comfortable; the air conditioning worked; it was a safe neighborhood; and the facilities were decently clean. Though it is common in Orlando, we didn't love that we had to pay for parking. Also, breakfast was expensive for what was offered. Many other patrons were up late and not quiet, but we were pretty tired and mostly unaffected by that. It has a high energy, amusement park feel. Overall, the value for the price was great, and I would go back.

Maria from the customer service line (reservations), very rude. I called her twice, she did not apologize after I informed her that I did not appreciate her hanging up on me the first time.

We have a super large room in building 6 on 3 high that looks neat / tidy .. Large beds lovely .. Hotel also looks neat inside and out .. Top !!

Don't book this hotel, it's nothing like the pictures and the whole place is nasty and out of dated, they use poor quality cheap towels and washcloths and no curtain's in the windows seems like no Privacy in the room, the Toilet run over and the floors where sticky not worth the money! Save your money and go somewhere else!

Rooms very old and not clean enough. Water park is nice but the hotel management turned it off early one hour if there is a few customers.
Don t recommend if you have young kids.

Better to stay at the resorts to the park because at least with universal studios they give u skipping the lines with the room

There is no way this is a resort. I ve stayed at motels that were nicer than this. We walked into the room and within 10 minutes there was a roach climbing up the wall. My wife lost sleep over it, I complained to the front desk and there response was, okay we ll tell room service to check it out . This hotel is NOT worth your money, AT ALL. I promise there are tons of nicer hotels for cheaper around.

An upgraded motel six........ no microwave in room, AC was fluctuating all night..... Water park is great for kids but other than that expect nothing fancy . You pay for parking, ridiculous resort fees .

The parks was good.but the thing that I liked the mosted was my kids can play fortnite on a computer there.

Read the reviews before booking and decided to book the studio. Already knew the sleeper had no sheets so brought my own and it worked out good. Carpet needs updating and building 7 which we stayed at had no elevator. We had to drag our luggage up a narrow staircase and almost lost my balance. Upside was convenience of going down and out to the water park which was right in front of our room. You can't hear the noise too much from inside the room so it was great. Not bad to stay at if you are after the waterpark feature of the hotel. If you are going to the parks like Disney or Universal, stay somewhere else. Traffic is bad getting in and out of this hotel.

Nice hotel and great waterpark, only the beds are to small for 2 adults. Kingsize beds would be nice.

We're going to pretend we're going to the New Coco Key on State Route 104 Ashville Ohio it has a wave pool and lazy river and diving well and Hand Dryers and Touchless Faucets and family hot tub indoor and outdoor spa and adult hot tub indoor and outdoor spa and we're going to have so much fun this is more fun it's giant.
