The room had no channel guide which made finding channles difficult other than that everything seemed good have not had a chance to experience the water park of the hotel yet though

Great alternative to the big parks if you are looking for a fun refreshment. However, the safety regulations are super stupid ... because you can not slip down with his child, had our 2-year-olds with the mini slides take pleasure ovwohl he is used to quite different from Germany!

No hot water first night and wifi and safe wasn't working. Other than that, great time and nice room. Note to management: Please open park earlier, perhos at 10 am? Also 7am outdoor music woke us up every morning, we were in building 8 facing the water park. And we tried the Wi-Fi for 2 days we were there and never was able to get it to work but luckily I had a hotspot for my phone.

This is the 3rd time i stay at cocos.my kids love it.but honestly the first time we were good.2nd time yall got reservations wrong.so yall said we booked the wrong room.no yall put in the system the wrong room.now today i get charged 275 plus 50 deposit.i get to my room and its what its suppose to be but all my channels look like im stealing cable...no channel clear.like really this is a resort .u charge like one might as well keep it upheld like one.either you guys do something about it or me and all my family will never return.sincerly Jovanny Gil..three chances is what it takes too never return.

Decent Lodging for the money. Water park and helpful custodians. Kid friendly, good drinks and deals. Arcade was perfect. Buffet unappealing.Car rental on location was rude and had dirty cars. Go elsewhere for car rental.

Fun place ,good price, the beds are horrible!! like sleeping on a fold-out couch. toilet all broken lot of cosmetic stuff but okay. The kids had fun. probly don't know if I'll be back. The beds are bad!!!!

Drove from Atlanta, GA booked the room 4 months in advance and the room is not ready to check in. The service is rude and very unapologetic with concerning issues I had. For example, there is a $50 deposit requested at check in. Furthermore nevermind calling because you will not reach anyone. I left messages in regard to my reservation because they booked me for an extra night that I had not requested. The issue was resolved a week later. Overall, bad experience and we will NEVER RETURN!

I didn't like that they didn't tell you where the water resort was. I also didn't like how the pool was pretty dirty

The worst hotel I've ever had in my life at the beginning you get burnt up with everything in the end they charge you for breathing. Very unpleasant people smoking behind and they do not have anything in the water park closed bad service horrible breakfast the worst they do the same thing every day egg with water without flavor they close the only water park very early very bad experience I never come back in my life That price is better. Do not smoke when back there are a lot of people smoking very bad. Baby thought out on the pool and nobody cleaned

I was disappointed in the check in which was under staffed... And several of the desk staff took a break when there was 4 persons in line... 4 desk persons 3 went to break at the same time... ... But the room itself is great...

Water slide park right outside the door and good kids. My son was in heaven.

Only giving two stars because im sure the water park portion of this hotel would be great for kids/family during summer.

The name of this "resort" is very misleading because it's not a resort at all. It is a remodeled motel at best.
My husband and I reserved a room in November, paid all funds upfront so we would be ready to go MONTHS before our trip. When we arrived and went to check in, we were told that there was a charge for booking online & thus we had to pay an extra $100 for our stay (on top of the almost $300 we paid for our 3 nights).
The beds werent uncomfortable, but they only had a mattress cover and flat sheet on the bed. No comforters or larger blankets. The room was not very clean. 5 minutes of walking around barefoot and your feet were literally black from the dirty floors. Staff was not friendly, at all.

For the price we paid, i think next time we'll cut our losses and go to the Radisson.

The rooms inside are nice size. The entertainment/ and water park inside the hotel. Some rooms facing the water park are nice as well. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The outside with the pool and hot sauna. With relaxing music was a plus.

Rooms smelled. Whenever I went to the front desk it took forever. Hidden resort fees. Don't get maid service unless you request it. Wasn't told this. Ran out of toilet paper it took 5 hours for room service came. Used lobby bathrooms. Was not happy with the stay.

When we first got there at 7pm our room wasn't ready and they didn't know when it would be. Left and came back at 9. Room was filthy. Bathtub had dirt and hair in it. Floor was so caked in dirt and grime that it coated the bottom of our feet. Sheets may have been changed but top blankets were not. Had food particles, hair, and stains on top blankets. Called the front desk 3 times to get someone to clean the room. No one came. Finally went to the front desk in person. Cleaning crew came at almost 11pm to finally clean the room. Rooms need serious repairs and updating. Shower faucet barely worked it was so plugged with hard water build up. A lot of stains on the ceilings and walls. When running the AC unit emitted an offensive methane smell. No compensation offered.

The rooms need a lot of improvement. Very dusty and the beds shake . Housekeeping needs improvement. The water park is well kept and clean. Good drinks at the bar and very friendly.

No continental breakfast included. Would not match travelocity nightly rate. Made me wait 25 minutes after getting my confirmation # in travelocity to let me check in and charged me a $35 early check in fee which they did not mension when I called to ask about it. One of my towels was stained, there was a big unfinished hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler came out of and also the coffe cup lids did not fit the cups. The person that checked me in did not give me much information about the hotel amenities or activities. Not impressed.

My son was more excited about this water park than the actual Disney parks! Amazing!

Dirty sheets! Nasty. Unpleasant manager and dirty sheets. Ran away as fast as possible. Do not recommend.

Not a place i would recommend. They lost our reservation at check-in, my room key only worked once on a while. They have a water park for the kids but it closed at 5pm. Which was bad because we were there for the Disney parks and my kids couldn't even go there. A/c unit was broken and wouldnt go below 77. Other than that the location is good. Walking distance to alot of restaurants and shopping.

Very fun to bring your kids and you can stay there as a hotel also!

it was awesome the only problem is that you had to pay for breakfast and you had to walk to the store in the lobby for a microwave.

If I could give this place zero stars I would say let s just say first room walking smell like damp mold I thought it was because it was on the first floor near the splash park but then as I entered the room notice the furniture sofa was filthy.I asked to be moved to another location I was moved to a room that appeared to be clean to find the phone broke the TV not working. Can t call the front desk because if I don t work husband and daughter trying to sit down at a table to eat roaches start crawling from under the table. We are packing up to leave

I'm hear now......never seen such trash.NO ONE follows any kind of rules and staff do nothing....NO SOCIAL DISTANCING...NO CLEANING the common area. People were eating in the pool smoking everywhere in the pool area...to bad I couldn't. This place should be shut down.we were told they would be at 50%. But there were 50 people in the small pool

We liked it a lot, only that in the room they do not put the supply every day

Smh is all I am going to say!! 2 stars only because I got to enjoy my hubby & his niece& nephew play & laugh in the pool but other then that SMH...

Pools were NOT heated & etc...

Do not book a room here! It s dirty, dingy and smelly!! The rooms are dirty and stink like mildewed carpet. I was appalled! There are dark curls that belong to someone else in our shower!! They use some super cheap air freshener that gave me a migraine! This is a perfect example of a business that has long given up trying!! This place could use a good makeover and some Lysol!

I just got back from a 5-day stay with my husband and two kids. This place was just okay. This is motel-style hotel. The rooms are nice though. You do have to pay for parking per day and a ~$30 per day resort fee. The parking lot is filthy. There was quite a bit of garbage and litter. The water park was nice but the two largest slides were shut down for maintenance and we didn t get a break on the price. The lines were extremely line for check in. I wouldn t stay here again.

The room was clean, nice and large, the bed was very comfortable, the little water park was nice the pool was heated which is nice but it was warm out so it was just a little too warm for me.
The water slides were fun.

Cheap getaway for a family on a budget with kids. 4 stars for waterpark. Open 11am-7pm. You get to stay and play even after checkout. Lots of fun for every age including babies to teens they have enough thrill for teens, plenty of splash park for babies, and kids. And even a quieter pool and spa/bar for adults. 3 for hotel rooms bc they were not very clean and they had cheap shower heads, beds, fixtures. We ate at ci-cis pizza across street and they give fl resident discount. Arcade stinks but kids enjoyed really nice large mcdonalds play area and arcade down the road. But the beds were clean and firm ,showers clean, included mini fridge. NO bugs, no musty or smoke smells in our room. We would come back but only with discount groupon and only for the kiddos!

Been going for years and my family & I love it but it's time for an upgrade & paint job!

When I first made my reservation. I went by the pictures and also the fact that a water park was on site. I thought this was going to be a great vacation. Once I walked into the front office. I knew I had made a mistake. Just the way the front desk look.I knew the rooms wouldn't be much better. After getting the keys to the room. Once we got off the elevator the smell hit me. It just smells dirty. Then we entered the room. The room was nothing like the clean colorful pictures we have seem online. The water park is the best part of this hotel. Fun for kids. The carpet will make your white socks and bare feet black. Most of the workers here speak no english. I wouldn't recommend this place. Use the water park but don't stay. If i could have canceled and would not have to pay. I would have paid the extra money to stay at a better hotel.

Bad decor, no adults pool, bad cleanliness of rooms and housekeeping, a rip off for taxis as the hotel is in conjunction with the taxi they advise you to get and get money for doing this, not as nice as made out to be in the pictures.

Got here at 3, it is now 5 and still trying to check in. We keep being told a couple of minutes . Also the slides are out of order due to renovations .

It's a cool place but the room was gross and dirty and ran down. Pool was dirty. I was swimming and two bandaids just floated by me yuck.

I am not sure why there are such horrible reviews on trip advisor....I guess you get what you give! From the moment we arrived we knew were going to have a blast! We had approx 25 people in our group and the CoCo Key staff made every effort to ensure our rooms were near each other and that we had at least 2 rooms available when we arrived @ 1:30pm so that we could change and put our things away. Tarice at the front desk was amazing :) Her warmth and friendliness really made us feel appreciated. Thank You.....Tarice, Dre, Britten, Garcia, Phillip & Alex and all the staff @ CoCo Key!

Would never go again!!! Room smelled moldy and nasty! We asked for help they literally gave us a disinfectant spray for us to spray ourselves! The hallway smelled like someone was smoking marijuana! Room's electricity went out. We we're late to our son's graduation by the time they moved us to a room finally that was in better shape I said, why didn't they give us this room In the 1st place?! Pool opens too late and closes too early! Not a good experience at all!!!

very good hotel to come with children, friendly staff, good water park, the only thing we did not like is that the towels are bad and the carpets of the pieces are dirty but the toilet in gral is good. Comfortable pieces size, very comfortable beds.

Too expensive for dated rooms. Plus the rooms smell like mildew and feel wet.

The water park would be excellent if it was not for the main part of the park it is closed for maintenance and nobody warned us. the cleaning in general and especially the rooms are horrible. The room smelled of pee, there was old soap in the shower, mold on the walls and floor of the bathroom, the telephone signal did work in the room neither the Wi-Fi. What a nightmare!

Does not at all look like the pics. Run down, under maintenance. Lacking in hospitality.

The rooms smell like chlorine and mildew, plus they were little bugs crawling all over the beds, they were small but they looked like bed lice or bed bugs.

It's dirty in the inside the joint rooms and location are a great bonus the arcade has many broken games but the water park is a little crowded but still fun, assuming there isn't maintenance on the slides

My son's basketball team recently was invited to Orlando for a tournament. The hotel they went with wasn't really kid friendly so I decided to stay in a different hotel. I researched different options and came across this hotel. I have never stayed with them but felt like it should be fine.....boy was I wrong. The first room I was given had a tub that did not drain, a shower filled with mildew, a missing shelf in the shower(surrounded by mold) a toilet that would not stop running and my daughter found a bug on the side of the bed. This was room 4210. I complained and we were given a different room with no apologies. 7104 was our second room. Late in the evening after returning from a day of fun I went to the bathroom only to discover it was filled with roaches. I called the front desk and was told we can change ur room. Again, no apologies and no shock that the room had roaches. I asked if I could have a refund for the remaining days and check out that night and because I didn't book through them directly they would not allow it. We were transferred back to building four in room 4118. This room had stains on the sheets. At this point I was done. The customer service was terrible and the rooms were dirty and gross. You could not pay me to stay here again. I decided to review this hotel for people on the fence. The water park is not that big so don't waste ur time or money.

Nice looking on the outside horrible on the inside beds were hard food was bad never again.

I had a great vacation ! We just checked out today . For the bad reviews is not a bad place, people make the day bad not the hotel , service was excellent, Francisco who works in the lobby did a excellent job in making our stay better. Water park was awesome! I did change room but was super happy with my new room, we lost our phone and the staff found it for us , house keeping was very nice and overall I had a great time , staff was great and had so many activities to do with the kids plus it is close to many shops you can walk too so you never get bored because your too busy having fun!

This is a clean hotel. The pool and park are well kept. Unfortunately due to Vivid stay at home orders being lifted, it was extremely crowded. I highly reccomend booking thru the hotel directly otherwise you have to pay extra fees. Staff was awesome dealing with so many irate guests.

I will never go to this hotel ever again!! My daughter woke up with bed bug bites all over her body. When i got home I went to the doctor and they confirmed it was bed bugs so when I found that out I called the hotel I have talked to Kiki, Mary and David and all of them were rude I was hung up on several times no one was apologetic and they kept saying they were going to call me back and was going to check the room and they never gave me a call back I was waiting 5 days. When I called them back for the last time the lady said supposedly the room was clear and blamed it on my daughter saying that she came with it I will never go to this hotel again and if there was a corporate number to call I would find it because this hotel is ridiculous!!

Look on Groupon for deals at the water park if you not staying at the hotel

The rooms were okay. I've been in better and been in worse. We stayed in a poolside King room with sleeper sofa. Cons: Shower continuously ran. A/C was hard to control. Blinds would not work unless I manually pushed them closed. No curtains, so alot of light came in at night. Pros: Bed was comfy. Fridge and microwave in room. Close access to pool & slides although you have to walk around to other side to get in. Restaurants and arcade there too. Many waterslides for different ages and also a zero entry pool. Overall a nice place to bring the kids to for some family fun.

Soon as we walked thru the front gate, not even 2min after we paid $150, they made everybody get out of the water. We didn't even get a chance to even touch the water. So we were just going to leave except for one thing, they wouldn't even refund our money or comp us for another day NOTHING! The employees were extremely rude the place is SUPER CROWDED and to be honest the water slides were below average, all 3 of them!. WOULD DEF NOT RECCOMEND THIS SORRY ASS PLACE TO NOBODY!

Good luck trying to get on the phone with the front desk. I've been rerouted all 3 times I've tried.

It is so fun and there is a water park and a teens pool

Lovely helpful staff. Does need mordernised but very clean.

Upon arrival we called and asked for early check in and were told because rooms were available we could do that with no issue. Once we arrived 3 hrs early we were told by another worker we could not check in early unless we paid a fee to do so. This fee was not mentioned over the phone and they also went on the tell us about the **additional $35 hotel fee for internet etc. (this was never mentioned in conversation either)
Due to the mix up, they gave us passes for free breakfast. We appreciated the passes, however, the breakfast was not good at all. The best part of our breakfast was the orange juice. Ideally, this should be a free continental breakfast for everyone instead of them charging almost $30 for two people. There is a Denny s right around the corner, you will be better off going there instead of eating breakfast at the hotel.
Lastly, we asked for a late check out due to the fact that our flight left out around 3p. We were told we could check out as late as 1p. We chose to leave at 12. Well, we called back to the office the next morning to check out at 1p so we could head straight to the airport and we were told 1p check out was never available unless we paid a fee!

To sum it all up, just don t waste your time here unless you want to deal with miscommunication your entire stay. This place is extremely outdated. Furniture needs to be replaced for sure. As soon as we walked in our room I was expecting to see roaches... I didn t thank God, but that s the kind of hotel this is.

The location is right on the I-line, connecting to the Orange County Convention Center. I was in town for a convention. I selected the property, believing my 2-year old granddaughter would come with her mom. That didn't happen.

The property has a "tower" that operates more like a conventional hotel. Security to the tower was very good. There was key-access only to that area. Otherwise, the other 7 or 8 areas were like a drive-up motel.

The property is walking distance to fast-food and other restaurants. There is also a convenience store on the property that has toiletries, snacks and souvenirs

My room was well maintained. The rest of the property could use a bit of care. It was a bit dingy...not dirty. It could use a bit of paint and "fluffing-up"

The staff was/were AWESOME. When I told them that I was there for a.convention, they recommended the tower room. The staff in the lobby helped me secure a 3-day pass on the I-line. Everyone was helpful, including the people staffing the store. There were always children in the lobby due to the water park. The staff never appeared harried or impatient.

All in all, it was not a horrible experience.

This place need an upgrade. Like what others mentioned moldy smell, hole in wall, carpet lifting up and out side looks like a cheap motel. The water park opening at 11am is not good. Overall the water park for the kids is great. Thats it.
