Great service, hotel is very clean, however it feels more like hotel than a vacation property. The rooms don't have washer and dryer, and are way below the standards that we used to get from the other Hilton Grand vacations locations that we have visited.

I was greeted with a smile, 3 free waters for my room. Wifi was decent not amazing. Room was very clean and good water pressure. Getting in and out of the hotel was a breeze with little traffic. Overall a very nice stay. Great for families or a work trip.

I have no idea why this resort got such a bad rating. I needed a quiet oasis and it was immaculate, soundproofed so well that I got 6 hours deep sleep in a row which prepared me to attend the convention I was attending in great shape. The staff were classy and the bartender a great guy. We had a shuttle to our venue and I also saw the Sea world bus. What a beautiful room, get a studio, it's great with a balcony. So worth it. Pool is nice also outdoor happy hour music. If you don't want a bunch of drunken guests pick this classy resort.

Stayed here for my honeymoon and absolutely enjoyed it. The customer service is exceptional. My husband accidentally dropped his wedding ring in one of the trash cans in the lobby and housekeeping found it right before they took the trash out. I can't remember the name of the young lady I spoke with but she was so nice! They have wonderful room service and the rooms are awesome. You also get to rent dvds. Highly recommended and will definitely be staying here my next trip to Orlando.

Horrible customer service. Marketing team were very rude. WILL not ever buy anything there. The worst vacation ever. Something horrible happened to our hotel room at 4am while we were sleeping and then we were made to stand on the balcony for over an hour and then put us in 2 small rooms.

Beautiful suite with very friendly staff! The pool, splash pad and outdoor seating is all wonderful. Food and in room dining was also great. We will definitely be staying here again in the future :)

Had a somewhat disappointing experience with this hotel. For those who don't know Hilton Grand Vacations Club, is a timeshare resort and is not the same as traditional Hilton Hotels or their other brands. If you're expecting traditional Hilton service and care, you'll want to moderate that expectation and realize this is a different company entirely.

The facility is quite nice, though, a number of amenities were out for service during our visit.

It was ok. Never get a king suite that says sleeps 4. The couch pullout us so uncomfortable even you Kids won't sleep on it. So for 2 nights 3 hours of sleep. Also when asked for anything it's all about making money. Nothing is complementary

So the room we stayed in was noisy - we heard every elevator sound, every cabinet opening and closing above us, every chair scoot and every step with a hard soled shoe.

The bathroom had a nice dent in the wall from where the shower door handle meets the wall. No doorstop. Design oversight.

The bathroom to dining area door rubbed at the top and required some force to close.

The carpet between the bedroom and the living area had some sharp bits sticking up.

We also discovered in regards to their "not a timeshare timeshare" before buying that on top of your maintenance fee for your theoretical property, you have to pay a resort fee and parking which, in Orlando, was around $45 in total PER NIGHT. Which means that even after the initial payment is done with it's not nearly as good a deal as it sounds, because you will have your maintenance fee (thousands per year in some cases), property taxes because you own physical property, and these other fees. AVOID.

The guest services and the attention was great but...

The guest services and the attention was great but it is a very over priced hotel. You are paying for the brand "Hilton" but the building falls very SHORT from it's name. We had several issues with the room.
First off, they were doing construction so you couldn't really relax from 9a-5p. I didn't mind because we were out anyways. We stayed in a 1 bedroom king suite. It doesn't have a full kitchen as described.
After the first night our a/c broke and leaked all over the carpet. They brought someone to fix it but he didn't know what he was doing because he said it was frozen and just filled with water.... even though you could hear the water dripping from the a/c vents. Not sure how he figured it was the a/c unit itself and not the vents. He put a vacuum cleaner to suck up the water. He did a terrible job because he left puddles and said he couldn't fix it that night but would leave a huge LOUD FAN over night to dry the carpet. We barely got any sleep that night. The next morning another tech came and there was even MORE water. The first guy never fixed the leak like we told him there was. He said it's not a leak. We left to the parks and let them do their job - which they failed to do again. We came back to a broken a/c and puddles in the carpets. When we complained, apparently no one knew about our leak issues at the front desk. They sent someone up and said it can't be fixed and just left it as is. We stopped complaining since it was our last night there. No use if it wouldn't get anything solved anyway. We dealt with the room heat/humidity by opening up the balcony door. Apart from the room dilemma, the sofa bed isn't a queen, nor was the king really a king. The details of the suite are so misleading, not what I expected from a HILTON! The sofa bed isn't even a bed its a small 3 inch piece of foam as a bed. Although the room was very nice and clean, I'm really disappointed and this gave me a bad taste for the Hilton brand. Waiting to see if I can get any type of reimbursement for the room but I doubt it.

It was nice. Unfortunately, the pool was being resurfaced so I wasn't able to enjoy that feature. Also, some grand vacations have exercise classes but this one did not. It was clean and had activities for kids.

We had a great stay! The rooms were nice, especially if you have the plus - its very spacious, if not, it is a bit small (we had one of each) but we liked them both. The only room complaint is there is no tub, but thats minor. The hotel is kept very clean and all staff that we encountered were very friendly and really helpful. The pool and slide were grenat. A special note that Spencer in the activity center was great with our boys, and us, he went above and beyond! Also a shout out To bartender Stewart, he was great!! As owners the items and activities that they offer complimentary are fantastic and a very nice touch - I really hope they start doing this at all locations!

I proposed to my fiance here- its a pretty nice hotel with alot of kid oriented things. Including: splash pad & water slide, gaming zone with console gaming systems and board style games that is located right next to the pool (in its own little building). The staff was really friendly- but overall the experience of my stay was a bit ruined by the fact that when we sat through their " 2 hour sales speech" I found the woman being very rude to us more than half way through. She seemed like a leech and as soon as she realized we didn't want to purchase their sales pitch she was very short with us- & blatantly rude. After this experience on our second day at the hotel I found myself questioning the friendlyness of all of the employee staff - as it was most likely a ploy to make us feel welcome to sell us things we can't afford..

Overall great hotel. Room smelled a bit funny but the furnishings and kitchenware were 5/5 - but the sales team I never want to see a fake friendly smile from again.

Not a resort. The hotel is simply a hotel. Nothing is within less than 20 minutes walking distance except the conference center. The room entrance light was not wired correctly, thus if one switch was off the other switch didn t work. The ice machine on the refrigerator didn t work. Also be careful if you have a refrigerator at home with foot clearance on the bottom, theirs didn t and you will scrap the skin off the top of your foot. Also make sure when requesting towels to request they place them in a plastic sack and hang them on your door. If you are out to the parks, when you return you ll find them just laying on the dirty carpet hallway in front of your door. The pool area is also in the shade in the winter time, so if you are looking for sun I would head elsewhere. I might give this hotel 2 stars, but compared with Hiltons first two resorts in Orlando and Hawaii, this is definitely at the bottom for resort type properties.
I could easily see them converting this building back to a Hilton hotel, as it is truly not a resort, and tie it in with their other hotel on the other side of the convention center with free unlimited transportation between the two properties and use of amenities. However, since they are two separate companies now I doubt this would ever occur.

Massively disappointed in the pressure selling tactics and poor quality of information in respect of the "holiday ownerships" (timeshare); the pitch felt scripted and our queries/concerns were practically ignored along the way with little to no regard for our needs. When they realised they definitely weren't going to make a sale the representative became discourteous and the sales manager appeared completely comfortable with their response. Avoid!

Update: Having emailed Russell I received an apology as well as some HHonors points by way of a gesture of goodwill/apology so have re-rated to 2 stars instead of 1. He has assured me that feedback/training will be provided to the team concerned to prevent such an experience happening to other guests in the future.

Our experience left us with a rather cold feeling. Their timeshare wouldn't work for us. We wished the Las Palmeras location had a trolly stop in front like so many places do. We enjoyed using the trolly. We didn't rent a car simply because we stayed for 4 nights @ $22.
that's $88. for parking!!! Uber was nice!

We had a great time. We were there for business and added a mini vacation. My only complaint is the guests spamming doors at night and whoever was above us dragging a chair across the floor at night and in the morning. Other than that, the service is amazing, rooms are gorgeous and location is perfect.

The attention to detail was what I loved the most . We were always spoken to my our names, and were always checked on to see if anything could have been better . I checked out on 12/22/18 and the Manager at the front desk, Myra I believe was amazing. We will be returning .

The part of my stay that was least pleasurable is the $25 resort fee per day for this motel of a hotel. They hand you this card in the beginning of your stay and list all the benefits but neglect to say, this is your resort fee if you choose to use the unlimited internet access, call out locally or domestically, DVD now unlimited, and redeem your two bottles of water or coffee. They call this place a resort but truly there are bare amenities. For the first few days they call your phone acting if they care how your stay is going when they really want you to buy into this motel. Please. I would def stay at the Rosen Plaza, Rosen Centre, or Hyatt next time. Anywhere but here. $25 for water & coffee!!!

Really nice room and facilities! Wonderful place to stay. Now the $25 resort fee and $18 parking fee mean your room is actually $42 more per night than advertised! Also, they will try and sell you time shares. Pretty easy to avoid the conversation, just don't go to claim the "free gift". Would stay again, unless I can find a better deal. Those extra fees are hard to swallow

When I stayed at this resort, it was undergoing significant construction. I was treated poorly by staff regarding my complaint about the drilling activity taking place on the other side of my hotel room wall at 8AM. My request for a room switch was denied. I had been issued a voucher for a free night at Hilton up to $200 because I sat through a sales event. I used this voucher in December. It is now mid April, and I have not received my money. Repeated attempts at contacting management have been met with apathy. If this is how Hilton Vacations treats potential customers, I can only imagine how they treat people who's money they already have.

A very nice place to stay. A one bedroom suite has a comfortable king size bed with end tables and a flatscreen TV. Large bathroom with a lot of vanity lighting and mirrors, but only a shower. Kitchenette has a mid size fridge, blender, programmable coffee maker, cabinets, two flat top stove burners a deep sink and garbage disposal and a large microwave. The living room has a 4 chair dining table, futon couch and chair, coffee table and a second flatscreen TV. There is also a nice sized balcony area (around 10'x10') with seating and a small table. Internet access is free and high quality as the hotel has business grade networking with a lot of wifi access points throughout. Also the two televisions in the suite have accessible HDMI ports and their networking supports the use of devices like Chromecast, FireTV, etc. Downstairs lobby is huge and includes multiple amenities including video game consoles, a full service bar and restaurant. There's an outside courtyard with other games available, a large pool and hot tub. I would absolutely stay again, the only downside I can comment is that the room walls seem very thin (can hear doors close throughout my floor and from rooms above).

Fabulous hotel. 5 of us stayed in a suite. Kids stayed on pull out couch in main room, and my husband and I had our own room. There were 2 connecting doors to bathroom for easy access from both rooms.

Kitchen had microwave, full size frig and coffee maker. We were able to store leftovers, water, beer, etc which was nice.

The pool was very nice. My kids spent a lot of them there and there is also a game room where you can check out games to play.

The wings at the bar were incredibly delicious. We ordered them 2 nights in a row.

Easy parking in the garage.
