Really enjoyed this property, they have their own version of redbox to rent movies and it's included within your rental at no extra cost. Pool area is wonderful, you have to try the water slide...it's not just for kids and packs a punch of excitement. Parking is free and gated. Is located right off Universal blvd so close to everything but also very peaceful.

Great rooms with modern sinks and granite counters. Bed wasn't as comfortable, but it had lots of down pillows to adjust things to your preference. Nice amenities for solo travelers and families. The staff very friendly, professional and friendly. Clean and secure. We had a great stay!

Room was not cleaned well smelled of urine around toilet and shower was dingy. Hot water was very slow if it got hot and not just warm. Door had huge gaps allowing in lots of noise. No place shower toiletries. STAFF was great !! All where very nice that we interacted with valet guys where awesome !

Really enjoyed my room and the staff are helpful. Room was recently renovated so there is a slight odor or fresh paint. Hot shower with both a fixed and removable shower head with a few different spray returns. Small refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and kitchen sink. Table settings for 2. Would go e 5 stars but their TV signal is poor in several channels and most sadly I left a nice tip for room service with a note asking for tea and no coffee and they did not deliver.

Nice pool and they do have a pool bar but both times I went it was closed. Nice excersise gym, great food, coctails and cold beer. Very limited store for snacks, drinks and personal items. Nothing within a short walking distance other than the convention center.

Nice hotel and great amenities.

Nice hotel and great amenities.
I want to thank Elizabeth Barreto for such great customer service. She was polite and had such a beautiful smile. Thank you again.

We loved it here! The staff was super friendly and helpful, the pool was amazing, and the room was perfect! We stayed here for my sons birthday weekend. We went to sea world the day of arrival, we were able to check in before we went to SeaWorld which helped with the evening. Getting back and being tired after a day at the park, it was great being able to just go right to our room. The outdoor and pool area is phenomenal! We had some drinks and played some of the games they had in the yard. The restaurant was closed (understandably) so we ordered pizza to the hotel for dinner. We had a great nights sleep! We spent the second day at the pool and splash pad. My son wasn t old enough to go down the water slide, so they gave him a free goodie bag instead with goggles and a little beach ball and pool toy! The pool was big enough that social distancing was super easy! It almost seemed like you had the pool to yourself even if there were two or three other families there.

The only negatives we d say was that the elevators looked like they needed a little bit of work (the side panels a little crooked, nothing that would be a safety issue). And they charge an extra $100 as an incidental fee beforehand. If you don t break or ruin anything you get it refunded to you, but I was not planning for that so it was a little bit of a shock to have to pay it beforehand. The snacks are a tad expensive, but at such a nice resort so close to the theme parks it s almost a given that everything is going to be more expensive than expected so just plan a little wiggle room in your budget.

Overall we ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! We will definitely be back! I think we may even make it a birthday tradition. Thank you to all the staff (Mayra was the only name I could remember) for being so kind and patient and making this visit extraordinary!

When I booked the total came out to $111.38
When i arrived to check in i was told $155+... apparently they charge a $25 check-in fee per night and $18 parking fee per night as well. then come the taxes... I have stayed at hundreds of 4+ star hotels and never even heard of paying for parking? Didn't know there was such a thing until i visited this hotel.
Also the check-in fee and parking fee should be included in the price of the booking. instead they get you with the hidden fees on their website, so that when you complain they tell you "Ohh, did you visit our website? we have all the fees listed there!" How am I supposed to get there and not pay for parking or checking in? Am i supposed to walk or take an Uber? and how am I supposed to check in for the price I was given when I booked the place? Its impossible because you have to pay the check-in fee.
However, this is not all. I am not writing this review just based on those things. The main reason I am disappointed is because the all the floors and rooms (except the lobby) smell like "New fabric" kind of like a new car. I personally ca not bare that smell and neither could my girlfriend. we both started feeling nauseated and my girlfriend even vomited. I went to the lobby about an hour after our check-in and expressed my concern at the front desk. They said that they can not do anything, all they can do for me is to spray some "deodorizing chemicals" to help with the smell. They did nothing... If it was just for the fees, I would just bite the bullet and not stay there again, but unfortunately the fees were not nearly as bad as the bad smell.

My husband and I had a horrible experience at this property...we were given a nice room, but was unable to sleep because we could hear every movement, water running and door slamming to the point our room was jarred, repeatedly. Upon explaining to GM (who was pleasant) assured us a different room that was much quieter.. we were told we would be called as soon as guest checked out..we left and came back to discover our room had been given away.. we were offered another room with people above us with no assurance that we wouldn't experience another sleepless night...so we were transferred to the Parc Soleil...where we were given a match box size studio..I travel a lot for work and this was by far THE WORSE experience I have had to endure!

Very Dissatisfied Guest!

Not impressed. Rooms are stark and not comfortable feeling. It feels bare and sterile. They claim they have a Starbucks but it's just a Starbucks jug of coffee. No free coffee like most hotels.

Lovely hotel, with a beautiful pool area. We had a gorgeous one bedroom suite. The front desk and concierge staff were friendly and helpful. They could perhaps offer a few more activities and shuttles to nearby attractions. There are many great restaurants in the area plus, of course, the many theme parks. The only negative was the timeshare "push" we attended; it's a very hard sell and feels uncomfortable by the end but it's just not something many people can afford to do.

It's a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay. I'm used to a buffet style breakfast spread in the morning but at this hotel you have to order everything separate and nothing is free. Nice pool though.

Nice property! Used to be a Westin, but they renovated it well. Clean, maintained pool and hot tub. Fun splash pad and water slide for the kids. There is also comfortable outdoor seating under a covered porch that is nice for lounging. Room was clean and had a balcony with chairs. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. The included DVD rental kiosks is a nice bonus. Convenient location.. Would stay again!

With our visit to Las Palmeras we have been able to stay at all four of the HGV spots in Orlando. While Tuscany is our favourite, Las Palmeras compares well. Compared to other Orlando HGV spots Las Palmeras is a little smaller in scale. The rooms, balcony, pool area etc are smaller but still very comfortable with the same quality features. One advantage of a smaller pool area is that parents would be able to keep eyes on their children fairly easily. A water slide is an addition that seemed to be enjoyed by young and old alike.
Two areas where Las Palmeras shines are in the full restaurant and the wonderful staff. The restaurant has excellent food at reasonable prices for a resort and outstanding service (shout out to Manny). The staff are the friendliest and most personable we have encountered. A gathering twice a week with the general manager and restaurant manager is a very nice touch. Both Mike and Jordan deserve top marks for managing an excellent resort and restaurant. Also a shout out to Amanda G. at the Concierge desk. She was great in helping us rent a car and really knows her stuff. As noted Tuscany is our favourite HVG in Orlando but we would be happy to stay here anytime!

When arriving at the hotel after checking in I get to my room after a 10-hour Drive and had to use the restroom and there was urine on the seat. The silver trays that hold the shampoo and conditioner look like it had little crumbs and pieces of marijuana. The water pressure in the shower is not good and it goes in and out barely having any water like it's cutting off and on. The walls are so thin that my neck door neighbor shut his door and my whole bed frame at the top was a banging against the wall. You can't order movies you have to rent them by DVD downstairs. This step going out to the balcony is about 6 inches so whatcha step and there was no warning on the glass sliding door. If you wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather the chairs are stained. Good luck trying to enjoy the pool and relaxing while there's construction going on right behind you for another Pool.

cute little resort recently purchased by Hilton Grand Vacations. stayed in a studio which had about everything we needed but ice... which is only available on floors 2 and 7, so it required an elevator ride every time we needed to fill up our bucket. the food was good although a small selection.

Pretty nice property. Staff is very nice and helpful. We took an overnight flight and showed up at 8am and they let us check in (check-in wasn't supposed to be until 4pm). The pool is very nice with a very attentive bartender. Breakfast at the restaurant isn't great, but the staff is awesome and the coffee is good.

Excellent hotel to stay at. Location was good and staff was excellent. Rooms were decent for being a timeshare hotel. But I find it that considering I've stayed at other Hilton hotels that were not timeshare, this hotel was mediocre. I've stayed at other Hilton hotels and rooms and service seemed much better than this one and those were hotels not timeshare. I was expecting a little bit more to this timeshare, but none the less it was an excellent stat.

A lot of rude guests in the pool area that did not watch their own kids and depended on staff as their babysitters. My room never got fresh towels or housekeeping services that are usually associated with the Hilton name. Receptionist hardly spoke English and became frustrated when I needed them to repeat themselves. This was the absolute worst stay I have ever had with a hotel associated with the Hilton name. NEVER AGAIN!

ok-ish place, which could earn it the medium range 3 stars. The ridiculous wifi performance costs 1 star.
edit: had to remove another star because the wifi issues seem to specifically target any site that clarifies anything about their "not a timeshare"

This is a very nice place to stay. My only complaint was that someone on the balcony below me was a smoker and their smoke floated up to my balcony so I could not enjoy sitting outside long. I believe it is a smoke free hotel.

Most excellent service! Wish I could give 10 stars for an amazing experience! We had a package delivered beforehand and wonderful Stephanie (and her IMPECCABLE customer service!!) made sure we were reunited with it upon our arrival. We opted for the resort experience and didn't need our bedding changed, but Sharon on our floor kept us well stocked in towels and tp! Will definitely recommend!!

Awesome resort with a very caring and attentive staff. Modern, clean and not too big like some of the other resorts that require 20 min. to get from your room to the parking lot or to the pool area.

Only ok

I check in and am immediately bombarded with bribes to attend a timeshare presentation. I say fine, I go and am told there is a continental breakfast, it's just coffee. Then I get shamed about how I'm ambitious I am in my career and that I'll die young because I don't vacation enough. Fine, whatever, I got a $100 AMEX for it so fine. Then I find out they don't clean the rooms or take out the trash or give me fresh towels unless you stay 6 nights and then they only do that the 6th night. Clearly I didn't read the fine print. It was pretty bizarre to me. I travel a lot for work and just consider that standard. I'm not switching to being a Hilton stayer any time soon.

I found this hotel to be well-staffed and attractive with clean, contemporary furnishings. The employees all seemed to enjoy their work and would willingly engage in friendly, professional conversations with guests. The upscale restaurant, pool with water slide, and included DVD rental made for a pleasant stay.

Defintely not what I expected at a Hilton resort. Our room wasnt serviced at all during our stay (4 days 3 nights), when requesting towels, it took 2+ hours to get them. Only thing i liked about the room was the floors. Food at restaurant was good. View wasn't good (2nd floor). Not sure I will stay at this location again.
