Staff was courteous. Room was mostly clean. Nice pool, hot tub and other amenities. Woke up to construction noises within the hotel two days in a row.
The place is beautiful, however there are many problems with the rooms, we find water leaks, problem with the refrigerator, a molten lamp, etc. We will definitely not return to this Hilton Resort unless they remodel it.
We were there for a presentation, the property is nice, but the presenters are quite pushy if you don't purchase on the first shot.
Perfect for my taste. Simple, economical and well located.
Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is no room service unless stay is longer than 5days. But overall was a good stay.
This is a great hotel, clean, nice staff and excellent facility. Had a great time with family hanging out at the pool, fun family games throughout the day.
Went for a Timeshare presentation. Was stuck for 2 hours. Hotel seems nice however.
Services were in point. The area is well kept. It's beautiful. Very Family Friendly.
Location for the convention center is fantastic. Clean rooms, super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
**Warning: In addition to your room fee, there is an absurd $18/ self parking fee......Paying full price for a room and being nickel and dimed for parking is Hilton's greed run amuck and is a disgusting display of corporate filth.
Now, aside from that issue - which is not the fault of this hotel specifically - the hotels was beautiful. The staff was professional and quite friendly. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable. The towels were a bit like sand paper - a sort of post shower exfoliating experience honestly.
This IA wonderful hotel. The staff are courteous and friendly. The pool area was large, and includes a water slide and splash pad for the kids! Overall, just a fantastic place.
Not a bad place to stay - quiet and off the beaten path. Great is you are not going to any theme parks
The restaurant has a nice large area and the food is very good! In addition, the staff was all quite nice. I was very happy with my meal. There were 3 minor things I noticed: 1. There is a random ladder around some of the tables, I don't quite understand it and someone almost tripped over it. 2. Some of the tables are quite close to half walls. One of my party members put her head back while talking and slammed into the corner of a wall. Seems like a strange table placement. 3. Most of the food is reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant - I thought the pizza's, salads and burgers for $10-14 were very reasonable. However, the pastas were over $20, which didn't really make sense, and should have been lower. Overall, I'm happy and if I'm in the area and looking for a restaurant I would definitely suggest here.
Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and convenient location.
Stayed a couple of nights. Not really a kicked back place vacation type resort. More of a business like hotel. The suites are very up to date.
Everything thing was so clean and from the lobby to the hallways to the room absolutely beautiful!
Hotel is amazing. Great rooms and amenities! Very friendly staff!
Nice staff, really nice hotel, close to DisneyWorld. They had a shuttle that dropped you off and picked you up for $10.
Everything was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel very clean too and the internet worked fast. But not ahy breakfast and nothing close to eating.
Nice pool, and table tennis table. Free movie rental as well
Didn't stay, just a timeshare presentation. Lobby is nice, pool is expanding, and rooms seemed good.
Rooms are nice and hotel amenities are a good touch for families. Only issue is that I had to call twice to get sheets changed.
Conveniently located for shopping, going to Disneyland, Universal, or Epcot. Beautiful property with a great pool, waterslide, splash pad, and other fun activities.
Great place to stay. Everything is nice and the staff is very helpful
I would give it 5 but the amenities for a resort are just not there.
Love My Room...
Next time we'll take food so I can cook some meals or snacks for late nite...
The room we stayed in was great. The pool was large & very nice, & the customer service was very friendly! The reason for 4 stars is because the checkin took forever, the lack of amenities on site, & the shuttle schedule/info was miscommunicated to us. Be sure to bring extra $ for Lyft and Uber! The parks are about 15-20 minutes away, so that s a plus!
Nice rooms - this is what got the 2nd star. Poor customer service compared to other HGVCs in the Orlando area. Staff seemed aggravated or annoyed to help or answer questions. Did not go above and beyond to help. Not as kid friendly (besides the water slide) as other area hotels. Disappointed in the amenities offered compared to other HGVCs in the area, especially since it is the same amount of points to stay here. I would not stay here again or recommend. We are HGVC owners and loyal to Hilton being Diamond with HH. We travel often and this is the worst Hilton experience ever.
Wonderful suite. Comfy beds, beautiful views, upgraded kitchen & bathrooms, lovely interior design & decor.
The hotel and hotel staff were excellent a very special tha k you to Stefano at the front desk she made my anniversary one to remember!!!!
Really nice rooms, awesome view, pool is unbelievable and kids will love it
Rooms were nice, restaurant was okay, didn't get to the pool though
Loved the stay at the hotel the only problem.is the room service and all sort of other things stop at 11.30 pm...
Rooms were very nice and updated. I like the double shower in the bathroom. The pool was so much fun. The staff was amazing and they were even more amazing with our children. This is such a kid friendly resort and had sooooo many activities for the kids. Definitely somewhere we will visit again.
Family that was staying there were constantly harrassed by phone at all hours by the staff with promotions and sales pitches.
Nice clean room, amazing pillows. Helpful employees. There was a lovely quiet bar inside where I could get dinner and a glass of wine. I was a little surprised though that I did not have maid service at all and I was there from Wednesday afternoon through Saturday morning. When I called the front desk, they gladly brought me up what I needed. Edit: I was just reading some other reviews and I see someone commented that they did not realize that you did not get maid service unless you stayed six or more days. Apparently that was in the fine print that I missed, nor did they mention that. I went to the concierge desk to get my ticket to the Magic Kingdom and asked about a shuttle. Do not, I repeat, do not take the shuttle. Although it was only $10 round trip, it did not leave until 10:40 a.m. and had a return time of 6 or 10 pm. Getting there was not so bad. It was the return trip that would have been a problem. Walt Disney world is not allowing pick up for shuttles in their parking lot. I had to take a monorail from the Magic Kingdom to a hub and then change monorails and take one to Epcot. The bus driver on the way there forewarned us to give ourselves at least one hour to get to the bus pick up place in Epcot and on a busy day it could take up to one and a half hours. To me that's a lot of wasted time. It was going to pour around 4 p.m. so I ended up by taking a Lyft ride back to the hotel for only $20.
Nice hotel. Stopped by for a meeting and all the staff was friendly and helpful. Close to the Orange County Convention Center, restaurant row on International Blvd., and other venues like Top Golf and some water parks.
Hotel was very clean, staff was friendly, pool is great for the kids. Did not receive full stars due to noise level from rooms above. Ask for highest room!
Bad experience. Go someplace else, you will get more for your money.
New Hilton property. Very pleasant associates. Nice bar, decent amenities. Busy, noisy main road. Great covered parking. Dangerous, injury-prone platform bed corners.
Excellent location, great staff. Just a little bit small to be in the Disney area, but really nice place.
Military family looking for a relaxing stay, but got harassed by security guard Jim for kids jumping of the pools edge, he claimed we were not hotel guests but just using facilities illegally and demanded our room number. Never have my wife and our three kids been so disrespected and treated in such an unprofessional manor. Typically we enjoy Hilton hotels and all the amenities, but this was not a pleasant experience and we will not be returning.
Beautiful Hilton location with great amenities including toddler/kid water play area with nice sized slides! No life guard on duty so tend to your kids! Staff is friendly and professional! Place seems well kept and has a nice bar inside which I didn t get to try out but sure seemed enticing
Great time with friends. The surrounding areas welcome you to visit Orlando more often.
Room is amazing, everything is new and very clean. Service is great and everyone is very attentive. The view isn't amazing, but everything else makes up for it
It was a beautiful report. Very clean and friendly staff.
Great hotel to spend a few days I can't wait to go back
Best service from dedicated staff. Amazingly nice rooms.
Great staff, great location. Family style...no spa amenities
We just checked and to my surprise there is a $100 incidental fee that I was not expecting to pay basically not in my budget for the trip. I am so disappointed in HGV properties and definitely would not recommend to my family and friends. You need to inform people about this prior to check in.
The person who signed us up lied so much it is unbelievable. She never said anything about this involving a timeshare, that there were no refunds and told us we could use it the next weekend which we were supposed to wait 30 days. She gave us a number to reach her if we had an questions or concerns and the number didn't work. I was told she was from corporate and it was a special for their hilton honors members. I tried to cancel it once I found out how many lies were told but they said I would be charged the full amount plus an additional $150. When I reserved the room I still didn't know there was a timeshare meeting. I wouldn't have even found out if I didn't call back a few days later to verify the room reservation since I had never heard anything. The lady that answered tolds me the reservation was good to go but it wasn't at the hotel I requested. Then she said that my 2 HOUR presentation was at 10:30 on Friday. I didn't have a clue what she was talking about so she explained everything and that's when I found out everything I was not allowed to cancel. If I hadn't called in I would've missed the meeting and they would have charged my card for a few hundred dollars. So I went. The Sales person at the place lied. He told me he would get someone involved to resolve my concerns. He never did of course. 2 hours in and he wouldn't let me check out. If they don't check you out you get charged those hundreds. I asked to speak to a manager and he brought in a sales manager like any slimy sales person would do. But if a person is so unhappy they will not buy from you. Someone needs to teach him this. I asked if he could bring the person he told me he would so I could have my concerns addressed and he brought another manager to try to sell me on a tiny timeshare that was even more ridiculous than him asking me to put down over $12,000. I started to walk out and was just going to take the charges because it had now been 3 hours since I arrived. I had other plans since I had no idea previous to the verification call the day before check in that I missed out on which also cost me money. Although I called in with complaints a week before showing up and now a week after no one has responded and they keep giving me the run around. I was given Amy Lawrence information by the one person who seemed to do their job and she is also ignoring me. They are the worst company I have ever dealt with and I now am considering cancelling my hilton honors and vacationing in much nicer hotels. It is no Honor to stay at a hotel with cheap pillows and hard beds. This place is full of lying employees. I have to honestly say I have never been so disgusted with any company in my life.
Well this has not gotten off to a good start! Still waiting on a room!!! Got here at 3pm, check in time is at 4pm....it is now 5:40pm and still don't have a room. Not happy at this moment!!!!
I got this room on a promotional stay, upon talking to the original promoter she didn t mention anything about sitting in on a two hour time share meeting, I call to make my reservations and the new lady proceeds to tell me that I have to sit through a meeting to receive my promotional value (not a big deal). Upon arriving to the room there was hair woven into my towels, hair on the sheets, dried urine down the bowl of the toilet, and got told some very rude comments by a food and beverage lady. After trying to attend the meeting today they told me that I m not able to make decisions on my own and I need my boyfriend here ( who s not even old enough to make a
Hotel reservation), they have me
For a hour then have me call reservations to re make my appt, after spending two hours total dealing with this nothing for resolved and I now have to cancel my Disney tickets for tomorrow to attend this meeting, with no care from upper management or Hilton Grand Vacations reservations. They also tried keeping the pool close, those are part of the amenities we want to use, and if there closed a hour after a storm and still had it closed. Being a Hilton employee I m very dissatisfied on how I was treated and not only that the money that s now been wasted. I don t think I ll be back nor recommending this location.
Great location. Amazing staff, very accommodating. Beautiful rooms. Will definitely stay again
Vast improvements to the property, but for the love of god put step stools in the rooms so kids dont have melt downs when its 1am trying to brush their teeth.
The slide was closed and no complimentary breakfast ( a must for any hotel stay). The rooms are very nice and well kept. Valet staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were ok. The bathroom doors and the door to the balcony in our room were designed poorly. Wished there was free parking.
Hilton had great rooms to stay in and an easy to access parking lot right next by.
Great place, our suite was roomy and comfortable. Loved having a balcony.
Very nice. Lots of fun. Pretty rooms. Wonderful staff.
This place was beautiful ! So highly recommended

The Hilton is trying to steal $228.00 from me due to a cancellation due to the flu within 48 hours. $228 the cost of one night that will not be used. DO THE RIGHT THING
Great hotel, very professional and friendly staff, the service exceptional ,the pool was clean and inviting, rooms super clean and affordable prices, the location is nice in a very quiet place but close to everything international Drive is so close you can walk to it around 15 min walk ,universal is a 5 min drive and Disney is around 20 min max driving , sea world is just 5 min away to and down town Orlando is just around the corner, is a place to relax and the fun is just around every corner the convention center is a 2 min walk right in front of the hotel is and A+ location.
